Tea is well overdue for this award and I'm truly shocked she doesn't already have OS1. Tea is surely a jack of all trades and literally does it all here in KSI. She is a wonderful and hardworking officer and mentor that members in her division look up to with the highest respect. She is active in the LC and voices her concerns for her department as well as members in her division. She is in Education and strives to better the community helping to provide training and learning opportunities for members across the board. Tea is a wonderful Department Head and is always looking for new ways to improve her department, whether that be taking on new additions to the team or donating her own money toward prizes for So You Think You Can Write (SYTYCW). Outside of KSI, I know Tea lives a busy life. But obviously that doesn't stop her from being an outstanding leader in the community. As you can see from previous statements, she cares so much about the members in KSI and is willing to sacrifice her time if anyone in the community needs anything, whether someone is looking for advice, a member to game with, or someone to talk to and who is willing to listen. For these many reasons Tea is more than deserving of OS1.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Shell has been an amazing helping hand and has been great as a senior forums mod. Shell still helps us in the join area when we need it, and doesn't just sit on a high horse which is such a great thing to see. The join area is a little slow right now, but that doesn't stop Shell from getting the work done. Awesome to work with her, and brings a great attitude to the team.

Why does this member belong in your Department’s Hall of Fame? Please explain.
When you hear someone speak about anything related to "Tournaments and Events" your mind automatically jumps to DropShot. Luke has been Head of T&E coming up on two years now and the department would not be where it is today without him. Since he joined the team, Annual Events and Weekend Warfares have made such an improvement and continue to run smoother each time. Luke is well organized when it comes to planning events and making sure information gets posted on the forums in a timely manner, and he communicates effectively and efficiently with the Board regarding Annual Events. In addition to the great events that T&E already puts on, he is always coming up with other event ideas for the future and strives to improve the department as much as possible. Annual Events would not be the same without Luke. He is such a hard worker, professional when he needs to be, a great person to work with, and is very dedicated to T&E.

As a new member, it can be tricky on what exactly the job details as well as posting on the Calendar and setting up your streams for KSILive/KSILive2.
 
Requirement of Staff Members each month:

How to schedule a stream on the KSI Calendar 
Go to the Calendar - http://www.ksiforums.org/calendar/ Click on the blue Create Event button  Select Productions/KSILive from the drop down menu. Press continue.  Select the date and time of the stream using your current time.  Enter a Title and Description Click the Submit and event button at the bottom of the page.  Please Note - If you are streaming in the middle of the night, communicate this and get activated earlier.
 
How to stream via Xbox
Download or Startup the Twitch Application on your Xbox console. Be ensure you are not logged in to a personal account, and if you are please log out. On the main page of the Twitch application, hit the BROADCAST button. A 6 character code will appear. Post the code in the Productions chat on discord and inform both Head and Co-Head that you are ready to get activated. The Head or Co-Head will reply when they've activated you.  Set the Title of your stream You can then hit Start Broadcast and wait until you see a blue bar appear on the bottom middle of your screen. (*If at any time that bar disappears, there is a good chance your stream has disconnected and must restart the stream*) If you want to adjust some settings, you can include/exclude both your personal audio or your party’s audio. Please remember that while you are streaming you are responsible for upholding the KSI Code of Conduct always!  
How to stream via Capture Card
First contact the Dept. Head/ Co-Head for the KSILIVE stream key You then start up your streaming application such as OBS, Stream labs, etc. Then you go to the settings and paste the stream key in its correct area (Please see YouTube on where to put the stream key). For ALL STREAMS, you may have to ask the Dept. Head/Co-Head to set your title or game your on to the twitch channel before streaming. Please remember that while you are streaming you are responsible for upholding the KSI Code of Conduct always!

Most of our streamers stream directly through the Twitch app on Xbox. You simply have to log in and can broadcast that way. I stream on my personal Twitch Channel with a capture card and Streamlabs OBS and could help if you had a capture card such as an El Gato HD60 S. 
As far as pictures go, your best bet is to hit up graphics. They might be able to help you with a picture. There are some free offline templates that you can find via Google.

DropShot 7 what can I say that hasn't been said about this KID. When I met Drop he was just an officer in Dark Legions and I was the newly seated Director for them. One of the first meetings I had with DL he was there for and our back and fourth at each other just clicked. I remember calling him "kid" and him responding by saying "I'm not a kid" and I just laughed and it's been a thing ever since.
But the real reason I am here is to tell ya'll how amazing this kid is. When he was a GEN for DL he did such amazing things for his squad and his division. He grew his squad and mentored future leaders of DL and KSI. When Drop became a CoFo he was on fire with things he wanted to try and things he wanted to change. He challenged me as a leader to see a different side of things, to look from the outside in. Drop gave new life to DL and set them on a great path with his fellow 7s. One thing I respected out of Drop was that he wasn't afraid to go toe to toe with me. If he had something to say or something that needed to happen he pushed for it, he fought for it. He always made sure that when he stood toe to toe with me he was respectful and never crossed the line. That alone can and should show you what kind of leader this kid is for KSI. He was always willing to game with just about anyone and hang out with people. He was willing to mentor and guide his members to what ever path they wanted to be on. He is by far one of the best leaders I have had the privilege to work with.
Now what this kid has done for T&E and our Web Ops is just outstanding. New ideas for events to help our members have more fun and enjoy their experience in KSI. To revamping our crazy forums and such. I don't know much about the Web Ops side of the house but from what I can see and deal with he runs his department well and fair. He also has a voice in the LC and will help grow KSI long into the future.

During my time in KSI, we haven’t worked in Clan Ops together, however, I can attest to the Department and Web Ops portions of KSI and how Drop continues to go above and beyond. 
In Web Ops, Drop is the Head Admin and has that fancy forums name to prove it. Before I even knew Drop I knew of him through the forums since he was a forums moderator. Since I’ve known him, he has always expressed interest in wanting to learn more. He has mastered all areas of Web Ops and due to his great work ethic was promoted to Head Admin in 2020. Drop does some fancy forum stuff with roles and he assigns/removes roles that Department Heads/Co-Heads post up in a very timely manner; usually within the hour. He is always readily available to answer any questions regarding the Join/Rejoin Section or GSM Area, and he also helps with forum IT stuff whenever possible. Drop has a well-deserved Web Ops-related award for his work: Forums Staff Of The Month.
Drop has been Head of T&E since the end of June 2019. Since his promotion to Head of T&E, annual events and weekend warfares have never run smoother. I was promoted to Head of Productions literally a week after his promotion and have been working alongside him in Dept Ops for almost a year and a half now. I remember messaging him when I was a new Dept Head at about 6 or 7 am regarding weekend warfare sign ups and I received responses in no time - I was shocked that he replied so soon. He is very attentive when it comes to creating annual event schedules and always takes divisional input into consideration before any finalization. I can’t imagine an annual event running without Drop’s involvement. Through his hard work and dedication to Dept Ops he earned Department Head of the Year for 2019.
Although I didn’t really get to know Drop during his time as a leader in Clan Ops, he has earned some notable awards on the forums: Divisional Hall Of Fame, Master Recruiter, Gen OTM: Divisional. Earning these awards is a huge accomplishment and to me means that he has excelled in Clan Ops as well. Let’s not forget that he is in the KSI Hall of Fame and is one of the few to earn their 7 in all three aspects of KSI!
KSI wouldn't be where it is today without Drop's insight and leadership capabilities over the years.
