Drew has been a huge help this past month and is really coming into his own as a CoFo. Hes always asking questions and looking for ways to better himself and DM. He got a lot going on with his News obligations but he still makes sure to make time for our members as well. He works  closely with his General to ensure the she has all the tools she needs to succeed and it shows. Cant wait to see what this guy is capable of in the future.

Shocker has really proven his worth since he has become a General for Cruelty. Even with his hectic schedule IRL and his Military duties, he makes sure that his members are well taken care of. Hes always available to game, help out, or just talk the night away if that is what is needed of him. It's been nothing short of inspiring to watch him work here.

refined is one of the hardest working and determined people I've met in my KSI career. He is always pushing himself to do and be better so that everyone in his squad is happy and taken care of. Always the 1st to jump on promotions or cover a Gamenight if needed. He has been a HUGE help in training the new officers as they have come into the fold and so much more. It's going to be a great show to watch him work as he takes on his new chapter as General of Sinister.

Scorpion is one of those members that everyone wants to be around. Hes one you really wish was an Officer because you know how great he would be at it, but your just glad hes here and is happy. Hes easy going, always helping people out in game, and is just fun to be around. I'm really glad that I've had the opportunity to get to know him during our time here in KSI and can consider him a good friend. But like I said before, I'd say everyone feels that way. Lol Scorpion is a great guy and an awesome member.

Joker has spent most of January kicking butt and taking names. He's been fantastic, and gone well above and beyond the duties of a Lieutenant. He's taken on training a new SSGT, represented Hellborn at 2 Gens Meetings, and been absorbing all sorts of knowledge that he'll eventually need as he progresses through the ranks. Joker has done exceptional work this month, and shown vast improvement in every facet of being an officer. I know he won't stop and will continue to be awesome going forward! Keep it up Joker!

DCRUNK has been awesome for History this month! He's been an idea machine, coming up with the idea for the KSI Yearbook. And he's been instrumental in fleshing out the idea and bringing it to life. Creating spreadsheets and documents to help History get the project off the ground and take it being something very promising with a lot of potential. He has tackled this new project with enthusiasm and keeping the ball rolling. DCRUNK is an exceptional member of the History Department and more deserving of this award than anyone else I know. Don't stop now DCRUNK!

If anything is going to govern my year, it will be the word growth. We are imperfect souls living in an imperfect world. Each of us has things we can change. No one will ever reach perfection, so growth is always possible. I strive to see myself in a realistic light, so that I can adequately recognize my flaws and work to change them. I want to be the best me I can, and that isn't possible without growth. It can be something small like a wholesome breakfast every morning or something big like being nicer to people. I strive to continually reevaluate my circumstances and make adjustments towards reaching my goal. Life isn't stagnant, so I shouldn't be either. It is constantly growing and evolving. I don't really do new years resolutions because I believe it sets you up to fail. I start small and work towards bigger changes to achieve lasting results and form new productive habits.

He works effortlessly to stay in close contact with the members by gaming with them on a daily basis. He is one of the hardest working members of our 7s staff. When it was brought up that our division was not performing well in recruiting, he proposer the idea to have a div wide recruiting party. This was recently done this past weekend and went over quite well. He nudged the officers in his squad to join and many of them did. He often attends the officers meetings to keep abreast of the issues they may be facing. He does all he can to help make this division great. He definitely deserves this award.

The holidays are a beautiful, yet difficult time of year for me. I enjoy spending time with my family and decorating. I live across the country from my husband currently, so I don't really get the spend the holidays with him. We try to make memories in our own ways thanks to technology that allows us to keep in contact, but it isn't the same. I often find myself dreaming of the day I can wake up on Christmas morning and see him or sit down to a Thanksgiving meal we prepared together. So, this time of year can be trying on my emotions. I see couples out ice skating or looking at lights together, and it leaves me feeling lonely. While this time of year can be joyous for so many, there are many, like myself, that must spend it alone due to the military or death in their family. I say all of this to remind you to always be kind because you never know what another person may be going through and how your kind words may impact them. You never know if they will spend Christmas morning alone, and KSI could be the refuge they need. Reach out to people, ask them what are they are doing, and invite them in to spend time with you. Open your door and hearts to others because that is what this season is all about. I still love the holidays because it is about kindness and compassion. It is about love and hope. It is about all the things we need in the world on a daily basis. Be the change, and shining light for someone who someone who might desperately need it. 

