Uppish has been one of the most driven people I've seen since hes come to KSI.  Every time he talks with someone that has any kind of KSI knowledge, he wants it. Always learning. And always striving to be better. Though there have been a few bumps in the road. He always bounces back, and does better then ever.
He has played a huge part in the current success of his squad. From recruiting, to just hanging out with the members so they have someone to play with. Uppish goes above and beyond what is expected of him.  Hes always available and willing to help with any issue. If he doesnt have the answer or solution, he'll  get it ASAP. He has no problem reaching out for help. I cant wait to see what's is store for this guy as he continues to grow. 

So.. I'm not up to date on what all Stack has done recently. But, when I was around and he was coming up the ranks. This guy was a force to be reckoned with.  If it wasn't for his hard work and dedication, his squad probably would have been worse for wear. So I can say with Confidence that if that is the mentality that he is still rocking with, then NOBODY deserves this award more.

Well, in case Stack's awards aren't enough for you, I'll list those and add a bit more for you. CAPTAIN OTY 2020, CPT OTM Oct. 2020, CPT DOTM Nov. 2020, LT DOTM May 2021. In case those awards weren't enough to convince you. Let me be the first to say that he's more than earned this accolade 2-3 times over. I've known Stack pretty much since he joined, we met not long after he did was recruited in June 2020. Since then, he's been a General in Wrath DM and has been a steadfast and unwavering presence for his squad since he stepped up as officer a month after he joined. Stack recruits, promotes, and trains like the experienced professional he has become over time. Stack's been through hell towards the end of DM. While him and his squad was trashed and completely isolated by the DM 7s from the rest of the Division. With no help a small officer staff they watched as those same 7s left and 200+ members of their home Division left alongside them. Then Wrath was moved to CS and Stack helped lead the charge for that process, as an officer staff, Wrath transferred the vast majority of their members within the first 72 hours of transfers opening up. Only a very small number of transfers did not make it and they were fluff anyway. Since coming to CS, Stack has once again flourished as an officer and been a crucial part of training the current Wrath Officer core, he's a larger than life presence throughout CS and well known across the Division. Stack has time and again shown his dedication and commitment to Wrath and KSI. He's an incredible member and leader who's easily earned OS Level 1.

My mentors have been numerous tbh. But the ones who stand out the most are KSI Shockr 7, KSI Swag 77, & KSI DC 7. 
 
KSI Shockr 7 taught me about how to rework my mindset and my approach to situations. He showed me why it's more important to listen than to talk, and how I should teach and train those below me. How to better approach people to try and help them be able to help me. It's a mindset and a mentality that I've carried with me for a long time now and has served me well.
 
KSI Swag 77 taught me the ins and outs of being a Co-Founder and how to better apply that mindset and mentality on a Divisional level. As well as how KSI standards actually should work.
 
DC has taught me a lot about KSI and its inner workings, showing me the effects of different people's actions in various scenarios and situations, and not even thru those handy dandy workshops either tbh.

1. KSI Members are to always represent KSI as a positive gaming community. Toxic behavior, or actions unbecoming of a KSI member is not permitted at any time, for any reason.
2. Prohibited actions and behaviors include, but are not limited to: harassment, sexual harassment, racism, discrimination, slander, console and gameplay modding, stolen valor, theft, illegal drug use, posting of pornography or any media of an inappropriate nature, blackmail, and piracy.
3. Squad leadership is responsible for the scheduling and hosting of gamenights and workshops, as well as the enforcement of the KSI Code of Conduct. 
4. KSI has an Open Door Policy, any member can go to any leader with any issues or ideas, but it is highly encouraged that members follow the proper chain of command to ensure matters are handled appropriately.
5. KSI is an activity based community. Meaning, if you cannot attend game nights or any other KSI related events for an extended period of time without notifying your chain of command, you could be removed from KSI.
6. A KSI member never leaves another KSI member behind. We ask that you refrain from “rage quitting” in the middle of a game or match. If you sign up to participate in an event, it is your responsibility to notify the appropriate staff/members in a timely manner if you cannot attend.
7. The lowest age allowed to be recruited into KSI is 15, however the divisions within KSI may have higher standards, this policy is in place at the discretion of KSI Senior Leadership.
8. KSI members are not permitted to be a part of any other clan or community other than KSI. 
 ALL KSI MEMBERS ARE EXPECTED TO HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE KSI “CODE OF CONDUCT”.
Members who violate any portion of the KSI Code of Conduct may be subject to removal from this community at any time.

