Reasoning why they deserve this - 
No longer am I on the forums side of web ops, I be doing discord stuff. But one person that has always stood out to me, and still stands out to me is Star, you probably always see her posting dancing eevee emojis in every discord server (wonder how she got those). I’ve known her since we first became join mods together, and it’s amazing to see where she is today, and I’ll always be supporting her. She’s been working really hard as a mod lately. It’s not always easy to balance working all day, and being an officer in clan ops, but she also adds on being a forums moderator. Which is where I believe she shines the most. She’s always been a great mentor to new members of the join area, answering any questions. In the last month, I’ve got to sit in on many of join mod interviews, Star was always there, hosting or taking notes, and being very welcoming to the new hires, and shows how she is a leader within web Ops, and one day I know she’ll reach her goals of furthering herself.

In the last month members who showed interest were hired to become Discord mods. I hired 4 people. Sitting down now and writing about one was so difficult. Because I have 4 great mods, but here’s why I’m writing about Nezuko. I’ll start off by saying I was never 100% sure on hiring him to be a discord mod, but looking back I should’ve been 100% sure on him. The guy is super active within his role as discord mod. He’s always asking me to give him stuff to do, he’s eager to put in work. I always see a young version of me, when I see Nez. He’s very enthusiastic about his work, even though he might not show it a lot of the time. Nez always checks his assigned areas in Discord, always welcomes new members, gives them roles. Always answers new members questions, and has really shown that he is marketing himself across the whole community, meaning at some point down the line, everybody is gonna know who he is. I see this guy talking in every server, sometimes I gotta hold him back haha. But he’s a good moderator, along with my other mods as well. It was tough choice for the first month I can actually nominate these guys, but Nez has really been on top of his game. Proud of him.

Reasoning why they deserve this - This person, we come up through the ranks of webops together. Eventually I left and came back and Bane become a mentor to me. Teaching me the new things about the join area along with the the areas of the forums. Bane was a huge part of the join area and mod team, he brought great communication skills along with being able to just have fun with the team. He has taught me so much with his time in the join area. In only about 6 months in me coming back to webops, Bane never stop supporting me all I did and I proud to watch him get a baby board position, can't wait to see what other great things Bane does for the community!

Reasoning why they deserve this - Uppish came to WD with a plan, he brought in new changes that will help the squad and the division as whole. He has been nothing but supportive to the other officers not just in my squad but to the rest of the division. Whenever we need something, he is always there to answer questions or even just to hangout - he is very active even though he work but he still has time to spend with WD members and even along with his members from CS. He has a lot going for him and I am proud to call him our director over WD

Reasoning why they deserve this - Napster has shown nothing but hard work, he never stop. He is always there for the members and his small team of officers. Napster give 110% always to his squad and provides the best support and leadership that I haven't seen a long time. The time I have know Napster, his devotion to KSI never changes. Everyday it is either spending time with his members in hangout parties or even just hosting workshops to those who needs them. He never want to sop learning more knowledge to grow as a better leader, I can't wait to see where his hard work and dedication bring him through the ranks of KSI.

Reasoning why they deserve this - This young, outgoing person never fails to be there for his members. Everyday it is either just joining up in parties just to hangout or going to gamenights to support his fellow officers in their gamenight. He always makes himself available to his members and even other members of WD. He is always willing to help out his officer core and even helping out his POs with recruiting or just even being there for others. He is a smart kid and doing his squad well and making KSI a better place. He is determine, passionate and hardworking in many aspects of being a leader in KSI. He is young and I see a lot of potential from Baxsaa that shows that he will do something great for KSI.

Reasoning why they deserve this - This wonderful lady, has been a great friend and mentor within the area for me. She was a mod while I come up through the area the first time and had taught me a lot back them and even now that we work as a team, I am still learning so much from her. She is there for me and the rest of the mod time, with being on top of her mod duties even though she has a busy work schedule and still makes the time to train our newest members on the join mod staff. Boootz is a great person to work with and I am great to call her my partner in webop! #pokemontrio

Reasoning why they deserve this - There is so much I can say about this wonderful person, she work her ass off for the area. Everyday she is always active on discord and on the forums, checking the join apps and making sure that the join mod keep with their work. She is active with all the join mods to hosting webops gamenights to just being active and chatting with them in the server. Each month she never seems to disappoint us on how she does her job, but keeps on impressing us with her dedication and hardwork for the area. Why does she deserve this? When you go to the Officer Academy server and you look up what a captain does it shows a picture of Harley. What i mean is that she is the pure definition of an amazing Captain and everyone should model what they do after her. Shes impacted my life numerous ways since shes became an officer. Shes taught me a different kind of level of leadership and understanding when it comes to talking to people and i see this influence spread to my other officers and members.

So ill be completely honest, there was a moment i was concerned for the future for this young man. He wasn't doing much as an officer but something changed. Recently its like something awoke in him and hes been everywhere and done everything. Hes gone above and beyond for his position and has spread his now "Cult" to other squads. Hes always there for anyone to be a shoulder to cry on or that person you have a new joke to try on. Whatever it maybe this guy has made it his goal to be something great and im thoroughly excited to see how he grows.