I'd be lying a bit if I claimed to be anything less than a Grinch around the holiday season. I do my best not to stand in the way of other peoples joy, however the traditions and their origins leave me perplexed as to what we are actually celebrating . America is certainly a melting pot of religion and tradition and that is extremely evident around the holiday seasons. That part I DO enjoy even if it is a bit perplexing. It is the commercialism and the greed that really put me off. The Black Friday horror stories, the families that feel this insane stress to provide extras for their families and the overwhelming acknowledgement that some cant be here on these special days. The music is joyous and festive, the food is abundant and delectable and the time with family is always welcome. The fore mentioned can be true any time of the year though and the sense of obligation doesn't really fit the supposed theme of the holidays to me.
My  perfect holiday season would be different. It'd be a time of true togetherness and global peace. Countries donating bounties of food and healthcare to those truly in need. People feeding and educating the homeless as a nation rather than providing a few extra shiny things for their nuclear families. The holidays to me just seem like smoke and mirrors amplified by corporate greed to milk the masses for their hard earned dollars. This Season I'm going to do something useful and anonymous to help a family I do not know and encourage my children to do the same. I'm also going to shop locally to source food and gifts for these obligatory events. To me these things embody more of that Holiday spirit than typical traditions.

“Becoming a Leader in KSI”
Workshop Introduction: The rank of Sergeant is the first step in moving forward towards that goal of being an officer within the community. Not just that, it's also the first time where members truly get a taste for what it means to be an active member in a gaming sense. In this workshop you will learn the basic things that all officers need to know to help provide members a positive experience within KSI. You will learn the core values that make up KSI and the requirements that all officers must fulfill to be successful in the community.
Workshop Occurrence: This workshop will be offered at the discretion of Divisional Leadership and Squad Leadership: SSGT and higher.
 
⤙ Pre-Workshop (Conversation Starters and Discussion Topics)
The following questions may be used as conversation starters before beginning your workshop. It's important to make sure you begin by getting everyone thinking about the topic at hand.
What do you add, or can you bring to the table to reframe the conversation? What can you do for my squad? What are your long term goals in KSI, and how can you achieve them? Where do you see myself in a year's time?  
⤙ Workshop Core (Workshop Topics, Progression, and Key Points)
Workshop Curriculum Introduction: Throughout this workshop you will be introduced to a variety of topics, including the daily responsibilities of both sergeants and staff sergeants. As we navigate this information, keep in mind that as a sergeant, you represent one of the most important position in KSI. You are the link between its members, and its officers. Although you yourself are still relatively new to the community, you have the power to make or break an experience for a member, or potential members. In all of this, remember the following.
KSI stands for Knowledge, Strength, and Integrity. Those aren't just three words, but also principles that every single leader, member, and trainer must demonstrate in their daily duties. All member should know and be able to explain what KSI means. 
 
◅ 1. KSI Core Values
Knowledge: Knowledge is essential in every aspect of your membership in this community.With that we as KSI members thrive to gain knowledge in all aspects of the community as well as learning something new that can be applied to real life.
Strength: Strength is needed to persevere through tough times and to continue moving forward. You will uncover obstacles throughout your time in KSI. They may take the form of dwindling squad or division numbers, issues with members or officers, or personal problems that become more important than gaming. With each of these, never think they are too big to overcome. They aren't. Approach all problems at their base level. Focus on helping one, two, or three members before trying to tackle the problems of the world. Strong leaders create a strong community.
Integrity: Integrity is perhaps the most important trademark of a KSI leader. At the end of the day, it, and your actions are all that you have. If you promise to do something, or are entrusted with greater responsibilities, it is important that you follow through, and not only that, but that you follow through with them to the best of your abilities. Just because you move up in the community doesn't mean your work is over. In fact, it's just beginning. As a leader, and as an officer, members are going to count on you to carry out any number of tasks, from game nights to recruiting parties. It is vital that we don't let them down.
 
◅ 2. Becoming an Officer
Sergeant is a critical rank in KSI. Not only does it help form the glue that keeps a squad together, it also represents a member's first experience with leadership. While the position itself is not time consuming, or difficult, it gives you the first taste of what it is like to be an officer in this community. Some members will decide to stay at the rank of sergeant and just be active gamers within the squad. Others still will decide that they like the taste of responsibility they've received and wish to continue up the rank structure. 
 
