Reasoning why they deserve this - cause why not.... honestly though he works his butt off making sure things are done properly and helping out anyone that comes to him for guidance.

    Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI ATH3NA 7 WD

Reasoning why they deserve this - She has done amazing things ever since joining WD. She has come in strong from the start and has had a tremendous impact on the division making sure that things are getting done properly and efficiently. She has helped with  the retraining of officers, helped with motivation and morale, and she has sparked life into the division by bringing positivity and joy even through the tough times of SL closing. She has been a huge help to the division and has already done a great job of getting to know all the members of the division.

Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI MamaTank Samurai WD
Link to forums account - @KSI Mamatank
Reasoning why the deserve this - KSI Mamatank has done an amazing job leading her squad. She has got her officers producing at a high level in every aspect of their duties. She is an excellent leader who is well known by everyone within her squad and division. She is well respected and has busted her butt recently to make sure that Samurai continues growing and thriving while allowing her officers to grow and develop their skills. She has trained officers and hopped in numerous to parties to make sure everyone feels valued and accommodated. She is a great problem solver and thinks about the bigger picture consistently before making decisions. She listens to everyone and is always there for her members. Everyone knows they can always go to her when they are in need, and she has always gone out of her way to make everyone feel welcome to KSI.
    Captain
    Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Eslin024 Carnage WD
    Link to forums account - @KSI Eslin024
Reasoning why they deserve this - Eslin is second to none when it comes to being a captain. She has basically been running Carnage WD since the squad has been created. She has recruited, promoted, transferred, trained, member retended, etc. She has done it all and she has done it well. She is open to feedback, and she constantly strives to get better. Her name is always in the stats page and she is constantly communicating with all of the members on discord and xbox while she is updating promotion lists, weekly schedules, etc. She is not afraid to speak her mind, but she is always willing to learn as well. She has never shyed away from a challenge and is always trying to prove herself that she is ready to be a leader that this community deserves. She has faced many struggles and strife, yet she refuses to give in. She could easily quit and say she had a good career, but she refuses to let it die there. She is the face of her squad and continues to improve on a daily basis. Although her home division closed, she has continued to keep a positive attitude while never giving up. Her squad has three officers and instead of throwing in the towel she has decided to put the burden on her back and carry her squad to success, which has constantly improved since being established in WD. I would argue that Eslin has done more this month than most have to do in three months combined and has done it with less help because of the lower number officer corp. Her hard work has not gone unnoticed by her squad and she definitely deserves recognition for the work she has accomplished throughout this month. She is definitely more than deserving of this award.
    SSGT
Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Nobe Vanquish WD
Link to forums account - @KSI NoBe
Reasoning why they deserve this- Nobe has gone above and beyond as a SSGT. Dude is a recruiting beast and has proved why he a force to be reckoned with in clan ops. He is always recruiting, playing with members, and communicating with people. He is always in the stats page. He is always open to constructive criticism, and continues to improve as an officer everyday. He is an amazing leader and is great with being there for members. There is nothing that he can't do, and it is clear that he will be able to work back up the ranks quickly with the effort that he continues to give on a daily basis.

    CEP: Recruiting Workshop
Created 2/22/2021 by KSI DC 7 (assisted by KSI Fenny 77, KSI Swag 77, KSI ATH3NA 7)
    "Scouting and Recruiting"
Workshop Introduction: The purpose of this workshop is for members to learn how to scout, vet, and recruit new members. Recruiting is one of the most important aspects of Clan Operations within KSI. Through recruiting we increase not only the size of our squads and division but potentially bring a future leader into the community. Something key to keep in mind is: quality over quantity. The people we bring in are people that we will play with all the time. So be as sure as possible before recruiting them that they’ll be a good fit in our KSI family.
Workshop Occurrence: This workshop will be offered at the discretion of Divisional Leadership and Squad Leadership: SSGT and higher.

