Call of Duty: Black Ops IIII Head Hunters Season:
2019 Format
Overview:
This document will cover all the need to know information in regards to the 2019 Call of Duty: Black Ops IIII Head Hunters season. Like the previous seasons, teams will have access to the personal stat tracker, schedule/team roster, new awards and so on. Below is the decided format in terms of pre-match duties, in match game-play, and post-game necessities to ensure a smooth, well run experience for all those involved.
 
Pre-Match Duties:
Every team will have both a team captain and team manager. It is the responsibility of those two individuals and the reciprocal individuals on the opposing team to meet before the match, confirm the match will take place, as well as review the following topics:
Roster Accuracy: It is the job of the team captain/manager to confirm that the members playing for the opposite team in the match are in fact listed on their team roster BEFORE beginning the match. Failure to do so will result in whatever outcome that match may end in, win or lose. Host: With the opportunity to have Neutral Hosts present for games/matches, there will be an attempt to have a host with solid connection host each match to reduce claims of L-A-G and negate claims of biased host. If a neutral host is not assigned before the match, it is the responsibility of both team captains/managers to agree upon a stable host. Confirm Map Selection: The map for each week will be pre decided by KSI Gambit 7 and will be posted as part of the team schedule. Captains/Managers need to confirm that the map of the week is the map being played on. No exceptions.  
Match Game-Play:
Each match is to be played as a 6v6 (unless otherwise specified) competitive match with no exceptions. This Head Hunters season will differ from those of the past as it will include both a TDM and objective based game-type per match, and be more skewed for competitive nature. This being said, each match will be played as a best 2/3 series and will be composed as follows:
Round 1 (Team Deathmatch): Round 1 will be a straight forward shoot-out style game of team death-match played to the default settings goal of 100 kills. First team to reach 100 kills or whichever team in the lead when time runs out will be the winner of round 1. Round 2 (Hardpoint): Round 2 will be an objective game of hard-point where each team will push for domination of the hill area. The hill will move around the map causing teams to re position and constantly stay alert. IMPORTANT: Reminder that these games are best 2/3. If team A wins both Round 1 and 2, they will receive the win for the match and there will not be a Round 3. Round 3 (Search & Destroy): If both teams are tied after round 2, they will enter sudden death in round 3 playing a game of Search & Destroy (S&D). In search and destroy, teams will alternate turns on attack or defense striving to plant and detonate the bomb, defuse the bomb, or eliminate all players on the enemy team. THIS ROUND WILL BE A 4v4 MATCHUP meaning the team manager/team captain will select the 4 they wish to send in. Within the first two minutes of the match, if there are connection issues for most of the team (2 or more), that team is to have all players crouch and stand still to signal the other team to stop the game. The L-A-G experienced must be substantial and must also be recorded for proof. 
IMPORTANT:
If there is no proof of substantial L-A-G for multiple members of the team requesting new host, it will result in a loss for that round and the match will move immediately to phase 2. Please send all recorded evidence to KSI Gambit 7 for evaluation of rematch qualification.  
Restrictions and Settings:
In order to make this season more competitive and minimize and reduce tactics that cheapen gameplay, the following restrictions have been placed which mirror those of professional game play. Any violation of the restrictions below may result in round loss or disqualification depending on the situation:

Equipment: Seeker Drone Tac Deploy Beacon Reactor Core Acoustic Sensor Weapons: MOG12 SG12 Perks: Team Link Tracker ALL Operator Mods Streaks: Care Package Mantis RC-XD Dart Strike Team UAV (S&D ban) Counter UAV (S&D ban) Note: Players may still choose to play specialists that have specific equipment restrictions and are not entirely banned. HOWEVER, in doing so that team takes on full liability if that member accidentally uses restricted equipment even if its on accident. No "My finger slipped", no other excuses.
 