Do I meet the qualifications?
When attempting to become an officer, there are numerous characteristics and requirements evaluated before the idea of an officer rank can even be considered. As mentioned before, being an officer is hard work and therefore requires a considerable amount of time to be a good officer. The most common pitfall for aspiring officers is that they simply do not have the time to be active and involved with the daily task required by their rank. It is critical to assess current life situations and all prior commitments before taking on this responsibility.
Besides having the ability to commit time to being an officer in this community, the KSI handbook provides us with a list of minimum requirements to be considered for an officer rank. The requirements are as follows:
Successful fulfillment of the Sergeant rank. (KSI reflective gamer tag included.) Advanced understanding of the Code of Conduct and the ability to uphold it. Knowledge of the recruiting standards/processes. Co-Host any workshops and game nights to gain adequate experience on how to run and maintain a party. Remaining active on the forums by posting weekly check-ins, regular game night attendance, and all workshop notes. What do I Bring to the Table?
With the two previous questions, we’ve covered the requirements, duties, and tasks that need to be accomplished for all upcoming officers. However, there are multiple virtues and characteristics not listed in black and white that are needed or expected of officers. On a daily basis, there will be several things that need an officer's attention.
Events and meetings that need planning Training that needs to be finished Problems that need solutions Questions that need answers The heart of the matter: These tasks will require patience, attention to detail, organization, emotional control, and a level head. These characteristics can be very hard to master, and while it is beneficial to have them all, excelling at a certain few can be more helpful to a squad than being the jack of all trades. So whether you’re the organizational strategist, the problem solver, or the well of knowledge, it is important to discover what exactly you add to your squad as an officer.
 
◅ 3. Officer Responsibilities
Squad Level Events:
Every Division and squad will dictate its own format on how to host events efficiently. This includes the schedule on which they occur, what games they will occur on, how to establish contact with the most members possible, and so much more. The following steps are ones where, if practiced, can make the events you host become very successful. Every large event needs a format, so the attendees can have a healthy, and enjoyable experience while also enjoying their time spent with the squad. Implementing the ideas listed below can help you to make sure that it's not just an idea, but a reality. Squad level events are the heart of KSI. KSI would be nothing without the members within the community. Squad level events and activities are the most important jobs of any officer because it keeps our members engaged. An active squad is a strong squad, and a strong squad is a strong KSI.
 
Game nights:
Open a party five, ten or even fifteen minutes prior to the scheduled event. This will give members time to jump in the party, and get ready so the event can commence as close to the scheduled start time as possible. An added benefit of this is that your members will get more time to socialize and bond as a group. The event host should get on the squad tag or club to send out the first wave of invites to every online member. As officers join, encourage them to go on the squad tag as well, to send out a second wave of invites. Right before starting, take your attendance, and make any quick announcements you might have. Additionally, any members that join while the game night is in progress should be added to the attendance before the end of the event. Don’t forget that game nights don’t have to end at a certain time. If people are having fun playing together, let them keep going. This promotes squad activity and unity. Members should feel free to come and go as they need throughout the night. The most important fact is that you are giving them a venue to game, and enjoy their fellow squad/division mates. Note: Game nights are hosted by SSGTs and up; SGTs can co host a game night and sometimes a SGT can host a game night on their own with special permission given by the general of the squad.

Most importantly though, be genuine and relaxed. Make sure the information comes across in a relaxed, and genuine member. Have a conversation, don't give a lecture. Have all members mute their mics, and proceed to go over the information at hand. Afterwards, ask for any input from the officer staff, then if the members have any comments or concerns. If not, end the lobby. For all meetings, clearly designated some avenues that the attendees can use to indicate that they have an urgent question or comment to make. This could be the party messaging system, a message to you, or a click of the mic. Whatever it is, it needs to be clear. Note: SSGTs and up can host workshops; SSGTs that have not hosted a workshop before should co-host a workshop before being allowed to run a workshop on their own.

Note: Squad meetings are hosted by Generals and up; sometimes a CPT may host the squad meeting with overview from the General, which is part of the CPT’s general’s training.
 
Forums Activity
Officers are required to use the forums actively during their KSI Career. Officers need to know how to navigate forums, help new members create accounts, teach new members how to navigate the forums.
 
Activity Log
Every squad level event will be posted on the forums. Game nights and workshops are posted in the respective squad's activity log. It will include the event, the date the event was hosted, and the participants of the event.
 
Officer Check Ins
Officers are required to check in weekly in their respective division’s roll call/officer check in section in the forums. Officer Check Ins are a simple way for generals to see what CEP awards their officers have and awards each officer still needs.
 