I can definitely say Star is deserving of OS Level 1. Star is someone who comes in with a energy that can't be matched. I think its all sugar based lol but nonetheless it's unmatchable. She stays on top of her duties in Web Ops while managing real life responsibilities. Star everyday is in the trenches with the Mods, Senior Join Mods, and Join/Rejoin Mods making sure that everything is running smoothly. Bane 100% deserves this award! He is constantly accusing us, Senior Join Mods, of bullying him. He always says we are mean to him and don't like him. He constantly runs to Venum about us "bullying" him. Bane is ultimately the definition of a drama queen! 

By all means Bane is a Drama Queen especially in this matter he comes to me at least once a day about it all flusturated and yes that's a made up word but I literally kid you not if a virtual shoulder would be available to cry on he would use it because they quote un quote "bully" him but ultimately he's been over dramatic.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Bane by far is one of the best moderators I have had the chance to work with. Even when he was a senior join mod he was always on top of what he needed to do without being told to. As a moderator, he still continues to go above and beyond what is asked of him. He knows when to be serious and when to crack jokes. He’s got a great presence with all of our join mods including the seniors. They love to pick on him and he picks on them back with that love hate relationship lol. If they ever need him, he’s always around to talk with them and help/guide. Web Ops wouldn’t be the same without him. I appreciate all the time you’ve put in to help our team grow and be successful.

I can never speak for Venums first time in ES, but im able to speak for right now. I've been in ES for almost a year now. One person who is very deserving of getting into the ES Hall of Fame is Venum. On top of running the forums Venum has been highly influential to all officers coming up in ES. Hosted workshops, mentored officers, and helped create ways to better activity. Without Venum, this new era of ES would've been completely different, and potentially lacking something only Venum could've brought to the table. Always been a guy who can answer questions on all aspects of KSI. Many people are able to also state that without Venum, their climb through the ranks would've been much more tough. Venum deserves this Hall of Fame, and y'all should allow him to be in. Venum is ES. @The ChadMin

From Day one of joining Web Ops Bane has been a influential factor in Web Ops from GSM, Join Area, and now Moderator and assisting with community server but no matter what cookie jar his hand is in he gives it 110% no matter what the circumstances is he is the first to step up to do something he is a key factor in ensuring Web Ops runs smoothly day in and out Bane has come a long way in Web Ops due to his hardwork and dedication he has been a department head and a cofounder in the past and he did exceptionally well at those positions but Web Ops is the place where he has found himself and established himself as a true pillar of this community so when you look at this Web Ops Hall of Fame class Bane is no Brainerd choice.

Reasoning why they deserve this - There is so much I can say about Chanting. When I first transferred over to Angels, my first question was, "who is this man in my DMs asking me if I need help with anything and what's the plans Squad wise for today?" Now, he is one of my mentors. He played a really big role in me finding my voice and helping learn how to be a strong Gen. I honestly couldn't have done this without him.

Reasoning why the deserve this - Eyo is an amazing Gen and mentor. When she became Gen she took me under her wing and showed me what a Gen does. She dragged me everywhere so I could learn. She pushed me to use my voice and encouraged me constantly that it was okay to use my voice and be heard. She was always there by my side whenever I needed help. Whether it was something personal or me asking a dumb question for the 7th time, she was always there. She helped me grow and helped me learn how a Gen truly should be.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Joker has certainly gone above and beyond. He has really stepped up and gave been an officer his all. He works 12 hours shifts and usually doesn't get a lot of sleep, but if someone needs help he is there. He answered any question I have and helped me when I wasn't feeling confident about being an officer. He picked me up when I was down. Now, I see that he's doing amazing in Kraken after the split. He is Eyonia's right hand man. Whenever she needs him, he's there.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Dark has been an amazing help ever since Phoenix split to create Kraken. He has really stepped up to be there when I need him. He's always asking questions and throwing out ideas about how to make things better. He's constantly trying to learn and help wherever he can. He is a great addition to my officer core.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Bane has really helped me since I became a Join Mod. Anytime I had a question, he always answered even if I was asking 5 questions at the same time. Bane is a great mentor and moderator. He is always willing to help whenever you need it. I probably wouldn't have become a Senior Join Mod if it wasn't for Bane helping me along the way.

Reasoning why the deserve this - this young lady right here is the product of literally 15 different mentors and thats scary. She has heard where others have failed and made it her mission to not go where others have ventured. Shes always there to listen to her member and be the caring leader that they need. Shes a fantastic mentor to those below her and a better teacher.

Reasoning why they deserve this - this young man has bounced back so hard. We challenged the heck out of him and his ability as an officer early in this month and he has came back with a fire underneath him. With him AND KSI BlkJesus knocking out 22 transfers in one day for a squad split. Im so proud of how hard hes worked and how much hes grown over the past month. Im excited to watch you grow and excited to see what you choose to do in you KSI career.

Reasoning why they deserve this - like in the post above this guy helped with the squad split in moving over 22 people. This is absolutely mind blowing that he is one of two people to do this. He's not only a great person to be around but a fantastic person to inspire you. He has the uncanny ability to lift the spirits of others around him and to continue to build people up.

Reasoning why they deserve this - while i dont get to see the greatness that is Bane in a department i do get to witness his composure and understanding of everything when we talk. This man has guided me with such a fine understanding of everything around him its absolutely astounding.