    ⤙ Pre-Workshop (Conversation Starters & Discussion Topics)
The following questions may be used as conversation starters before beginning your workshop. It's important to make sure you begin by getting everyone thinking about the topic at hand.
How were you asked to join KSI? Why did you decide to join? What do you remember about your recruitment? Was your recruitment an enjoyable experience? Why or why not? Was your recruiter knowledgeable? Could they answer all your questions?
⤙ Workshop Core (Workshop Topics, Progression, and Key Points)
Workshop Curriculum Introduction: Throughout this workshop you will learn how to scout and vet potential recruits, remove potential recruits from toxic environments, how to ask potential recruits to join the community, and the recruiting process. This will provide all potential and current officers strengthen their scouting and recruiting skills, which will increase their chances at successful recruiting.
    ◅ 1. Scouting Recruits
In order to recruit you have to find people to recruit. This process of recruiting is known as scouting recruits. There are multiple ways to scout recruits, but there is one similarity: you must get to know the people you are inviting to the community. KSI wants quality over quantity. We do not want to invite everyone just to have higher numbers. This will lead to toxic people being brought into the community, which will cause unnecessary drama and problems that will hurt the community in the long run. Never feel guilty if a member turns toxic. Although your name is in their bio, that does not mean you will be directly responsible if a member turns toxic after recruitment. Playing with members and getting to know them will allow you to feel more confident in your decision to invite potential members you feel will benefit the community. Here are some methods that will help find people to possibly recruit.

    Looking For Group (LFG)
When posting or joining an LFG know that your odds of recruiting are better if you bring a friend or two. The potentials will see the friendship and the communication between KSI members, which could spark their own interest in joining the community. The only negative side of this is that the more KSI members in your party means there are less potential members in your party.

    Posting LFG
There are multiple ways you can post an LFG in order to get people interested in KSI. Here are a few examples:
Post a KSI is recruiting LFG Ex: “KSI is a positive gaming community currently looking for active members. Age 15+” with tags new players welcome, causal, must have mic  Post a LFG for the game type you are playing “Nuketown 24/7. Don’t care about KD just have fun. Age 15+” with tags new players welcome, causal, must have mic * You do not have to retype your LFG every single time. You can do the following to easily refresh your post without having to stay in the club (have the attendees do this while explaining it if they are not the xbox app):
Click the Xbox button on your controller Go to People/Clubs tab Click LFG Click view history Click your latest post Hit post topic Joining LFG
If you do not want to wait for people to respond to an LFG, then you may like responding to other people’s LFGs. There are a few pros to this method:
This will allow you to join parties quickly This will allow you to join full parties within a matter of moments instead of filling your own party, which could take forever depending on the game mode you are trying to play You can hop parties quickly if you do not think the people in the party are suited for KSI Tags to look for when joining a LFG:
Mic Required New Players Welcomed Cooperative Casual * You can have multiple people in a squad doing this at a time, which results in a huge number of possible recruits per hour. Ex: If you have four officers and each officer spends 1 hour in a party of 5 potentials that equals 20 potential recruits.

    Inviting Friends of Members
This is one of the easiest ways to get new members into KSI. You play with members as an officer on a daily basis. While playing with members (especially new members) ask them if they would have any friends that would be interested in joining KSI. Word of mouth recruiting is great because they are more likely to join if their friend asks them compared to some random they do not know, and you as an officer can help answer any questions that the potential recruit might have or to ease any doubts or concerns that may prevent them from joining.

    Random Lobby
You may find while playing in a random lobby a person that has a mic and seems cool. If the person is playing in a random lobby, then they might not have any friends or know how to use the LFG. If they are cool, then invite them to a party, play with them, and then you can ask if they are interested in joining the community.

Inviting non-KSI members to KSI events
You may find that people are interested in KSI but want to know more about the community before deciding on whether or not to join. Inviting non-KSI members to game nights can significantly increase your chance at successfully recruiting these people. Inviting them to your squad’s game night allows them to meet and have fun with KSI members, proves that they will have people to play games with while in KSI, and lets them experience what KSI is all about before making a decision. If they are still hesitant, then continue to invite them without pressuring them to join. You will have a better chance of recruiting them the more they get to know you (comfortable around you) and the more they hang around KSI members (use the line “You already play with us a lot, why not join?”).
    Optional Discussion Topic:
Which method do you feel would be best to use when recruiting? What are some other ways that you may find potential recruits? Tip: Once you’ve found someone who's fun to play with and seems like a good fit for KSI, add them as a favorite on your friends list. Having them as a favorite and being notified when they’re on can be helpful for a few different reasons. First, maybe you're not sure if you want to bring them in and want to play with them more to get to know them better. Second, maybe they don’t have time to be recruited right then so you can recruit them another time they’re on. Third, if you chose to recruit them at that time, knowing when they’re on is helpful for integrating them into the community.