Department Events
 It is suggested that officers participate/recommend members participate in events that Department Ops hosts, but it is not required. The members can participate in the following:
 
1. AAP Nominations (AAP)
Members can self nominate or nominate other members for awards in the AAP section OTM/OTY- Members are allowed to nominate other members of each for the Of The Months and Of The Year New Member Self Nomination- Members must nominate themselves for New Member after completion of the CEP workshop Multin-Nomination- Officers will nominate members who have completed CEP workshops in the multi-nomination section. 2. So You Think You Can Write (News)
Members can participate in the So You Think You Can Write in the News section Every So You Think You Can Write theme is different All new and experienced writers are welcome to participate 3. Weekend Warfare (Tournaments and Events)
Members can sign up for tournaments and events in the T&E section Every weekend a new tournament/event is hosted (except the weekend of annual events) T&E rotates games and takes suggestions from members for events they would like to see hosted Tournaments change between individual/team based events 4. Annual Events (Tournaments and Events)
Annual Events are hosted throughout the year by Tournament and Events and streamed by Productions Members can earn awards during the Annual Events by participating in the Forums Challenge News will promote the Annual Events and then do a recap of the events once completed List of Annual Events: Cupid’s Clash Spring Break Spirit Week Donor’s Weekend (must have donated to KSI) Fall Classic Turkey Bowl 5. Clip Submission/Montage Competition (Productions) 
Every month members can participate in the clip submission and the montage competition by submitting their clips/montages into productions Clip Submissions can be posted on our YouTube channel Montage Competitions- the top three montages will be featured in a segment posted on our YouTube Channel  
◅ 4. Squad & Divisional Transfers
Unfortunately, like in real life, things don't always work out in KSI. For one reason or another, you might find that the squad or division you are in just isn't the best fit for you. This could be due to a variety of factors, including game type incompatibility, personal issues, or issues with other members, or leaders in your squad or division. As a first course of action, we always encourage you to follow the chain of command and try to resolve anything that might be affecting you. If that isn't possible or nothing comes of it, then you may start the process of looking for a new home in KSI. After all, we would rather you find the place that is right for you within our community instead of leaving it. Every single member of this community is vital, including you. Below you will find the process for Squad and Division Transfers.
Squad Transfers: As the member wishing to find a new home, you must be the one to request the transfer. No one can do it for you. To start the process, you must first contact your General to discuss the issue. He or she is going to ask you a series of questions and try to find an in-house solution. If that isn't possible and they approve the transfer, they will then contact the Co-Founder of the squad to discuss your intention. The Co-Founder will then talk it over with all of the Generals in the division to try and find you a new home. Once that has happened, the two Generals will then meet to sort out the details, such as a discussion on your professionalism, reason for transferring, etc. If everything checks out, your transfer will be approved and processed.
Note: At any point in time during this process, any of the officers listed may deny your transfer.
Division Transfers: Just like Squad Transfers, Division Transfers can occur when a member no longer feels like their current division is the best fit for them. Also just like Squad Transfers, the same criteria will apply. Always try to solve any problems in-house before trying to find somewhere new to live. Without getting into the same repetitive detail, it's important to recognize that the process for Division Transfers is slightly different and requires attention to detail. Just like with Squad Transfers, you must follow the correct chain of command when requesting a move. First speak to the General of your squad. If they agree to your transfer, they will then talk to the Highest Ranking Officer in the division to receive final approval. Once that happens, you will be directed to create a topic in the Divisional Transfer Section of the forums. Your Division Leader and Director will then post their approval. If the division you desire to transfer to also approves of the move, the Director and Division Leader of the destination will also post their approval. It's important to note that when transferring divisions you are not guaranteed to keep your previous rank.

Note: A member who is transferring will be on a two week rank lock. An officer who is transferring to either a new squad or division will take a one rank demotion and a two week rank lock unless they were offered/given a business transfer (approached by upper leadership to transfer due to a need of officers in another squad/division). An officer may receive more than a one rank demotion if the rank is full in the other squad. Ex: If a captain transfers to a squad that has a full LT staff, then the Captain will have then become a SSGT in the new squad.
 
