It wasn’t long before he was pulling recruits and hammering out promotions. Basically he’s everything you’d want in an officer.

Officer Ratio:
One of the biggest aspects of growing a squad is developing and teaching new officers that will grow through the ranks and be the next generation of leaders. Please ensure that you are actively searching for and teaching SGT that want to move up and be an officer within their respective squads. Due to recent changes to clan ops and the structure of squads , the member requirement is less which means trying to maintain the officer to member ratio during healthy growth is difficult. We as leaders need to strive to provide our officers and potential officers an avenue to discuss questions, ideas, concerns etc to help ensure they are not losing motivation and being burnt out. Game plan ideas with your directors, 7’s staff members as well as generals on ideas to help find the next generation of officers.
Disagreements on Discord
Please remember the the COC applies in your discord server. When chatting in there it is the same as being in a party. We don’t want to break the COC. This means Officers especially, you should be setting an example for others to follow. If you have a problem with something posted by another officer. Don’t argue about it in the chat. Follow the chain of command and to take care of the issue. Remember we praise in public and scold in private.
Private to CPL:
Please ensure that you are keeping track of your private’s and their promotions. Ideally members who go past the 2 week mark of their CPL promotion eligibility should be sent a message directing them to either get a hold of an officer or they will be fluffed out of the squad. As squads continue to prepare and approach splits, it is ideal that you have NO overdue CPL promotions.

Upcoming Squad Splits:
As we are approaching a lot of upcoming squad splits due to the recent changes to the squads/officer requirements we will be working on a format that will be used as a template for all further squad splits. This template will be used to ensure that all squads in the process of splitting do so under the notion that everything that is required and needing to be done is completed before actually splitting.
Division Transfers:
Although no Div Leader wants to lose members we as leaders can not deny a Div Transfer. Each member of KSI has the right to move divisions if the division is not working for them anymore. It is unhealthy to keep people in a division if they do not want to be there anymore. Also there should never be ANY stipulation on any transfer for any reason. Understand that your Dir can and should brief the other Div Leader and their Dir of the member they are taking.
Change Is Good
Change can be difficult at times but it is a necessary step in KSI’s progression. We know that sometimes changes happen and you might not always see completely the reasons for said change, if that is the case it is best to ask in a civilized way the reasons behind the changes instead of jumping to conclusions. As KSI moves forward with a progressive mindset it is important to keep an open mind when it comes to trying new things.

Donors
Please make certain to join the VIP section by applying for the donor award. In order to qualify for this you just have to have spent 10 dollars by either subscribing to twitch tier 1 for two months (free with amazon prime) or tier 2 or tier 3 sub. One can also qualify for the donor award by donating bitcoins on twitter or by donating directly on the forums you just need to include a photo with proof of your donation. We have a special 3 day donors only event coming up next month where only those in the VIP section can participate. This is KSI’s way to thank all of you donors for helping out our community.
Be respectful
Please remember that all of us come from different walks of life. Please treat everyone with dignity and respect that you would like to be shown. Also you should know your audience and if someone doesn't like where the conversation is going or if you step over the line you can apologize and move on to a different subject. Remember we are all here to game and have fun with like minded individuals.
Members and Officers on LOA
Just a reminder any member or officer that is on an LOA are not allowed to do anything related to KSI. This includes Omegas, Gamenights, meetings, and/or events. If their Omega is suspended during their LOA get with your Div Leader and they will get the Dir to unsuspend it.
Pride
It is good to have pride in your squad/Division but having too much pride can be as bad as having little or no pride. It is good to get in the spirit of hyping yourselves up but not at the expense of your fellow KSI members we all get in a bit of a funk squad or division wise but with hard work and dedication it is only temporary. We should show our support and solidarity as a community

The Upload Studio Montage Competition is back! The topic is open and will close on July 25th. Every Montage submitted will earn your division 1 participation point. All montages must be at least 45 seconds long, and must be made using Upload Studio on Xbox. At the end of every month Productions Staff will vote on the best Montages. The top 3 will be posted on YouTube July's Monthly Clip Submission is open and closes on July 25th. You can submit 1-2 clips which will earn your divisions 1 point per clip. It would be pretty awesome if there was a weekend warfare for Halo CE on the Master Chief Collection. Whether it was slayer, swat, whatever. It’s a good throwback game and honestly loads of fun. Grenades are OP, Magnums are king, and it’s all ridiculously entertaining. Back to the old school days!
