I'm am enjoying KSI a lot ever since I came back. Being in departments and ranking up is fun. Love the duties just gives me motivation to get on and do things. It is aggravating but it's more fun. Love it !

KSI is a community that has touched so many people’s hearts and bought so much joy to many. KSI is a big machine with a lot of moving parts and in a big machine things can get lost and you can find yourself stuck on a shelf or not being prioritized or feeling like your becoming someone else but remember having a community that is so prudent and kind as KSI is a great thing even if it comes with its challenges.

some people think I am a Cold hard heart'd person on people who make themselves into a issue. My personal experience's have been varied both within KSI and in My workplace.
I have been on the receiving end of punishments and disciplinary actions at work as well as being the one handing out punishments. I have seen judgments passed that were warranted and some were the person in the wrong has nothing done to them.
examples that quite often dont paint people in the best light, so their names will not be mentioned. I will however list at the end of the examples the fate that was made from those peoples punishments or judgements:
--Within KSI-- 
- punishing somebody by having them read the COC to the entire Squad 100 to each person in the squad.  **This person turned into one of the best trainers in the entire division**
- Member Turning round and Calling one of the board of directors a filthy N-word after they got beaten down in call of duty by a board member. *Member was drop kicked out of the Squad and Division by myself*
- Being removed from a division because I was tired and angry and was making poor calls and choices in the division. *this was a personal low moment in KSI where i all but ruined my chances...however that moment made me design and create the plans for the division known as LightBringer, the rehab division for recovering and retraining members that would normally have been GONE*
- member who used and manipulated people, then played themselves off as the victim *member was kicked out*
- Member who stated that people who were the victims of physical abuse and Sexual assault had those things happen to them because it was Gods will. *member pissed off alot of people with those comments and eventually left KSI all together*
- Somebody who has seen my personal up and downs who knows how dark i have been in the past. This person pulled me off to the side on a few occasions and ripped me a new ass for how i had acted and treated people. *this person isnt exactly around anymore but they are still somebody i trust because they have been in the same mindset i have been where things could just end.
 
--Within my old workplaces--
- A supervisor was shown on camera going thru somebody's bag without consent or the person in the office and removing money and putting money back into the bag. *this person got off because the person who owned the bag didnt remember how much they had in the bag and wasn't sure if any was missing *
- Supervisor at work was selling Weed to friends and was bringing it into work to do so but wasn't caught on any Camera system in the office because they never did it in line of sight of the manager so there wasn't enough proof to do anything about it *same person as first example*
- Supervisor turned up Drunk and smelling very Strongly of Weed while they were supposed to be in charge of the night shift. *was sent home with a verbal warning, no action taken*
- Member of staff complained about by Customers after cussing out loudly when a Delivery roll cage slammed them into a slide bolt on the rear Door causing them to break several ribs. *member of staff with Broken ribs continued to work their full shift and received a Full disciplinary and a note on their work file with 3 day suspension* <<BS punishment to me...lol
- Supervisor Found to have been sleeping in the back office where there were motion activated lights and the lights did not come on for 2 hours, this supervisor is the same one listed above btw. This particular incident was one that still holds a large amount of animosity for me since this incident was the thing that led to me telling my Bosses at the time to Shove their job up their collective asses because they were not doing anything about the supervisor staff who was stealing and turning up for work under the influence.
- Being Reprimanded at work for working from 6:30am to 11pm when two members of staff were sent home due to vomiting at work and no other cover being able to be found i stayed so the store wouldn't have to close and lose money and earnings. In my managers eyes it was unsafe working condition and that I lost 3 of my shifts for the week as punishment. *my official shift ended at 1 pm, i worked an extra 10 hours and still turned up for my 6:30am shift the next morning also, real reason: the cover shift meant i got triple pay for that entire day, thus then being taken off 3 shifts for that week so that the extra pay from the shift wouldn't count*
- Being told that I was not allowed to work at the school after a parent complained that I was abusive to their child when i confiscated their phone along with 3 other kids who were using snapchat in the class to send selfies. This same kid btw spends more time in ISD than the teacher who covers it. this particular child has been verbally warned multiple times for racial comments, flashing people in the lunch room, throwing stones at teachers, telling a child who lost a family member to kill themself so they can see them, Tripping a child with disabilities over, bullying a child in a wheelchair. *this child is no longer at the school but was removed by parent not school*

What im trying to get at from this unusual open display into myself is.
Everybody makes mistakes, however if people don't learn from their mistakes then they will always be a screw up who plays being the victim in everything they do. By no means am I a Saint I have screwed up and will screw up but i do learn from those mistakes to try to better myself as a person.
KSI has gotten me thru Drugs, Drink andSelf harm...so trust me when i Say Im no Saint but I will Always Carve my way thru with the principles that KSI instilled into me.
