He has been determined to rebuild this division after it was neglected by previous leaders and hit by TSB. He has so much heart for his members and officers, he refuses to give up. I look up to this man so much as a leader and i strive to have the passion he does. I thank him every day for the effort he puts into not only LS but KSI as well.

Being our only 7 staff he has been keeping us below him motivated on moving forward through the struggles we have faced. He's pushed me to come out of my bubble and show the work that I can do. He's the heart of LS and without him the division would have crumbled. He's a humble leader and somebody who I enjoy working with on regrowing LS. She makes sure that her officers are not only doing their work but also having fun once in a while. She has overcame a lot of challenges that have faced the squad but has overcame them to the point that the squad is getting close to splitting. She has been dedicated to not only the squad but the division as well. She is a role model on not giving up when things get tough as a general. He's a person that gets stuff done when it needs to be done. He bonds with the members and is always fun. I can't wait to see this guy move further up in leadership and keep his hard work as well as dedication going for this community, division, and his squad.
