Every month I put to the test to try and figure out if he deserves it. And by far he deserves everything KSI can give Blood works extremely hard while sticking to his morals to get everything perfect. He runs everything with a fine tooth comb and fixes anything that needs fixing. He goes beyond what he’s required and gives everything his all. He could have literally sat back and done nothing but he stepped up and decided to help people get transferred over and everything he’s brought people to officers as well as just asking if they’ve switched yet! This man should be an officer and hopefully can convince him to do so someday!

Name: KSI Blood Award: Mentor KSI Blood is an amazing mentor and leader. He always has answers to my questions, and what he doesn’t know he finds out for me. He’s taught me everything I know in KSI and continues to teach me on a weekly basis. Blood is very outgoing in making sure everyone knows whats expected of them and making them understand the ways of KSI. I by far consider him my mentor and will continue to learn everything I can from him.

He does everything in his power to keep everything in order and keep everything running smoothly. He is the definition of what it means to “Never leave another KSI Member behind” by that meaning he includes everyone he can and always tries to do what’s the best for his fellow members. He trains his staff thoroughly and makes sure they have the ability to go as far in KSI as they desire. He even pushes people to there full potential. If I have an issue, question, idea, etc. he will find the best way to resolve it, find the best correct answer he can, and will work with your ideas to better current and future members in KSI’s experience.
