Ensure your in an Invite Only Party. Politely remove any non-essential guests or members. Stay calm and keep a steady tone of voice.  Maintain emotional control at all times.  Uphold a neutral, and professional position, regardless of personal feelings. If at any point you feel your unable to handle the situation professionally then allow another member in a rank equivalent or higher to help.

Please make sure that PVT and CPL promotions are being done on time. If it starts becoming 2 weeks overdue the member needs to be fluffed or removed from Recruit Club/Tag. Communication within the officer staff is essential for this. 
Also Generals go through your club/tag and make sure it matches up with your omega. Anyone who is on club but no longer in the squad needs to be removed asap. 
 
Finding Potential Officers
Remember as we are growing our squads, we do need officers to help handle the day to day activities for the squad. We will never force anyone to be an officer rather as leaders we can try ways to motivate those who have at least thought about stepping up. Recruiting workshops & CEP workshops are ideal events to host to help introduce what is required of an officer. If people approach you or your officers about the possibility of stepping up then do your best to assist them. For members who want more information about becoming an officer please contact your officer staff and/or general for more information.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Airborne has been the ONLY Board member who has consistently said hello to all of us lower ranking members and not just to those that he is close to or from a div he was in. He has gone out of his way to track a shipment for me because I had been waiting months to receive my KSI Merchandise. Furthermore, he remembered I had ordered it and asked me every couple of days without me asking. I truly appreciated that. Continuing on, he has been on top of things in the departments, especially when there is a debate that must be defused and clarified. Instead of throwing around his opinions or emotions about it, he stays calm and delivers a reasonable and accurate statement on how things should go. He does not accuse anyone of being wrong nor does he make them feel like they did something wrong. I have never met a Board member quite like him.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Honestly, he has the correct balance of involvement and support in my opinion, for his position. Rogue is interactive with our division however, he does not go overboard with his presence. He plays with members and has given advice to anyone who has asked for it; sometimes he will message members out of the blue and try to cheer them up if he sees they are not doing well with something. Regardless of his opinions, he listens fully to what members have to say and does not cut them off or try to predict what they will say. He works closely with our Div Lead however, still backs off enough for her to spread her wings and lead this division.  Furthermore, new sections of our discord have been implemented with his guidance and they have been very helpful with the knowledge and training of members and staff. He is a true servant of the community and will not turn away anyone who needs help or advice. However, he still reminds individuals to follow their chain of command and helps them to solve problems for themselves, if able.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Since Barb has taken over, there were some who thought the division would falter. However, most of us have always had her back and that support has helped her keep this division going strong. Eternal Souls has been struggling for over a year now and yet, Barb never gave up. She listens to her members and gens, enforces the COC and Chain of Command, and has made improvements in how we use the discord and run our squads. Barb does not take the credit for herself and always makes sure that those involved in change and improvements are known and appreciated. She has listened to her div and with the help of her co-founder and director, has allowed or implemented things that previous div leads would not. Although ES has a long way to go, to become a stronger version of its formal self, I believe it could not be achieved without Barb and her abilities to view things from a logical and compassionate angle. Finally, Barb may be Div Lead however, she has not forgotten where she came from and that everyone's opinion matters, not just her own.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Death has come a long way from when I first came back to ES. Within the last 5 months I have seen him tackle many hurdles with activity and his responsibilities, more importantly his life. However, through all this he became closer to the members of ES. Death is finally fitting into his shoes as Cofounder by being more of a present entity within ES, playing with all the members in all the squads, and even just being there when others doubt themselves. He is furthering his knowledge of the community and becoming a stronger leader with guidance from his superiors and himself. Death has shown more compassion and sincerity over the past few months than most have done in years. Although he has a full personal life with work, wife, kids, classes, etc...he makes the time for others when needed and remembers to make time for himself as well as to not burn out.

Reasoning why they deserve this - This guy here, he has been through it. Gunner has been a CPT for quite some time and has been a huge help to his new GEN and squad. In the short time he has been in Succubus, he has lead the officers there, stood in for his GEN without question, took initiative and completed any tasks that needed handled before his GEN had the time to even ask him. Gunner has been an asset to our division and he knows when he should step and to help others and when to let his GEN handle things. He is always available and online, playing games and is never afraid to join a party to chat or help another member. He is bold, blunt, honest, and knows his worth along with everyone else he is over. Loyal to a fault and will have your back with anything you need as long as he knows you are trying your best and you are being genuine. Gunner is a fine CPT and will make a wonderful GEN again, someday.