The following lobby settings will be used for every game -
Friendly Fire Enabled Battle chatter Disabled 3rd Person spectating disabled Team Assignment Open Announcer Enabled  
Post-Game Necessities:
As stated before, teams will have full access to the personal stat tracker as well as the team schedule and roster which will contain current team records and standings. To accurately portray this information, it is imperative that team managers report the results of each round played of every game to KSI Gambit 7 in the specified format:

Both team managers must submit a picture of each round played to confirm winners and stats Pictures submitted NEED TO BE EASILY LEGIBLE and should include both teams stats from each round. If we cannot read the stats, the accurate numbers for your players will not be submitted and could affect their abilities to win awards.

Clan Operations:
 
Officers Only:
Consistency: Being consistent is much more important then we realize. Consistency shows strength, devotion, loyalty and commitment to a cause. It also shows the members and officers around you how much you care. For example one who consistently hosts great entertaining game nights more then likely has huge crowds for one main reason. Consistent good times repeatedly. Those who consistently are late or rescheduling for their own game night or workshops will usually have poor attendance cause people see the consistency or better yet lack of. A lot of good and bad can come from consistent good examples or consistently bad examples. Be the best you can be, communicate the best you can, and do the best you can and your respect and crowds will flourish. But don’t limit your consistency to just these listed examples above. Use it in everything you do, and the fruit from it will be bountiful. Building Together: We all have a few things we are just amazing at. Could be recruiting, could be party hopping and member retention, could be workshops and game nights, could be logistics and notes, could be morale boosting and really just about anything. But what’s your fellow officer good at that you’re not so good at? As officers and even Generals and above we need to ask ourselves how do we take this to the next level? How do we blow the doors off and make significant movements? It starts with a team. No one single person can hold this place together. It’s physically impossible. Many have tried and no one’s succeeded. So remember to communicate and build with one another and off one another. Tearing each other down or bickering solves nothing. Agree to disagree if it has to be that way but always remember we all want KSI to be the baddest it can be and it all starts with a TEAM. A well organized and disciplined team can tackle any and all obstacles in front of them, never forget that.  Setting the Tone: Generals, as many of you may be training your captains to be able to take over at a moments notice, or to be ready for anything kind've deal this DOES NOT mean you’re on vacation from being present, engaged, and active in your squads and divs. You set the tone not your students. Training is best capsulated from monkey see monkey do type of deal. You can tell someone a thousand times over how to do something but until they see it done and actual examples of the task being worked your words mean virtually nothing with out examples. Bring your captains around for the bad and good of most things you have to handle as a Gen so they can learn first hand how to actually be prepared for all kinds of good and bad situations. Also if you and your Captains can’t train the future officers and current ones, or maybe are already finding problems with scouting potential officers and training them in a timely manner, no one will be moving forward as the torch needs to continuously be handed down from generation to generation the buck can’t stop with just you and your replacement otherwise the squads growth and success will also stop with you and your replacement. LOA Abuse: The reason we have LOAs in place for the community is so that members and officers who have difficult IRL situations or long standing periods of time without access to their console can safely remain part of the community without facing the penalty of removal from the community or their positions due to absence. 
LOAs ARE NOT intended for anyone (especially officers) to pick and choose what they do or do not want to do or to escape their duties or impending punishments. 
If you choose to take an LOA the following criteria must be met:
1. Your account must be set to appearing offline. 
2. Your discord access (as well as Omega for Generals) will be suspended
3. You are not permitted to attend KSI events or gatherings. 
If you have time to play online and do the things you like to do/ hang out with members, you have time to do your job as well. No more in between. Anyone found abusing LOA policies will have appropriate consequences.
Recruiting Procedures:
Make sure y'all are paying attention when recruiting! We've seen a LOT of recruits hit pending lately. Love the energy and hustle, just make sure we as officers, and as POs are checking ALL recruits from silver accounts and ensuring each step of the process was done in accordance with OCP standards! Breaking the Ice: Whether you’ve just landed in KSI a few days ago or have been here for some time, breaking the ice to find new people to game with and connect with can be challenging especially in a new setting and environment. Luckily that is why we have officers in each squad to aid in helping you find some new homies to play and chill with. If you find your self not feeling welcomed or playing alone often try linking with an officer to get you back in the loop and back in some parties.  Picking each other up: Being apart of KSI just doesn’t give you a dope tag to represent its also is something much more, it’s being apart of a family, a community, and a purpose. That being said if we see someone in our community being left behind, having trouble finding people to play with or maybe even a potential officer trying to get some footing it’s up to each one of us to offer a hand and be supportive.  Direct Link: Do you have an idea that you think would better KSI or any specific branch of the community? If so please do not be afraid to utilize the open door policy and talk to a leader. So many ideas get missed or over looked due to people thinking they don't have a voice. We care about your thoughts! If you need help finding the appropriate person to bring your idea too, please reach out to a leader! See something, Say something: Ever find yourself in a party or chat and something just feels all around cringe or wrong? See someone being bullied or picked on? Speak up! The leadership can not be everywhere at every given second and we will sometimes miss some things. You can choose to remain anonymous as well with reports or complaints. Even if it’s officers causing the issue, please escalate it to the officers/leadership above whoever is causing the problem. We want everyone’s time here to be awesome and enjoyable, so if you see an issue or problem arising and it’s just not right or goes against our code of conduct please speak up. We are here for everyone big or small, new or a salty veteran. We cherish each and every member and leader, and will stop at nothing to make sure this is a good environment for all to enjoy