◅ 5. Workshop Scenario
KSI Watts, a brand new SGT who has been in KSI for two weeks, attends a game night hosted by a brand new SSGT KSI Timmy; this is KSI Timmy’s first ever game night. The game night consists of eight people and during the game night one member, KSI DeepDish, uses the “N word” quite a few times. KSI Watts is upset; however, he does not want to cause a scene because he does not want to violate the Code of Conduct. KSI Timmy does not address the issue considering no one is complaining about the use of the “N word” being thrown around multiple times during the event. After the game night KSI Watts goes straight to his general KSI Toga and demands a squad transfer. KSI Toga asks why he wants a squad transfer and tries to calm him down. KSI Watts agrees to stay in the squad, but he demands that the issue be handled appropriately.
Who is responsible for KSI Timmy not handling the problem of KSI DeepDish using the “N word”? KSI Timmy should have handled it, so he is partially responsible; he could have asked KSI DeepDish to stop or remove him from the party if the behavior continued Since it is his first game night there should have been another officer present The general should make sure that the people they are promoting are capable of upholding the CoC
  Should KSI Timmy be punished for not handling the issue? Why or Why not? If so, what punishments should occur? Yes, he should be reprimanded and given a warning that if he does not handle problems in the future it could lead to a demotion No, he should be taught properly on how to handle situations and be reminded that if he cannot handle the issue to contact a higher ranking officer that can handle the problem
  Should KSI DeepDish be punished over the incident? Why or Why not? Yes, he should be given a warning and be told that the next incident could lead to a one strike or the removal from the squad/division Yes, he should be put on a one strike for violation of the CoC No, he was never talked to in the party about his behavior, so he should only be warned
  If KSI Watts decided to leave the squad, then who would be responsible for making sure a squad transfer happens? The General of the Home Squad (squad the member is currently in) will go to the Co-Founder over their squad The Co-Founder will go to the Co-Founder over the Away Squad (squad that the member is trying to transfer to in the division); If the Co-Founder is over both squads they will skip this step The Co-Founder will go to the General of the Away Squad The General will interview the person trying to transfer and will decide if they would be a good fit in the squad Note: Any of these leaders can deny a transfer; however, the leader that normally denies the transfer is the General (or Co-Founder) of the Away Squad. If the General of the Home Squad denies the member will more than likely quit, which is why it is uncommon for them to deny the transfer themselves.

Grunt always takes time to listen and provides good, sound advice to help solve your problem, He listens without judging and hears with an open mind. He is truly what makes KSI great. I know I can always count on him when I need help. I truly consider him a friend even though i have never met him irl. When I came to him because I felt overwhelmed and felt like leaving, he talked to me like a friend and he kept it between us. I would trust him with anything at any time. He is the voice of reason in KSI. He is also able to even make meetings fun with his joking personality. That is a feat in itself. Grunt definitely deserves this award.

I have seen many times where he will join parties from work to help out members with issues or just hang out and chat. He seeks member input when scheduling division wide game nights to make sure he is doing what the members want. I have spent many nights talking to Romeo about issues with members, but he never made me feel like I was bothering him. He just does what needs to be done to make this organization successful. MeShell makes any party she attends fun. She is full of life and laughter. Not only is she Co-Fo, but she is also head of productions. She balances the two very well, and makes time for anyone that needs it. She is a ray of positivity no matter what is going on. MeShell was my co-fo when I was gen, and she was always there when I needed her. She answered any question, no matter how dumb, and was not afraid to ask for help when she did not know the answer. She is constantly gaming with the members, and doesn't let rank stop her from helping anyone that needs it. We orginally gave MeShell a hard time because we did not know her and had heard some false things about her, but she did not let this stop her from making sure we were doing things correctly and from helping us. This perseverance is why I chose her as Co-Fo of the year. She does what is best for the members, and her commitment to this organization is evident in everything she does.

He has been through three generals, and dealt with so much diversity and strife, yet continued to do what he knew was best even though it was not always the popular opinion. He fought for "his people" to make this community become one of the best there is. He makes himself available to his members at any and all time, and they come to his with deeply personal issues because they know they can trust in him and his constant commitment to always do the the right thing. Words do not do justice to what a good person he is and how much he deserves this award. He is a general that others should strive to be. It honestly hurts him to have to remove people from this community that he loves so much. He gives his all to it all each and every day. His officers consider him not only a leader, but a friend. As a Captain under me, he was always looking for ways to improve our officer staff and the squad as a whole for member retention. he came up with an agenda to run officer meetings, so we could make sure we were focusing on member happiness and doing what was best for them. He gives out praise in public and his criticism in private to build up hos officers.  he constantly strives to be the best he can be. he has come a long way since he joined KSI and even mended relationships with people that he previously had his differences with. he isn't afraid to admit when he is wrong and make the appropriate corrections for the situation. I only hope to one day be half the person he is. Whiskey deserves recognition for the work he has done and the obstacles he has overcome in order to become this great leader.

