To expand on the KSI Gaming Area, Each game type area will have a sub forum for the prominent games we play such as Destiny, Halo, Cod etc etc and the main forums themselves will be a play for you to talk about games of that genre, I.E dont have a sub forum specifically for them. If a game becomes popular enough within the community we can expand it into its own forum.
Example:
•First Person Shooters (Parent Topic)
- Destiny 2 (Sub topic)
- Halo (Sub Topic)
- Call of Duty (Sub Topic)

Now within the sub forums themselves we will have topics for all the updates the games get which will be added in on the day of updates so our members can discuss game updates or even just use this space as their first stop for game updates rather than having to go looking for it elsewhere themselves its all here and ready.

• That being said Spring break is just around the corner starting Friday please keep your eyes on discord throughout this weekend for twitch stream links to show your support for your fellow members
• Super excited about all the new faces though in the light of today's issues with TSB please be careful who are you a grouping up with and adding
• Also we are an open game squad if you ever find yourself in need of a group or a partner on the game you are intrested in ask on discord or even check out the new gaming section on the forms
• We are always looking for new ideas for tournaments to hold in ES. We hope to hold one after Spring break if you have any ideas to send a direct message to an officer.

LEAD 101
LEAD 101 is a development course with the goal of increasing not only one's knowledge, but also your ability to think critically. There are several sign ups located in the Education area! Anyone from a SGT upwards are eligible to sign up! So if you want to expand your knowledge check it out!
 
Forums Updates
 
It's important that we are making sure we are being active on the Forums and pushing all members to also be active. The earlier people are introduced to the Forums the better. It gives people a chance to get familiarised with the layout and general navigation on the forums as it can be daunting at first. Then when they become an officer they will already know the basics.
 
Forum Conduct Policy: Up-voting/Down-voting
 
When utilizing the forums, there are several liberties and features members can utilize, primarily the ability to up-vote and down-vote certain topics and posts. We in clan-ops leadership want to make our stance on this feature perfectly clear: these features are NOT to be used in petty or unprofessional manners. Examples being:
Up voting court case rulings not in favor of members or application denials in the rejoin/join area
Down voting divisional transfers for fellow members
Regardless of how you may feel in the moment, keep that to yourself and act appropriately. Our goal in KSI is to provide happiness and safety for our members. Petty actions making them feel bad for their personal decisions will not be tolerated, no acceptions.
 
Discord and Omega Access Uniformities 
 
Divisional leadership, it is important that we keep uniformity between Omega access and Discord access for all 7s. Although co-founders in your division share what squads they are directly over, they should have access to see all squad chats as well as see all squad details on omega. As we push for more quality and in-sync divisional leadership, it is important to understand that as a 7, you should be aware of all things in your division, not just what you are specifically over. If this access is not currently shared by your divisional leadership, please contact your director/
 
Head Hunters Conduct 
 
Obviously Head Hunters is designed to bring out the competitive side of our talented players as they square up head-to-head with fellow divisions in the community. This being said, it is important to remember that we are still all part of the same community and should treat each other with respect and a professional attitude as stated in our philosophy and Code of Conduct. Play, have fun, and compete but do so gracefully. Thank you so much to all of the viewers who tune in every Monday for #MondaynightMadness !

Reason I play games is because it helps me with social. I don't socialise alot outside gaming because I never got friends or such. Being on games I can play habe fun be entertain. 
When I play online with others it seems it's lot easier to become friends and I always have someone to chat with and game with. So it gives me reasons to keep gaming.Without gaming I might be in a crazy home locked up. (Idk doubt it)

This was few years ago with KSI MEEPERS. We was playing Left 4 Dead 2 and We played alot. Love the game. But we was in a building probably 3 stories up and I stood by the window and looked down and it scared me and I about fell. Them not even 2 seconds later a zombie ran and knocked me out of the window and I died. Meepers and I was just laughing and we have never forgot that day.
Back in 2017 when I was psrt of ENFORCER MP/FI we always had fun gamenights. We play mickael myers, Boarder Patrol. We all get together joke around and have so much fun and it's a memory to never forget.

PI first came out to my mom as s lesbian not knowing what trans was was not the easiest thing to do my mom thought I was going through a stage then I came out as being trans which was was more accepting to my family sense they felt they alteeadyvknewvthat what i was with out knowing what it meant. After that it took a few years to get my family to finally start calling me my proper proud nouns and chosen names. Even my father who is gay took awhile to adapt to the new name I let him pick I let my mom pick my middle name too makevit easiervon her as well