◅ 2. Removing Potential Recruits from Toxic Environments
If you are playing with a potential and they seem interested, but you are in a toxic lobby, then here are a few steps to get them out of the toxic environment:
Let the group know you are leaving and say something like “Hey! I gotta go, but it was fun playing with you all. Add me if you want to play some more later Add the potential recruits only (if they add you back then you have a chance) Leave the party and invite them to a separate party Apologize for the toxic lobby environment Ask them if they would like to join KSI *Another method of removing recruits from a toxic environment would be removing any toxic members from the party if you are the party leader.
Note: If you have to actually get off of Xbox, message the potential saying hey maybe we can play later and invite them when you are both online again.

◅ 3. Inviting Potential Recruits to KSI
Do not overthink this process! The worst a potential member can do is tell you they do not want to join KSI. Do not be afraid to ask them if they would like to join. If they tell you no, then do not push the issue; however, ask them what their concerns or things that would prevent them from joining. When they express their concerns/problems give them the information that solves that problem. Ex: “I don’t want to change my gamertag”. “Actually, we don’t force you to change your gamertag” If they say they want to join, then you may now start the recruiting process.
Note: At this point in the workshop you can go through some common concerns/questions that people have and how to approach them to possibly have potential recruit change their mind and decide to join KSI.
    Optional Discussion Topic:
Why can it be hard to ask a potential member if they want to join KSI?
    ◅ 4. Recruiting Process
Before you ever begin doing your first recruit you should do three things. First, go over the process in your head a few times. Once you get a feel for it, you should request to mock recruit an officer of your squad to practice. Lastly you should look for your own recruit and before you do the process, make sure an officer is with you. Understand that you will miss a few things or mess up a few times starting out but if you keep at it and practice in your spare time, it becomes a lot easier.
Tip: *The person running the workshop should pretend they are recruiting their workshop attendees when covering this portion (makes the workshop interactive and encourages questions).
    Order of recruitment:
Security Check Vetting Code of Conduct Rank Structure Privacy Settings Bio/Location Add Officers Add Recruit Club Post Recruitment into Discord
    Security Check
Before going over the code of conduct, there are a few things you should check about any potential recruit. This is what we call a "Security Check" and it helps ensure that we are being diligent in making sure the recruit is eligible to join. These are the following things you need to check:
Gamerscore: Requirement is 500 (Lockdown Requirement is 1000) Must have friends (Quantity doesn't matter) No Black listed or Security Risked members on Friends List No "Squad Tag" or "Squad Club" that belongs to another gaming community Note: KSI current blacklist and security risk members/communities are: J2H, [AG is On Notice]
    Vetting
Must be 15 Years or Older Have they ever been a part of a clan or another xbox community like ours before? If yes, they must go to www.ksiforums.org and post a join application If former KSI member, direct them to the JOIN/REJOIN section If no, then proceed with the recruitment Do they have a working Mic? Kinect mics do not qualify as a working mic. * Join/Rejoin Applications: When directing recruits to the Join/Rejoin application here are some additional details to assist you: If they are a former member of KSI whether in .org or .com they post in the rejoin section and post a rejoin application. Otherwise all applicants will post a Join Application.
*Things that constitute a clan or community:
Clan- a clan is a group of 12 or more people playing one game type with a clan tag and a squad club that typically require a tryout. Ex: ISO xCrunkx- ISO is a NBA 2k clan that has a club and a clan tag Community- a group of 50 or more members with a similar recruiting process, similar rank structure, a squad/community club, a clan tag, and (more than likely) a discord server.
    Code of Conduct
At this point if the recruit has passed all checks then the next part of the process is reading them the KSI Code of a Conduct. Recruits must be read and then agree to the Code of Conduct before you proceed onward.
Note: When covering this part, read off each CoC then give a brief explanation as if you were recruiting each of the attendees. Before reading it, let them know if they have any questions during to ask them.
KSI Members are to always represent KSI as a positive gaming community. Toxic behavior, or actions unbecoming of a KSI member is not permitted at any time, for any reason. (Stressing “know your party” is key here because we joke around but you never know who can take a joke or what jokes are offensive to some so learn who you are talking to before making certain jokes) Prohibited actions and behaviors include, but are not limited to: harassment, sexual harassment, slander, console and gameplay modding, stolen valor, theft, illegal drug use, posting of pornography or any media of an inappropriate nature, blackmail, and piracy. Squad leadership is responsible for the scheduling and hosting of game nights and workshops, as well as the enforcement of the KSI Code of Conduct. (Officers make sure game nights run smoothly, keeping it professional while fun) KSI has an Open Door Policy, any member can go to any leader with any issues or ideas, but it is highly encouraged members follow the proper chain of command to ensure matters are handled appropriately. (Let them know that you will explain chain of command after finishing the CoC) KSI is an activity based community. Meaning, if you cannot attend game nights or any other KSI related events for an extended period of time without notifying your chain of command, you could be removed from KSI. A KSI member never leaves another KSI member behind. We ask that you refrain from “rage quitting” in the middle of a game or match. If you sign up to participate in an event, it is your responsibility to notify the appropriate staff/members in a timely manner if you cannot attend. (Also, if you’re in a party with other members and you have to leave make sure to let people know. You don’t have to give an explanation unless you want to but please let them know out of respect) The lowest age allowed to be recruited into KSI is 15, however the divisions within KSI may have higher standards, this policy is in place at the discretion of KSI Senior Leadership. KSI members are not permitted to be a part of any other clan or community other than KSI. (while in KSI) All KSI members are to have been read, and agree to the KSI Code of Conduct. Failure to adhere to these standards and policies will result in removal from KSI.
KSI senior leadership reserves the right to alter the Code of Conduct at any time.
Note: Ask them “So you think you can follow these simple codes?” “Do you understand and agree to follow this code of conduct?” They have to Agree or the Recruitment is over. IF they do agree, then move on to Rank Structure.