Tournaments and Events: On Saturday September 17th, Tournaments & Events will be hosting a 3v3 Arena tournament on Smite. The tournament will begin promptly at 6pm EST, with sign-ups closing 2 hours prior to the event. (4:00pm EST) Productions: Please go ahead and submit your clips into the September Clip Submission. Do not submit same clips you submitted last month. Looking to make a great montage of a multitude of clips from y’all for the month!! As the Division Leader of ES and one of the few members that has been there through its bad times and good times alike, I can genuinely say without a doubt that Venum has been an integral and crucial part of the rebuilding of ES from the ground floor up. 
 
All of the nominations prior to this have explained Venums roles from a bottom up perspective. From a top down perspective, it shows you just how masterful Venum has become in the clan ops sphere of the community. Once upon I was over Venum when he was a divisional leader. He had skills and that was for certain but he still lacked in certain areas. Today's Venum that has relentlessly served ES and its progress makes the old venum look like a child. 
 
The way he is able to pinpoint, direct, and correct issues in a division on any single level is incredible. His personal development skills when it comes to relating to officers and relating information to them in a way they not only understand but can build off of is phenomenol. The most important thing I admire about venum however is something that's commonly misplaced with the new generation of officers and that is when things get bad, he cranks motivation and determination all the way up not down.
 
Most people don't know the types of struggles Venums faced IRL in the past 2 years and thats not my place to say, but what I will say is that when he's at the lowest of the low, when he's felt like quitting he will still take the last 3% of himself he has left and be the first one to offer it to anyone regardless of if they need it more than he does or not.
 
Writing less than a story about Venum would be doing him a disservice for the amount of commitment, passion, and love he's shown ES when it's not even his job to do so. I could go on and on for hours about the man but if the testimonies so far aren't enough to tell you that he works hard enough for this award to seem owed then I don't what to tell you.

Venum is easily one of the most humble people I have ever met in this community. Despite being on the board, Venum came back and rejoined us in clan ops here in ES telling everyone that he just wanted to be a member. That's Cap.
 
Venum almost instantly became a leader, a mentor, a confidant, and a friend to almost all of the officers in the division. ES exploring new venues and becoming succesful absolutely could not have been achieved If it wasn't for Venums insight and advice. No matter what happens good or bad he's the first person there to give appreciation and congratulations or a swift kick in the a** depending on what the situation calls for. He is and will always be vital to ES and our leaders here and we appreciate his endless time and service.

Every time I think about this guy I can't help but smile and laugh as I can here him telling me to get bent or the smile he gets knowing he's about to cause me more headaches. But good lord the amount of work one man can put in can honestly change a whole division and this is that one man.
 