Romeo is a love hate type of guy, and if you ask a group of people the responses  can vary. The reason  why this is relevant is because when you think of DM you immediately get me with their battle hardened Divisional leader, Romeo 7. No one has stood for, defended  and risked their career  for their division  than romeo. No matter what hit him or what disaster fell on his doorstep he is STILL there and playing with his members. Between losing friends;  peers, 7s staff,  generals, officers and members as well as some leaders, he is still here. When everyone was losing divisions and getting poached so bad they had to merge, he was still there. Any way you want to spin it this man is die hard KSI through and through. And you don't have to like him, but you will have to respect him nonetheless.

      Romeo exemplifies lead-by-example that has contributed greatly to the continued success of his Division. Personally, I have witnessed how discouraging it can be to lose people in key positions. When I originally took over as General of Cruelty, the Officer staff with the exception of one, slowly stepped down for various reasons. Romeo voluntarily stepped in to assist with the smaller tasks that he normally wouldn’t have to consider doing. He hosted gamenights, and even sent a couple recruits our way too. These types of actions from a Div Leader can be humbling, because most others would have indicated that this wasn’t part of their duties. Romeo unquestionably performed more duties than his own, even while still performing his own duties as the Acting General of Venom. During the transition of the squad split of Discord, (Havoc) Romeo’s leadership gracefully iced the transition to make it go as smoothly as possible. Additionally, he ended up producing two new CO-FOS to boot! Unfortunately, it ended up being that one of those promotions didn't see eye to eye with one of our board members. This led to KSI Whiskey 7, or Drew, choosing to leave KSI and inflicting as much damage as possible while doing so. Ultimately, DM lost 2 CO-FOs, one General, and most of the officer staff of Wrath out of it. Then a third Co-Fo business transferred to ES shortly after that. Losing that many leaders within a short amount of time can be devastating, but lucky for us we had Romeo who refused to give up. He took it as a personal challenge, and turned everything around in a manner of weeks. New CO-FOS were trained and promoted, new officer cores were established in the squads affected, and an evolved standard for the division was set. All of those affected squads are alive and thriving today, because of Romeo alone. Romeo has the resilience needed to lead his people through anything thrown at us, and because of that, I believe he is the very definition of "Die Hard."

@KSIxROMEO 7 WELL LETS SEE WHERE DO I BEGIN... FROM DAY ONE WHEN THIS RANDOM GAMER SENT ME A MESSAGE FROM IN THE TOWER TALKING ABOUT SOME COMMUNITY...  WELL I ALMOSTDIDNT REPLY. YES I WAS CURIOUS AND WAS STAYING UP LATE ON GAME ALONE. I AM VERY GALD THAT I DID. FROM THAT MOMENT I HAD MADE MY NEW BEST FRIEND. ONE THAT LISTENED GAVE HIS OPINION, AND WAS THERE NO MATTER WHAT. HE MIGHT BE A HARD ASS AT TIMES BUT HIS SOUTHERN WAYS OF SPEAKING MADE ME FEEL AT HOME SINCE I WAS ALONE WITH MY KIDS IN A NEW STATE WITH. NO FAMILY OR FRIEND  . THIS MAN DESERVES MORE THEN AWARD.  YET WHAT IS THERE THAT IS HIGHER AND BIGGER THEN AWARD.  HE IS DAM SURE ONE OF AKIND  . THERES NO ONE ELSE LIKE HIM.