    Rank Structure
Now we move on to rank structure where we give the recruit a brief explanation on what ranks are in KSI and how to obtain them. Once you have finished reading the ranks and giving the brief explanation for each of them if they have any questions.
    Squad Members:
Recruit (RCT) Private (PVT) Corporal (CPL) Sergeant (SGT)-eligible with name change reflecting KSI after PVT promo Squad Leadership:
Staff Sergeant (SSGT) Lieutenant (LT) Captain (CPT) General (GEN) Division Leadership:
Co-Founder (Co-Fo) Founder (FO) Division Leader (DIV) Community Leadership:
Director (DIR) Senior Director (SDIR) Chief of Staff (COS)/ Chief of Clan Operations (COCO)
    Privacy Settings
Now we will move on to Privacy Settings changes. I recommend after your security check that you have the recruit unfriend you. Not being their friend will allow you to verify if they change their settings correctly They will add you back after you are finished checking their settings (once they have completed their settings and bio/location)
Here is how you get to your privacy settings:
Go to Privacy Settings Hit center Home button on Xbox controller Scroll and select the Profile picture Select “My Profile” Scroll down to Privacy Settings Select “View Details and Customize” *This may be different depending on your Dashboard setup
At this point in the recruitment you would walk the new recruit through the changes in their settings. Make sure you are following through the procedures that your division requires (some divisions prefer different times when to close friends list). Please note if the member is unable to change their settings, refused to change their settings or is on a child account and doesn't have access to their parent account then the RECRUITMENT IS OVER. Let them know the settings that are required are usually already set to what is needed.