Ever since SSGT Chanting has been absolutely relentless in pursuit of building something different. On top of working 12 hour work days, he then adds another 10 hours of KSI work on top of it and maybe shuts down for 2 hours before repeating the cycle. He's the type of leader that won't hesitate decapitate any threat to his members and no matter how bad you may drop the ball as a leader or how far you feel behind, he'll walk with you every step of the way if you put in the work. He's one of the rare breed that if he says he'll do something or if he gives you his word, you can guarantee it'll be done no matter what it costs. He's a monster and I can't wait for him to.follow through on his commitment to kicking me out of my own division.

Eyonia is a textbook definition of what it means to be a general. She goes out of her way to go above and beyond in literally every category. She is extremely detail oriented, always looking for ways to fine tune her squad and ES as a whole, never afraid to ask questions, and absolutely admired as "Mama Eyo" by her squad. 
 
She takes everything regarding her members with an extreme personal interest, is the first one on the call list when something goes down, and is the first person her squad seeks to jump in with when they get online. She may have an attitude from time to time but demands and is given respect at all times and it's well earned. Can't wait to see what else she has in store in this run through of her KSI Career

Joker has been an absolute standout in both Phoenix and Kraken and has shown everyone exactly why he holds the title of Number 2 for Kraken. Despite his insane work schedule and the multiple barriers preventing him from being online, you wouldn't never know based on the way he covers discord, Xbox, trainings, and hang outs like it's second nature. 
 
He helped the transition of Phoenix to Kraken beautiful and instantly hot all the officers in line with a firm supportive hand. He's the first one to step up f there's a gap to fill in an event or gamenight and he is constantly offering his assistance to those in need both inside and out of the squad. Excellent Captain who operates in peak form at all times.

Jesus came in swinging from the rank of SSGT and hasn't stopped. He was monumentally effective in the split of Phoenix into Kraken knocking out 33 of 54 transfers in the first day doing about 17 of those himself or helping SSGTs do them. He is super upbeat, always a fun person to have in the party and very quickly becoming a hot spot for his squad.

SUB has had a rather riddled history when it comes to being an officer and caught a lot of slack for it when he said he wanted to step up and be an officer again. Despite this, he has started to change multiple minds as he's re entered the officer scene on fire. He is showing his hunger and passion for the community and correcting the wrongs of his past with a dedication thats admirable.

@KSI BIKRMOMA-Captain- Since her promotion to captain BIKRMOMA has hit the ground running. She has used her organizational skills to create a spreadsheet to help track members and their game play and activity.  She has also been instrumental in the training of new officers and members.  Without her ability to help bring out the best in officers and members alike Hydra wouldn't be what it is today.  She also has the ability to keep our Division leader KSI Gambit 7 in line.
@KSI ShootahLT-This man has really stepped up since Christmas break. He is continually asking questions and trying to learn as much as possible. His organization if our Apex and Rocket League players has reached players who normally don't feel included.  He is always making sure members are feeling a part of all activities! His unique personality and charm are absolutely amazing. 
@KSI SwannySSGT This SSGT may have gotten a slow start but is fully coming into his own. He is always in large parties with members when on and is really good at reaching our less active members. He is getting workshops done and trying to learn as much as possible.  His sense of humor is unique and engaging. 
KSIDATSNOOP SGT- Snoop sent me a message that made my day about how he feels like Hydra is a great group and that he felt he could come to me with an issue of not feeling connected. We were able to figure out the issue and help him reconnect with our squad. He is a newer SGT but has immense potential and is a truly wonderful person to be around. 
@commanderpricyCPL is interested in eventually becoming an officer. Despite his young age he conducts himself with  a  level of maturity well beyond his years. The young Chad aka Chad2bad aka chadmin aka bigdog Venny is truly an elite breed of leader that comes around once in a blue moon and is someone that you watch very carefully as the moves they make are always cautious, precise, and effective. Its not often that you see a member traverse a path to the board through web ops and not forget where they came from along the way. While only serving as Head Admin for the forums, Venum invested a portion of his time with myself and the officers of Hydra ES where we truly re cultivated an atmosphere of true leadership derived from character and knowledge. He's taught countless members using his wide experience and knowledge pool, mentored several of ES's now rising stars, and is the first one to use his weaknesses and past mistakes as teaching points for the younger members who look up to him. He has made himself a pillar of advice and knowledge, and is constantly found patrolling parties making sure everyone is laughing and recognizing the Chad effect. Fast forward to his role in Web Ops, he has been nothing short of Dynamic in creating a tightly run ship from the rejoin and join area, to the mod team, to the countless amounts of hours hes spent revising and polishing old policies or creating new ones for member safety and introductions. This is not a job for Venum, its a passion and he has truly shown that he is a master of his craft in just a short time. Thank you for your year of service Big Homie, you deserve this award.

