    Hello Cable,
My name is KSI Gambit 7 and Ill be the one responding to this as it was myself, not KSI Badkitty 7, who is solely in charge of running this years Headhunters season and also came up with all of the rules that seem to be an issue for you and your team.
First of all, it has come to my attention several times (as I explained to both of your team managers who also brought up these exact same comments) that the idea of this headhunters season and the idea of KSI being a gaming community has been severely neglected. I would like to remind you, as stated to them, that KSI is a gaming community in which every event hosted tries to incorporate participation from as many divisions as possible and allow their members to compete rather than be turned away due to being short one or two members. This being said, although Call of duty is a "very popular franchise" Id like to remind you that there are a plethora of other very popular franchises which other divisions have been founded on and primarily thrive because of (i.e. Halo and Destiny). These should be facts to take into consideration before blatantly criticizing a division on their ability to assemble a team based on ones self perception.
In regards to your statement on this being a competitive season, its only competitive if you have teams to play against correct? Would your team not benefit from having more teams to play against? There is a difference between playing a 7 for necessity or simply because you want to. This tournament was designed for the members to be able to play, have fun, and represent their divisions as those 7s were allowed to in the past before they became 7s. I have spoken with the teams that employ 7s during matches, and they dont even want to play. They do it simply so that the few members they have that actually want to participate can play and not be held back, not because they themselves have the burning desire to do so. I will not criticize a team for this as that's what being a leader in this community means. Doing whats best for your people.
Addressing the schedule, match type/ round number, and uniform there are several points to discuss. When creating a schedule with an odd number of teams that needs to fit an allotted time period without coinciding or conflicting with other KSI events, it gets a bit difficult to assure that every team gets to play every single map as much as they like and still hit the number of games needed. As this is your first headhunters season and you did not personally participate in the seasons of the past which had no schedule, no guidelines as to who to talk to or get with to schedule games, and games could be rescheduled within a few months rather than a couple days, id say that the very few reschedules this time around has been quite fortunate. People have jobs, school, and work all of xbox which can create very hard situations when it comes to match time. To assume that people are just aren't using their reserves or haven't checked with them as well before rescheduling is as stated, an assumption not fact, and we all know how that saying goes. I understand your concern of wanting to do a best two out of three against teams to be able to re-adjust and such, but look at any major league sport. When a team loses they aren't given a chance to say best two out of three. Instead, they look forward to playing that team again, later in the schedule and using the changes and tactics they've come up with then. Finally, asking teams to be in uniform for a match serves literally no purpose. Why would it matter to be able to see the seat of who you killed in game besides for ones own personal satisfaction. If you would like to have your team do that for some reason, then you are welcome to by all means.
Ultimately, I hope you have enjoyed this years Head Hunters season and all of the perks along with it such as the schedule and roster availability, personal stat tracker, streamed games, new awards, all-star game, and play off tournament. Each season seems to get better and fine tuned so I hope the next one might be better for you.

    Sincerely,
    Gambit