    Bio/Location
Please inform the recruit that the following information is like our Uniform/ID badge/Resume/etc. This is to keep things organized and for security purposes. This information shows who the member was recruited by, promoted by, as well as their Squad, Division and Rank within KSI, which allows other KSI members to know who they are when they are sent a friend request, message, or an invite.
    How to Get to Bio/Location:
Go to Customize Profile Same steps in Privacy settings except don't hit privacy settings on Profile page. Scroll down to “Customize Profile” Location:
In ALL CAPITAL LETTERS, the recruit will enter the following information. The format is: KSI then SQUAD NAME then DIVISION INITIALS then RANK Example: KSI IMPERIAL SL RCT  There should be nothing else written in the location.  Bio:
The format is: Recruited by “Name of Recruiter” on “Date of Recruitment” Example: Recruited by KSI DC 7 on 05/28/2021 If the Recruit was referred by another member, they can put "Referred by (insert name of referral)" in their bio AFTER recruited by. Your division may not do this. Follow that procedure if applicable. Any additional things in their bio that they wish to keep must go AFTER the KSI information and must follow our Code of Conduct. Note: Make sure to DOUBLE CHECK the Location and Bio, very carefully, to check for any misspellings, improper capitalization, punctuation, or format.

    Add Officers
Simply walk the member through your Friends List and instruct them to add the correct individuals. Doing this in alphabetical order is the most efficient way. To help with this, you should always have an updated list of officers and divisional 7s staff for each squad on their discord channel for quick reference. When they add the officers, explain to the member what rank they are.

    Add Recruit Club
After finishing the profile bio/location and adding the officers, you can then have the recruit scroll to the top of the Following section where the clubs are. Then you will have them request to join your DIVISIONAL recruit club. If you are a Sergeant doing the recruitment, then have your recruit request the club through one of the Officers friends list. Please note also that some divisions do not allow SGT to recruit.
Note: If your division does it differently then use their method instead. (They may have specific people added or just the recruiter.)
If your Division uses Recruit Tags then have the recruit add them.
Note: If you are a Sergeant doing the recruitment, have your Recruit request the club through one of the Officers friends list. Please note also that some divisions do not allow SGT to recruit.

    Post Recruitment into Discord
If you are a SGT doing the recruitment, then you will send a direct message on Discord to one of the officers or your General. The officer will proxy post for the SGT in the #squad_security_and_stats channel on Discord. Add in their top 3 games or any quick info that may be helpful. Example: Can't play on Tuesday's, When on Hulu it's their wife, etc.  (may vary by division).
Example: Recruited CoolRecruit456 on 02/01/21. Top 3 games are CoD Black Ops Cold War,  Rocket League, and CoD MW. If you are an Officer doing the recruitment, then you will directly post in the #squad_and_security_stats channel on Discord. (This may vary by division)
Example: Recruited CoolRecruit456 on 02/01/21. Top 3 games are CoD Black Ops Cold War,  Rocket League, and CoD MW. *At this point you have finished the recruitment, double checked your work to avoid pending, and notified your officers and 7s staff to be on the lookout for a new member to be accepted on the recruit club.

    ◅ 5. Final Recruiter Instructions
Now you will inform the recruit that after 1-2 days they will get AUTOMATICALLY promoted to Private, after they have been accepted. This means they need to be on the lookout for an officer to get with them to do the promotion. Let them know to go ahead and download Discord and create an account. They will be added to the server during the Private promotion. Tell the recruit to make sure they always show ONLINE. This is so officers can get with them for promotions, game night, and meeting invites.

⤙ Post-Workshop (Conversation Starters and Discussion Topics)
The following questions can be used to conclude your workshop. You do not have to ask every question. Pick the ones that you believe will have the most impact and benefit for your workshop group.
What are a few ways you can scout a recruit? Why should we play with members before we invite them into our community? How can you remove a potential recruit from a toxic environment? If you are recruiting and you do not know the answer to a question a recruit asks, then what should you do? How would a recruit hit pending? How can you prevent a recruit from hitting pending?
  11. Thanks

The Man, The Myth and the Legend. I’d put DC up against anyone in this community. DC had recruited me March 16th and in this short time of knowing him nothing but greatness has been shown. DC trained myself and many other officers throughout CS creating a powerhouse of recruiters in the division. He played a huge role in the squad split of doom. He recruited promoted and trained people beyond the point of burnout, and still kept going. He embodies the meaning of the S in KSI. Without DCs strength and perseverance through rough times I can 1000% say CS would not have some of the standards and staff in place it does. DC is one of the most humble and generous people I’ve met in KSI, I wouldn’t be in the position I am today without him. The man literally stepped down to give me a chance at LT. And thats only a few of the many things he’s done in the community. In conclusion, DC is THE GOAT.