Reasoning why they deserve this - DemonWolf has had his struggles as an officer throughout my time here. However, through the months he has been constantly working on his self-improvement and his responsibilities. AS a LT of my squad he has been improving every week, no matter how small it may seem, to become a better officer and member. He has become more social with the members, which was a big struggle of his, stays on top of the promotions needed as he was the only LT I had for quite some time, and makes sure that his responsibilities are done without me telling him to do them. Although he makes me want to strangle him at times, I could not have kept this squad together without him being there when everyone else had seem to give up. He takes healthy criticism and where most would give up, he constantly says "I will not give up and I will be the officer I know I can be and the squad needs". He never gives up and even though he still has much to work on and learn, always tries his best to stay positive when the chips are down.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Jake is one of the best recruits I had ever brought into a squad. It took me 3 weeks to get him to join however in the 4 months he has been here, he has been a fantastic member to the squad and myself. He is always motivating others to have fun and be respectful, helping his squad-mates if they are down or need help on a game, and has even stepped up to hosting game nights to help the officers out. He has a good head on his shoulders and is always willing to provide input or insight about the squad and its members. He knows how competitive he is on certain games and makes sure he is around the right people in Banshee when he plays them, as to not make others feel they are not good at a game. Although he does not wish to be an officer at this time, he unknowingly shows what it takes to be a strong SSGT and will hopefully one day become a future leader in our community.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Paradox has been a guiding force in the AAP since before I joined. He is always communicating with the staff and although he remains professional when work needs to be done, he keeps a fun atmosphere for his staff. Whenever a question arises about an award or nomination, he is almost always the first one to answer and he ensures that nominations and awards are done in a timely manner. He keeps on his staff to make sure everyone is doing their part however, allows us to show initiative and use critical thinking when it comes to certain awards such as OS and other high regard awards. This department could not run as smoothly as it does without him and it has been a productive and enjoyable experience working with him and the other staff members.

Reasoning why they deserve this - I swear he doesn't sleep. Food has been kicking butt on the KSI Handbook since he joined the team and always trying his best to improve a lot of his prior work to conform to the new direction KSI is going in. Every time I look he is trying to get others to work on the handbook with him and he has done a lot of work on it since we started a month or so ago. Dedication and perseverance are the best descriptions I can give for his actions in the Information team.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Dark transferred to my squad a few weeks ago and I was unsure of how things would go. However, I have taken quite a bit of time to get to know him. Dark has had a rough go in ES with many people, whether it was leaders or members. He is very passionate about how things are in the community and voices his views and opinions, as any member should. He can be a bit rough around the edges if you don't take the time to get to know him however we have spent many hours, since he ahs been here, talking about life and KSI, and understanding that there is always two sides to a situation. He has a great amount of knowledge from other experiences, some that would be an asset to the community some day. He has been trying to spend time with others and although his Xbox is not working currently, he hops into parties all the time and tries to play with members on any game that is cross-platform that he ahs on his pc. Dark has done so well trying to keep in mind everyone's differences and to consciously keep in mind of how his actions and words come across to others. Although it will take efforts to find a balance between patience, understanding, and empathy, he is quite surprising and a rather caring individual who has been misunderstood quite often in his past and by others. Not saying he doesn't make me want shake him constantly lol however, I am happy to have met him and with time and patience, I will enjoy watching him grow in this community.

He has been handling any and all fluff in his division, he makes sure the squad are healthy, the officer corps are progressing, he makes sure the bar is set by leading by example and is not afraid to get in there and show others just how to do it right and the way that works. Reasoning why they deserve this – He has progressed as a leader greater than anyone one else I’ve seen in this community. He has no problem handling the tough conversations and dealing with any issues. Strong-minded and opinionated, but his intention is for transparency, clarity, and accountability. He worked very hard in Dynasty during it’s and aftermath, then he took care of any issues in Prestige. N3WERA has a strong drive and can be viewed as abrasive. But he isn’t being that way. He is giving you the tough love needed to succeed. He will make a great Division Leader one day.

Reasoning why the deserve this – Huntartt hasn’t had the greatest hand in her hand but she keeps pushing forward and chugging on. From a troublesome officer who lied then just left the officer corps and trying hard to find future officers, she still walks on. She is very caring and tries hard to understand. She has been a wonderful General and I could see her moving up one day very soon because she leads her squad, she tries to do right by them, and continues to have some killer gamenights bringing in so many people. Fun personality and has been coming out of that shell that she first had as an officer.

He is currently in my CT 201 class and is not afraid to voice his opinions and speak on the topic at hand. This guy even comes early to class lol. But on the Clan Ops side of things, he tries to engage with his members as often as possible. I even see him playing with some of the less active members to still make them feel at home. He stays accountable for his squad and doesn’t let much get him down. He is still growing as we all should be but he will make a fine General.