She went as far as to get a game for a member so she could be able to game with other members since the member could not afford it herself. He's the kind of smart, savvy, no nonsense leader that KSI needs. Romeo has been a mentor to myself and many others throughout DM. Showing people his thought processes and helping others make difficult decisions. Romeo is constant in DM and epitome of excellence. Lastly, Romeo has also racked up a lot of incredible awards this year. Outstanding Service 1 & 2, Div Leader of the Month, Novice, Pro, and Master Recruiter, and he was also inducted into DM's Divisional Hall of Fame!

Whiskey is the man! Full of fantastic ideas and the knowledge to implement them. Things like Wrath Reach Week have been a great success in DM. Where his squad, Wrath, does a Joint gamenight with each of the 5 other DM squads. Whiskey does a lot for his squad and DM as a whole. A go-to guy for my random ideas that I want to bounce off of someone, and always an absolute blast in parties. He's received a number of FANTASTIC nominations over the course of the year, but hasn't been lucky enough to earn an award for it. Despite coming dangerously close on numerous occasions. He's recruited like a mad man, over 60 people this year alone. He even created & implemented an entire training program for upcoming Staff Sergeants. Whiskey has been a spectacular General for a good portion of 2019, and it's time he get some recognition.

Jak is the heart and soul of Hellborn. He knows virtually every member, most better than myself. A true workhorse, Jak would host 7 gamenights a week if I let him. Jak has also been in KSI for 4 years, and his considerable knowledge has been spread throughout Hellborn's members and Officer Staff. He recruits like an absolute machine, is constantly sharing his knowledge and vast KSI experience, and he's always there online. I know that sounds like a small thing, but just by simply being online so much he's been able to reach out and meet so many members of Hellborn. He spent about 5 months as a LT in Hellborn before finally receiving his well-earned promotion Captain. He's continued his excellent work as a Captain and I know he'll make a phenomenal General in the future.

Well here's a guy who started his KSI career off with a bang! Earning Member OTM in his very first month with KSI, KSI Zordon was promoted to SSGT soon afterwards and hasn't stopped pushing. Zordon is constantly online and available for his members, even when at work he'll show up to Squad Meetings or Gamenights. He's grown a lot in his time with KSI. Jumping on top of every promotion & (quality) recruit he can get his hands on. KSI Zordon was the easily the best SSGT I saw all year and has been an even better Lieutenant. And I can't wait to see what his KSI Career holds in the future!

DontAsk, better known as Pam, has held a LOT of different ranks this year. From SGT to General and everything in between. She's a mentor to ALL of DM. She taught me just about every KSI thing I know. From how to host a gamenight or how do recruitung/promotions, even little things like reaching out to members and just caring for each and every person we meet. Regardless of rank or position. No matter who you are or where you're at Pam will make time to talk to you and help you out with anything, KSI or irl related. DontAsk is easily the single most positive person in ALL of KSI. Constantly upbeat and with a positive spin on things, Pam is always overflowing with love and compassion for DM & KSI. So much so that she was elected Spirit Week Queen for 2019! Also this year Pam earned Outstanding Service 1, and she was inducted into DM'S Divisional Hall of Fame!

We orginally gave MeShell a hard time because we did not know her and had heard some false things about her, but she did not let this stop her from making sure we were doing things correctly and from helping us. He has been through three generals, and dealt with so much diversity and strife, yet continued to do what he knew was best even though it was not always the popular opinion. He makes himself available to his members at any and all time, and they come to his with deeply personal issues because they know they can trust in him and his constant commitment to always do the the right thing. Words do not do justice to what a good person he is and how much he deserves this award. He is a general that others should strive to be. It honestly hurts him to have to remove people from this community that he loves so much. He gives his all to it all each and every day. His officers consider him not only a leader, but a friend. As a Captain under me, he was always looking for ways to improve our officer staff and the squad as a whole for member retention. he came up with an agenda to run officer meetings, so we could make sure we were focusing on member happiness and doing what was best for them. He gives out praise in public and his criticism in private to build up hos officers.  he constantly strives to be the best he can be. he has come a long way since he joined KSI and even mended relationships with people that he previously had his differences with. he isn't afraid to admit when he is wrong and make the appropriate corrections for the situation. I only hope to one day be half the person he is. Whiskey deserves recognition for the work he has done and the obstacles he has overcome in order to become this great leader.

She does not see herself as a leader, but I see that she leads people with her positive personality and her commitment to the members. She went as far as to get a game for a member so she could be able to game with other members since the member could not afford it herself.