To really do this woman justice Id have to start allllll the way at the beginning. When I first rejoined Hydra several months back it was, in all fairness, a s*** show. The officers were discombobulated, the leadership was non existent, no one communicated in discord, and no one seemed like they wanted to be there. However there was a certain member who was always upbeat, happy, caring, and shared one of the most delicious curry recipes I have ever tasted and that would be KSIMommabear. Being an ex senior leader of clan ops, you can obtain an eye for people who are diamonds in the rough and are going to be explosive factors for a squad or even a division, what we call the "it" factor. As I talked to momma about her goals for the community and if she had interest in becoming an officer to which she told me probably not as she didnt even know how to play xbox really, the only game she owned was Mortal Kombat, and she was only here to look after her daughter really. I laughed and said "I guarantee you are going to be one of the most influential people in this division in a month". Fast forward just a couple months and Mommabear isnt even close to the person she was. She has exploded through the ranks as one of the fastest learning officers I have ever taught, she has propelled herself forward utilizing her own skills and passions, she plays any and every game her squad does because she has force taight herself or found teachers, runs arguably one of the most succesful squads in the community effortlessly, and is constantly pushing her to achieve double what she has already. She is an absolute magnet when it comes to new members as they flock to her and a seat in her party is rare to come by. Whether its moral support, a laugh, a hug, a stern butt whooping, people of all ranks run to Momma for guidance and she never turns someone away despite the craziness of her life, family, and hectic schedule. She is in all aspects of the word a general, a friend, a mentor, and an idol to the members under her. I have never been prouder to call someone a mentee and a partner in crime. You deserve this award young lady, I'm so proud of all that you've done and your just at the surface.

Nagisa has been around the community for quite some time now and has had a very rough career path in regards to being put in tough positions back to back to back for years. Because of this reason, Nagi made it very clear he had no desire to be an officer and would rather to stay to himself. Over the course of this Year, Nagi has put in an extreme amount of work to redeveloping his mindset, his leadership skills, and fought off the countless demons in his head which told him he wasnt enough to be the person Angels has needed. He has stepped up in times of Crisis, single handedly held the ship afloat while others around him had given up, and constantly taken on work loads just so others could have a break no matter how tired he was. I can truly say that he has become a pillar of ES in his own right making huge strides in both clan ops and web ops being recently appointed as a senior Join Mod. Angels has come back from the brink of death thanks to him and his efforts and he has excelled beyond the mindset of a Captain to that of a General.

The only thing I can really say about this guy is just wow lol. Whether its due to his troll doll looking hair, his patchy beard, or the incredible amount of work hes invested into becoming a through and through officer that everyone around him can rely on. EZ works about 12-16 hours every day of the week besides 1 day and he spends that ofttimes devoted to taking care of his wife that has a slew of medical issues. Despite this, EZ still gets up everyday ready to work hard for KSI, still hosts workshops and gamenights at 11pm at night (that still get attendance) and still is one of the goofiest dudes that youll ever meet. That level of determination and passion for this community cant be faked and its nothing short of inspiring to the officers both above and under him. He has severe challenges learning some of things KSI has to offer to the point that some said he wouldnt make it as an officer. All he did in response was smile, and bust his a** becoming SSGT, an LT, and as of recent a CPT. I'm honored to be able to say I recruited this man and cant wait to see how far he actually goes.