He has been doing a stellar job running his division. He has tackled any and every problem with respect and professionalism. He learns all he can then applies it with finesse. He has been handling any and all fluff in his division, he makes sure the squad are healthy, the officer corps are progressing, he makes sure the bar is set by leading by example and is not afraid to get in there and show others just how to do it right and the way that works. Reasoning why they deserve this – He has progressed as a leader greater than anyone one else I’ve seen in this community. He has no problem handling the tough conversations and dealing with any issues. Strong-minded and opinionated, but his intention is for transparency, clarity, and accountability. He worked very hard in Dynasty during it’s and aftermath, then he took care of any issues in Prestige. N3WERA has a strong drive and can be viewed as abrasive. But he isn’t being that way. He is giving you the tough love needed to succeed. He will make a great Division Leader one day.

Reasoning why the deserve this – Huntartt hasn’t had the greatest hand in her hand but she keeps pushing forward and chugging on. From a troublesome officer who lied then just left the officer corps and trying hard to find future officers, she still walks on. She is very caring and tries hard to understand. She has been a wonderful General and I could see her moving up one day very soon because she leads her squad, she tries to do right by them, and continues to have some killer gamenights bringing in so many people. Fun personality and has been coming out of that shell that she first had as an officer.

Reasoning why they deserve this – This guy right here has been impressing me lately. He has been so eager to learn and grow as a Captain. He attended my Lead 101 class and did a great job. He is currently in my CT 201 class and is not afraid to voice his opinions and speak on the topic at hand. This guy even comes early to class lol. But on the Clan Ops side of things, he tries to engage with his members as often as possible. I even see him playing with some of the less active members to still make them feel at home. He stays accountable for his squad and doesn’t let much get him down. He is still growing as we all should be but he will make a fine General.

Third times a charm right? If rogue doesn't get this award then it's very clear that no one will ever earn this award this award again and we might as well retire it. I'll be honest with yall this man has went through so much strife in his real life and in KSI and somehow he manages to make time for every member who needs him. Imagine injuring yourself at work, having to sue the company, getting fired, some personal issues dealing with marriage/getting divorced, losing over 50 pounds in a 2 month span because your body rejects anything and everything, and having to sell your house. Sounds tough? Only 40% of what rogue went through in the last two years that I've known him. You want to talk about perseverance. When he first joined KSI he was a LT after a few weeks in basically doing the Generals job. By two months he was the general, fluffing out 50% of the squad, doing all recruitment, promotions, and trainings himself, stays at the squad level bc he denied his own promotion to co-founder twice so the squad didn't die putting more burdens on his shoulders for the members. Splits his squad instead of becoming a cofo. Finally has a replacement after I transfer over.. has to deal with my stubborn ass. We split the squad 3 months after the last squad split.  He's over the new squad as well which starts to tank after the split bc the break. Oh and the kicker.. whenever a squad is in dire need of helo/on the brink of shutdown/mass chaos js erupting  he is the guy who gets called in to fix it all. That's just clan ops. Dude figuratively dies for education.  The amount or work he does to create and revamp workshops and mentor through lead classes is phenomenal. Ngl I said it earlier and I'll say it again. if rogue doesn't get die hard after skarzx came back from retirement to witness on this.. this is his third time being nominated, and he has done all this for the community we just need to remove the award from our system  
Edit: he also lost his grandmother which was the person he was the closest to and still.didnt take a damn loa. He literally brought his Xbox so the members of the community were not without. Dude is an upstanding member.. the end

I dont know much about his situations, but from what I do know, there are definitely a multitude of things outside of KSI right now that require a lot of effort and attention from him. To the extent that I am amazed he still has time and effort to put into making this community better. He isn't giving up, and as far as Departments his activity has actually increased as well.
 
I cannot speak to his Clan Ops involvement, as I don't know and that's not my arena but I see several others have. 

Not sure if I'm able to witness but if my time as a former KSI leader I can think of many people who would qualify for this award. Amongst them would be KSI Rogue 7. He has given blood sweat and tears into KSI admist personal life trouble, work related issues, heck even pandemic related issues and you will always see this man work. As his former leader I witnessed him do amazing things when others in similar situations would dial it back and step down,  he instead soldiers on and works harder . Granted I have been out for a few months but his current rank is further evident that he continues to strive and be a leader. He is KSI incarnated and I wouldn't be surprised if he makes CEO one day if thats what he wants. So if you asking me if he qualifies for Die Hard, I think the description of the award is basically describing him fully. Lastly speak to any person who isn't in KSI anymore about Rogue and they will tell you exactly what I told you. 