Die Hard
Romeo in every sense of the word is a die hard Div Leader. He is a friend to many and a leader to most. He is well versed in the inter working of KSI and stands behind each and every member, making sure their voices are heard throughout KSI. He never backs down from a challenge and is quite the debater. If you can bring your A game to the table Romeo will meet you there and throughly listen before he make a comment in either direction. He cares and blazes the way for Co Founders and Gens alike. He is a very strong leader who also knows how to sit back and enjoy being a member. His personality is laid back and I can not think of one member that does not look up to him or respect him. Romeo has seen his share of the dark side over the past year and has come through it all with a stronger division. He is very much like a Phoenix....he came through the fire this past year and has risen as Die Hard. Demonic Mayhem owes a great deal to this man, through founding squads to splitting them to running them, Romeo has worn many hats in his division, all the while setting a exemplary example and paying it forward to every officer and member alike.

DIE HARD
If anybody deserves this award it’s Romeo. Whether it’s dealing with 7s that thought they were higher than everyone else or having almost an entire officer staff leave due to poaching, no matter what problems he faced he always threw DM on his back and brought the division back. DM can always count on him in hard times and that’s why I think he deserves this award. I know I can speak for everyone in the division when I say we all appreciate the work he has done in DM and will continue to do in the future no matter what problems arise. 

I really don't know any other member deserving of this than Romeo, so I will witness to this as well. @KSIxROMEO 7 Has been there for multiple members of DM, and by multiple I would have to use 100's of people's fingers to count how many people Romeo has taken the time to work with and/or help with the community including myself, anytime there's been an issue he always worked quickly and diligently to handle it. He has made countless sacrifices and strives to make KSI and DM a safe place place for literally thousands of people along with the rest of the 7's staff, and I could not ask for a better xbox gaming community than the one he provided me with the day he asked me to join, had I known years ago that this the case I probably would be approaching my 4th or 5th year in KSI. Keep up the good work Romeo, and never change man.

I will drop my vote to nominate/witness.
 
Love him, hate him, or anything in between. There isn't another member that comes to mind more deserving for Die Hard than Mr. Romeo. From splitting a squad and creating Venom DM, to becoming a Co-Founder and returning as Venom's Acting General multiple times, then spending months as the Acting General & Co-Founder of 2 squads simultaneously. Romeo has dealt with an enormous amount of BS and craziness in his time in KSI. Remember KSI Whiskey 7, aka KSI DREW 7? And when he exploded on Impy in the LC Voice and Text Chats in late January? Then leaving a couple of weeks later, taking with him another CoFo, a General, and the entire officer staff except KSI LadySatan, now KSI Lilith (shoutout for staying btw). Literally 1 person stayed, that's it. Romeo and the DM 7s Staff spent months helping Wrath get back on its feet and bringing it back better than ever. That same week he lost Whiskey and Trixie as Co-Founders, he also LOST A THIRD Co-Founder in KSI Dragons 7, who business transferred to ES. Fast forwarding from January - February 2020 all the way to August with the TSB Peace Talks and the people who wanted them to slow down. And to create a long-term plan designed to make TSB earn our member's trust. When the plan presented by two Divisions was paved over by other leaders in favor of a much more accelerated timeline. 
 
In the end, Romeo has persevered time and time again. He has never left, never wavered, or even taken an LoA (that I know of). Romeo is the main man and steady hand of DM that isn't going anywhere any time soon. Thanks Romes!

I've been working on this post bit-by-bit that past 3 days trying not to tear up when I think back on my time here ni Hellborn. But I just wanted to post this here, in our Forums Squad Chat, and impart some stories and a bit of KSI wisdom to all of you, as your General and the longest standing member of this incredible squad.

So, I just passed my 1 year mark of being a General here in Hellborn DM, I was first promoted on 9.8.19. Honestly, there are times I wish I could keep moving up and help on a Divisional Level. But there's also a huge part of me that never actually wants to leave Hellborn because of all the friendships I've made here. You guys have helped me transform Hellborn from the squad that was known as the "problem child" and the "toxic squad," into a squad that's anything but that. Make no mistake, we get rowdy and loud at times. But we have found where the line in the sand is and we don't cross it. Hellborn is first and foremost, my home and our squad. It only works if we make it.
 