Reasons they deserve this award:KSI Uppish 7 has always helped me with any issue that has come my way. He stays active with his members despite how busy he is and is always fun to be around. There have been a few times where I’ve just spoken with him about things going on in real life and he was always there to listen. He’s helped me with multiple situations whether it was KSI-related or not. There are a few reasons why Uppish deserves the award but to give a few ones that stick out to me. We can go to any event and I promise you will see Uppish’s name 10,000 times, Uppish is constantly pushing out the forum's challenge and hyping up the events every chance he could. Uppish plays a big part in why people in CS are as active as they are, whether it’s party hopping between every squad, showing up to officer and squad meetings, or even hosting game nights now and again. When you think of CS he’s one of the first people that comes to mind, he’s joyful while being a doody head at the same time. He’s there when you need him and is always on top of his game. And he does all this while working 12 hour shifts on the regular, “breaks are for sissy’s” is the man's motto. His work ethic shines in CS and there isn’t a reason he doesn’t deserve this. Uppish is extremely hands-on since he’s been DivLead with Calamity and every other squad here, while still managing the Division as a whole.. He’s always worked great with the officers in CS and he’s constantly learning new things and thinking of new ways to better the KSI experience for every member, officer and 7 here. Pushing us all to become better officers and to perfect our craft. His goofiness and drive haven’t changed much since he’s taken on his new role, he’s still jumping in parties, helping people with one on ones regardless of whether it’s training or just some advice. Overall Uppish is just the GOAT.

He has helped guide me through many tough times whether it was keeping my head on straight while dealing with a struggling squad or even just day to day struggles of being an officer. He has played a major role in bringing calamity out of multiple rough patches. He has kept our officer core motivated even when it seems impossible and is extremely active in our day-to-day activities. He’s always joining random parties or helping organize officer goals for the week as well as delegation for a day to day process. He helps keep us in check when we need it while also building us up every chance he gets. Grogu is in it for the pure growth and betterment of this community. He is one of the most understanding people in KSI I’ve met. The man knows what he’s doing and his opinion on any matter is extremely valued by myself and many others. If he says he’s got you, he’s got you. He’s never one to disappoint and is without a doubt in the top tier amongst the KSI divisional 7s staff, Grogu makes everything his own and is extremely meticulous and wise while completing tasks or making decisions. He leaves his mark wherever he goes. Grogu was always there to help even when he was the Gen in Wrath, with advice or even just to chill out and think some things over. Since taking on CoFo he’s been one of the main leaders I go to and trust with anything. During my training as acting Gen Grogu helped guide me in the right direction by showing me how to set proper goals in place on a squad-based level, as well as communicating with my squad professionally while keeping it friendly. There isn’t a single reason he doesn’t deserve this award and I’m sure many others would agree.

Since MercX has taken on the role of general he has played a huge role in squad to squad integration throughout the division, wether it’s training, gamenights or even just party hopping, MercX is there for it all.  One of the best things about MercX that makes him a great leader is he keeps it 100% honest with his people. He stays true to the Knowledge Strength and Integrity name, He can handle anything on a squad level with ease and I know he’ll make a great CoFo soon. He is dedicated to his members and doesn’t let anything get in the way of his goal and has shown that time and time again this year. There isn’t a single reason this goofy redneck doesn’t deserve this award.

It’s hard to find a person in CS who doesn’t know who this man is. KSI T StackG is a huge asset to CS when it comes to retention, this man gets around like a fat kid to a ice cream truck! Stack has some of the best social skills in this community with out a doubt, the only man I know who can talk to a wall and somehow it’ll talk back. He’s played a huge role in the success of Wrath, as he’s huge on statistics and activity. I can speak on multiple times where he’s been party hopping while doing his document based work. He’s also great at training, he’s a very relatable teacher and puts things into perspective from a different stand point. I can 10000% say CS wouldn’t be nearly as fun without Stack. Keep it up brotha, the sky’s the limit!