I honestly dont even know where to start with the infamous JenasaurusRex. The fact that I was able to recruit her after she thought I was a hacker trying to get her change her privacy settings on xbox so I could steal her account information was a big enough miracle as it is, but the real miracle lies in her becoming an officer after swearing up and down she wouldn't be one. Although she's only a SSGT, BIKR has the respect and knowledge of a CPT in her squad and is the second momma to the members in it. She is everywhere at all times, always asking how she can help or what she can take care of, the first to introduce herself to new members/recruits, and the prime definition of what any squad would hope to get out of their SSGTs. I cant say too much about her as she has this Mean and hardened look she tries to keep up so in honor of that I will say this. She is one of the meanest (kindest) toughest (sweetest) scariest (friendliest) HBICs in all the land and you should avoid her (get to know her) at all costs!

Chanting is easily one of the most blunt people I have ever encountered in this community and its for that reason that I respect him. Chanting rejoined recently and usually when Old heads rejoin, they come back with an air of superiority and condescension. That has not been his case at all. All he's done since being here is utilized the old knowledge he has to help transform angels while simultaneously retaining all of the new information and teachings he can get his hands on to merge the ideologies into a new system he can use to further the community. He never holds back or pulls punches on what he thinks is wrong or incorrect, but instead of handing out verbal lashings, figures out how he can help make things right and inspire those around him to change or evolve. He has been a godsend to Angels and all of us appreciate his hard work and knowledge.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Being the former CSO of the community, I personally can understand and account for the amount of work it takes to organize the leadership council, communicate with members, fulfill an active board position, and still be constantly looking for new ways to improve the community and ensure longevity in the process...and I only did a tenth of what this man does lol. Kakashii's ability to provoke thought amongst members, lead several different directives simultaneously, and still be a highly requested graphics artist on top of this is absolutely ridiculous in itself before you realize he adds into this a 60 hour work week. Reasoning why they deserve this - King constantly likes to put himself down and say that he doesn't do enough or "disappears" often. Id like to take a minute to let him know that that is false and he does more than he will ever know. Hydra has recently been on the second wave of its glow up and this wouldn't at all be possible if not for all of the behind the scenes work King has done for this squad while we continue to grow. His presence is constantly felt, our members are ecstatic when he jumps in the party, he is constantly there when I need anything to ensure Hydras growth or happiness and he is swift to offer advice that is not only helpful, but needed. It'll be a sad day when he returns to just bein CEO of the community but in the meantime all of Hydra is appreciating his commitment and dedication to our happiness and success so thank you homie.

Mommabear is just that, a momma bear not just for her family but for our entire squad. She is always the first person saying good morning in the chats, she is always the first person with the welcome message for new members, and always the first pair of open arms people run to when they have a bad day. She is a beacon of light and love for this squad and its no wonder why when she hops online, there is no room in her parties as people just flock to her. She has come such a long way in her KSI career and continues to impress with her knowledge, drive, and passion to make HYdra the best squad in the community.

Reasoning why they deserve this - When I first found out that Bane would be transferring into the same squad I was rejoining a couple months back, my first thought was "Ah s***" because I knew I would be in for a lot of headaches...but even more fun lol. Bane is easily one of the goofiest comedy based members Ive ever encountered in KSI but watching him use that to make members smile, to make their days better, and to get everyone riled up is a blessing. He truly is a man of the people and even while goofing off, is constantly observant of the people around him and their needs. When he decides to get serious, he utilizes his 5+ years of community experience to navigate and solve any issues that arise and is a constant resource for the members of Hydra when they have questions. He is outrageously generous, frequently doing raffles and give aways for the members of Hydra just to make people feel good and generate activity. Im proud to call him a great officer and a great friend as well.

