KSI NoBe @KSI NoBe SL DHOF Nobe was a keystone in SL when he was in Prestige. Almost everyone knew KSI NoBe and his accomplishments in SL. He became general of SL due to his hard work and dedication. He was a recruiting powerhouse that kept flooding the squad with new members and he was always available to help anyone that came to him for whatever reason. He was a beast trainer and almost everyone he trained became a successful officer as well. He definitely deserves to be recognized for his hard work in the division he started his career in. He did amazing things in the division and he was always open to game and help anyone that came to him. I believe @KSI ATH3NA 7 @KSI Swag 77 @KSI Slick 7 etc can help explain everything else that he has accomplished in his SL career.

She has come in strong from the start and has had a tremendous impact on the division making sure that things are getting done properly and efficiently. She has helped with the retraining of officers, helped with motivation and morale, and she has sparked life into the division by bringing positivity and joy even through the tough times of SL closing. She has been a huge help to the division and has already done a great job of getting to know all the members of the division. She has got her officers producing at a high level in every aspect of their duties. She is an excellent leader who is well known by everyone within her squad and division. She is well respected and has busted her butt recently to make sure that Samurai continues growing and thriving while allowing her officers to grow and develop their skills. She has trained officers and hopped in numerous to parties to make sure everyone feels valued and accommodated. She is a great problem solver and thinks about the bigger picture consistently before making decisions. She listens to everyone and is always there for her members. Everyone knows they can always go to her when they are in need, and she has always gone out of her way to make everyone feel welcome to KSI. Captain Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Eslin024 Carnage WD Link to forums account - @KSI Eslin024 Reasoning why they deserve this - Eslin is second to none when it comes to being a captain. She has basically been running Carnage WD since the squad has been created. She has recruited, promoted, transferred, trained, member retended, etc. She has done it all and she has done it well. She is open to feedback, and she constantly strives to get better. Her name is always in the stats page and she is constantly communicating with all of the members on discord and xbox while she is updating promotion lists, weekly schedules, etc. She is not afraid to speak her mind, but she is always willing to learn as well. She has never shyed away from a challenge and is always trying to prove herself that she is ready to be a leader that this community deserves. She has faced many struggles and strife, yet she refuses to give in. She could easily quit and say she had a good career, but she refuses to let it die there. She is the face of her squad and continues to improve on a daily basis. Although her home division closed, she has continued to keep a positive attitude while never giving up. Her squad has three officers and instead of throwing in the towel she has decided to put the burden on her back and carry her squad to success, which has constantly improved since being established in WD. I would argue that Eslin has done more this month than most have to do in three months combined and has done it with less help because of the lower number officer corp. Her hard work has not gone unnoticed by her squad and she definitely deserves recognition for the work she has accomplished throughout this month. She is definitely more than deserving of this award. Dude is a recruiting beast and has proved why he a force to be reckoned with in clan ops. He is always recruiting, playing with members, and communicating with people. He is always in the stats page. He is always open to constructive criticism, and continues to improve as an officer everyday. He is an amazing leader and is great with being there for members. There is nothing that he can't do, and it is clear that he will be able to work back up the ranks quickly with the effort that he continues to give on a daily basis.