For those of you who don't know, I actually transferred to Hellborn from Venom DM where I was originally recruited and had made it to Captain. When I was offered the business transfer I was very hesitant. At the time Venom was my home and I had a good group of players that I'd recruited and gamed with daily. But I spent some time with Hellborn and decided to take the transfer. In the first 4-6 weeks we had 4 officers step down for various reasons (one of whom ended up as a General of Cruelty btw). It felt like everything was crumbling down and Hellborn might get closed as a squad. We had to kick it into high gear. So my Gen at that time and I spent about a month hosting 3 gamenights a week each. During April and May 2020 we became brothers, always in sync and on the same. It showed me what a Gen and 1 Captain could do when they put in the work. Together with our Co-Founder KSI Dragons 7 (miss you buddy) it felt like we were holding Hellborn together like Spider-Man held that NYC Ferry together, barely and with a LOT of tape (he had spider webs, but same idea). Eventually we had a SSGT step up and last about a month. He wasn't too much help. Then June came around and @KSIxMissVixen stepped up to help out and @KSI JAK KNIFE 7 transferred over from Insanity. NOW we had real help. Hellborn started getting better and we were slowly able to start working in the right direction. Eventually the General started to become outright toxic towards the 7s Staff and eventually his Officer Staff, and he stepped down 8.26.19. And I took on the responsibilities of General of Hellborn on 9.8.19. Overtime, Hellborn slowly started to turn around and get better. We began to heal from wounds and mindsets imposed by leadership past. And now, a full year later, Hellborn is in the best shape I've ever seen it. Thanks to people like (and in no specific order) @KSI JAK KNIFE 7, @KSIxTHOR, @KSI Zordon, @Dragon 7, @KSI J0KER DM, @KSI Anxiety0, @KSI Dragon5, @KSI KENSHI, @KSI Lord Alcarin, @I AM W1CKED, @KSI Draco, @Scarface 77, @KSIxROMEO 7, @KSI Shockr 7, @DrinkYourDamTea, @KSI Empress1, @KSI Lancer, @KSI LesBean, @KSI Pastries 7, @KSI DntAsk 7, @KSI Joe 7, @KSI SZANDR, @KSI Soap 7, @Radioactive KIA, @KSI Fidelity, @KSI SinJeans, @KSI ninja dm80, @KSI Fats McGee, @KSI WinterMoth, @TheMightySquito, @KSI LacyJae3724, @Parzival, @KSI Fidelity, @KSI DC 7, @Airborne, @ThaHomieRonin and every single other friend & member who has been lucky enough to call Hellborn their home squad. Whether you're brand new to KSI and to Hellborn. Or you're Pastries (and Sungazer) and you just keep ending up here, no matter how hard you try. KSI is an amazing place that transforms a lot of lives. It brings a whole to meaning to gaming and to friendships. KSI is actually really simple, the more you put into KSI, the more you'll get out of it. Take it from the guy who's been an officer for nearly 2 years (or it's at least getting close to it), I've been in 4 different Departments, currently AAP Senior Staff and the Head of News, as well as a member of KSI's Leadership Council. The more effort you put into this community, even if it's just coming to more gamenights and meeting more people in Hellborn and across DM. The more you'll love being a member (or even a leader) here.
 
In the end, I want you guys to know how much you mean to me. I've spent countless hours gaming with everyone here over the past 18 months. Hosting what seems like infinite gamenights and watched people grow as members, officers, leaders, and people. YOU GUYS MEAN THE ABSOLUTE WORLD TO ME! I can say that a million times and none of you will ever know genuinely understand how much and how deeply I mean that. I mean it, wholeheartedly, to the core of my soul, with every breathe I take, and with every fiber of being. You guys mean EVERYTHING to me. At this point, Hellborn is my baby and I'd do anything I could for any of you guys.
 
As exhausting as being a General can be, I've got the best Officer Staff a I could ever dream of. I've gone to battle for them before and I'll do it again and again, every single time because they're worth it. I've seen this squad at its worst and at its best, it's capable of amazing things when people care and remember what's important. We as members, not leaders, are what make KSI amazing. If you make every decision with the member's happiness, safety, and well-being in mind. Then I can promise that you'll never make a bad choice, no matter how it may seem. 
 
I'm pretty sure I bleed that Hellborn Gold we rep in Discord btw. But you know I'll always be around.