Reasoning why they deserve this - When I think about Jewels entrance and impact on Hydra it be equivalent to throwing a bench player in whose unheard of thinking that theyd do their job and thats it, and they end up blowing out the game and starting the day after. Jewels came into Hydra quietly but after she got comfortable instantly transformed into a monster officer. Her keen eye in making sure the stats were cleaned up, appearing at anytime to make sure promotions were being completed, constantly asking questions, and always looking for ways to improve the squad. She has a very easy calming spirit that drew our members to her quickly and she is excelling at everything she puts her mind to. She has been a phenomenal addition to to Hydra and our officer staff.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Being the former CSO of the community, I personally can understand and account for the amount of work it takes to organize the leadership council, communicate with members, fulfill an active board position, and still be constantly looking for new ways to improve the community and ensure longevity in the process...and I only did a tenth of what this man does lol. Kakashii's ability to provoke thought amongst members, lead several different directives simultaneously, and still be a highly requested graphics artist on top of this is absolutely ridiculous in itself before you realize he adds into this a 60 hour work week. KSI could not have chosen a better member to fulfill this position and use it properly and I just wanted to thank you personally in a public space for your dedication and work ethic. #AnbuBaby

Reasoning why they deserve this - King constantly likes to put himself down and say that he doesn't do enough or "disappears" often. Id like to take a minute to let him know that that is false and he does more than he will ever know. Hydra has recently been on the second wave of its glow up and this wouldn't at all be possible if not for all of the behind the scenes work King has done for this squad while we continue to grow. His presence is constantly felt, our members are ecstatic when he jumps in the party, he is constantly there when I need anything to ensure Hydras growth or happiness and he is swift to offer advice that is not only helpful, but needed. It'll be a sad day when he returns to just bein CEO of the community but in the meantime all of Hydra is appreciating his commitment and dedication to our happiness and success so thank you homie.

Reasoning why they deserve this - I cant find the words to properly convey my appreciation and pride in having this young lady as the Captain of my squad. Mommabear is just that, a momma bear not just for her family but for our entire squad. She is always the first person saying good morning in the chats, she is always the first person with the welcome message for new members, and always the first pair of open arms people run to when they have a bad day. She is a beacon of light and love for this squad and its no wonder why when she hops online, there is no room in her parties as people just flock to her. She has come such a long way in her KSI career and continues to impress with her knowledge, drive, and passion to make HYdra the best squad in the community.

Reasoning why they deserve this - When I first found out that Bane would be transferring into the same squad I was rejoining a couple months back, my first thought was "Ah s***" because I knew I would be in for a lot of headaches...but even more fun lol. Bane is easily one of the goofiest comedy based members Ive ever encountered in KSI but watching him use that to make members smile, to make their days better, and to get everyone riled up is a blessing. He truly is a man of the people and even while goofing off, is constantly observant of the people around him and their needs. When he decides to get serious, he utilizes his 5+ years of community experience to navigate and solve any issues that arise and is a constant resource for the members of Hydra when they have questions. He is outrageously generous, frequently doing raffles and give aways for the members of Hydra just to make people feel good and generate activity. Im proud to call him a great officer and a great friend as well.

Reasoning why they deserve this - When I think about Jewels entrance and impact on Hydra it be equivalent to throwing a bench player in whose unheard of thinking that theyd do their job and thats it, and they end up blowing out the game and starting the day after. Jewels came into Hydra quietly but after she got comfortable instantly transformed into a monster officer. Her keen eye in making sure the stats were cleaned up, appearing at anytime to make sure promotions were being completed, constantly asking questions, and always looking for ways to improve the squad. She has a very easy calming spirit that drew our members to her quickly and she is excelling at everything she puts her mind to. She has been a phenomenal addition to to Hydra and our officer staff.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Its not too often that you find that rare gem of a recruit that comes in and is absolutely thirsty for KSI knowledge, driven to get involved, is an amazing person, and truly understands the most important part of what it takes to be an officer. This young man never seems to be out of statements that amaze me and demonstrate his level of maturity and leve;-headedness. He is a shining example that you dont need to be an officer to create happiness and drive a squad forward and its an honor to watch him complete his PO training knowing that Ill have the fortune of being his General. Proud of you Evan, keep working Hard!