Dropping my vote to witness:

DropShot has been monumental in various aspects of the community. Serving every area of KSI from Clan Ops, to Web Ops, to Dept Ops, the LC etc this alone is a hell of a service and worthy in itself of OS2. Current standing Head Admin. He has a lot on his plate. Yet he has been pushing hard to serve the community to the fullest extent. Head of T&E, a very important department that boosts activity in the community through the various Weekend Warfares and Annual Events. These levels of leadership he has held require outstanding service to the community every given day and week, year after year. Directly, he has helped me out so much in my forums group, accessing forums account for members, activating their accounts. email issues etc. This is but a crumb in comparison to the level of time and service he has given.

Kakashii has definitely give himself in Outstanding Service to this community over the span of over 8 Years (9 years as of 1/12/21). That alone is more than deserving especially since he is a 2 time CoFounder, 3 time General, and now currently the standing Leadership Council Coordinator. Over the span of his tenure, this guy has impacted so many individuals. He has produced officers and leaders, his has been there for members, he has given his time, money and life into KSI. Hell being able to have Div Hall of Fame and KSI Hall of Fame and Die Hard is enough evidence of his level of service over 9 years being exemplary. OS2 should have been given years ago for his dedication to the community primarily in Clan Ops but now for the betterment of KSI as a whole. I know that I could give at least a 15 page essay on why KSI Rogue 7 is more than deserving of this award, but I won't make you all read that. So, I will settle with this. I have known Rogue now for over a year and a half. In that time, I have watched this man go through so many difficulties and yet he is still here. I remember when he was my General in imperial. Although he and I did not know much about each other during that time, I still remember the few conversations that we had. Once I became an officer again about 4 months later, this man was there to provide his input and guidance. As a general, Rogue has set apart time to speak with me and help me work through things. I do not believe that I have ever seen Rogue not make time to meet with his members. In the years that he has been in this community, he has only taken time to himself for a few days twice! There have been many things that have gone on in his real life with loosing family(in different kinds of ways), with work, and many others things that have gone wrong. In regards to the community, Rogue has put his toes in many areas of the community. Education, AAP, Leadership Council, and a Director. He has helped multiple squads and divisions grow and become great. I do not believe that there is no other person that is deserving of this award more than KSI Rogue 7. He is selfless, hard working, devoted, a gigantic pool of knowledge, and the list goes on and on. He is well deserving of this award.

Round 3.. Count me in! Before i dive right into this, id like to also provide links to the other two times this stand up man has been nominated and witnessed for by MULTIPLE high ranking officials of this community, but sadly not given this award.
as you can see there is some nearly 30 witness statements here on those two alone. So if possible id like all those to be put into the discussion when it comes that time. As Rogue has not only excelled and exceeded since those statements but has done nothing but persevere time and time again.
Now, I believe this award has something to do with strife, grief, stress where most would throw in the towel or walk away correct? We all know Rogue by now. The guy never quits ever. As far as hardships in KSI and especially real life this man has had a REALLY ROUGH past 2 years. loosing family members, selling his home,  personal problems out the wazoo (its not my story to tell so forgive lack of detail) but lets say most if not anyone i know who would go through such traumas would ultimately put KSI on the back burner or leave. Instead this man laced his boots a little tighter kept his head down on his work and continued to be one of the hardest workers in the room day after day week after week month after month and now year after year. Rogue is a friend to all and a massive mentor to many. Hes always cheerful, always fun and always willing to help you and everyone else be and do better! Hes given countless hours of prime dedication to this community over and over again.  Never looking for something in return not even recognition. This man is selfless. I know Rogue on a personal level some could say and this guy has gone through the god damn ringer (forgive my french) this past entire year yet stayed focused on KSI and his duties pertaining to it. And didnt make an excuse for anything. This guy goes above and beyond his rank every. single. day. and its more then evident if you do some sniffing around. Ive witnessed Rogue take new officer who doesnt know jack and make them a POWERHOUSE within weeks. Making them wanting to be the best they can be with out a force of hand. His mentoring skills are unmatched, Me and my entire 7s staff are seeds of his hard work and dedication. He goes above and beyond for this community everyday even when he should be focusing on his own life and issues. I respect this man like no other, and in my eyes has deserved this award for a long time. If you take one look at the accomplishments, the dedication, the time invested, and the progress made by this one individual youd be dead wrong to think otherwise. Ive never scene Rogue stay from a challenge even if he was atrock bottom. THIS GUY BLEEDS KSI. Its time for him to receive this award.