Mr.ClanOps himself, Swag has played a huge role in bringing me up along side DC. He’s been there when I was going through my worst and my best in clan ops this year, he’s always kept it 100% honest with me and never let rank get in the way. He talks to me as a person rather than a Captain and I appreciate that more than he could know. He’s constantly party hopping through the community and always fun to be around. He’s willing to teach and train anyone that comes his way, I came to him wanting to learn more about his rank and what it means to be COS and he was willing to take time away from his day to give me the run down on it even though I’m years away from ever getting there. He truly wants the best for this community and shows that day after day. It’s hard to find someone who doesn’t know who the man is, and it’s always for his insane ability in clan ops. Swag is, and always will be one of the greatest leaders clan ops could have. Thank you, not only for what you have done for me this year, but what you have done for the community as a whole.

Reasons they deserve this award: DC deserves this award because he is a wonderful mentor. Ever since I met DC, he has been there for me no matter what. If I have a question about something I know I can always ask him. If I just need to vent about things whether it is KSI related or personal, I know I can just message DC and he will be there. Overall, he is a great leader and definitely represents what KSI is about.

Reasons they deserve this award: Gambit deserves this award because he goes above and beyond for his division. Gambit has been a great influence to me since I transferred to ES. He has taken me under his wing and showed me how I can improve as an officer. He is very hard-working and dedicated to doing his job in KSI. When I transferred to ES, I had a million questions and Gambit answered every single one of them. He never made me feel like I was a bother when I asked questions. Gambit is a great mentor and leader!

Reasons they deserve this award: Horseride deserves this award because even before I joined Angels, you could tell that she was hardworking and cared about her squad. Now that I am in Angels, I get to see how she really works on a daily basis and she is great. She is always in parties with members and she is always jumping in parties and checking on our members. She is also always recruiting and doing promotions. Overall, she is an amazing officer and has a bright future ahead of her.

Senior Leader (Board Of Directors, Senior Directors): KSI DC 7
    @KSI DCDC @KSI DC 77
Reason: DC is and has always been a wealth of knowledge within KSI as a whole and knows so much about so much! There isn't a department this guy doesn't know the workings about and he is here to share that knowledge with EVERYONE and the workshops that he and his staff put out are testinent to that! As a senior leader he is there for any member at any rank to assist with all types of issues to the point that he will stop RL activities to make sure the community has balance! I hope to have half of the work ethic this guy has one day.

    @KSI Uppish 7
Uppish is what all Div Leads should aspire to be like. This guy know every member in his division and they know him on a personal level and the only way this can happen is if someone delicates the time and this is where what Uppish does is note worthy, he works 60+ hours a week but still spends so much time being there for members that I have heard PVTs and CPLs talk about him then when he jumps in the party like he does they have his fully undivided attention. He is pushing everyone to raise their own bar with the workshops and education classes that he has going out daily, he pushes for officers to better themselves and leaders to make KSI a great place to be. All members of his division have nothing but respect for what he does and how he does it. CS is better because of this guy right here.

Venum runs a tight ship with all he does and I have witnessed this first hand while I was under his guidance. He is always liaising with staff about practices and ways to streamline their process. He is a well of knowledge in all aspects of KSI and he is my go to guy if I have an issue and I know that with his resolve any problem I have is sorted. He has also raised a load of people to climb the ranks to mods and senior mods using his practices and nothing screams recognition like the legacy he is leaving behind him.

    @KSI Akame 7
What he does for the T&E department in unmeasurable and invaluable. He devotes time that he doesn't have and always has more time than that to any member who requires an ear. Like myself, being 5 hours a head of 99% of the community means that time after time we sacrifice sleep to do what is expected of us but we do it freely!

Reasons why they deserve this award: DC was instrumental in helping Wrath adjust to the transfer to CS, making sure every officer and PO were properly trained to the way that CS operates, and up to the standards expected across all of CS. He helped grow Doom to the point of a split, recruited like an absolute madman, and earned himself several awards in the process such as: Squad Splitter, Squad Builder, as well as a nomination into the CS Hall of Fame. And that's just what he accomplished on a squad level this year. He and his team created some amazing new CEP workshops that have certainly helped the community for the better, and the Officer Academy has pushed successful training into the stratosphere community wide. Without DC, we wouldn't have quality leaders coming through the ranks today, or powerhouse recruiters like Sleepy, MercX and a plethora of others throughout KSI making their marks on the community.

Reasons why the deserve this award: Since coming to oversee CS, Slick really hit the ground running with us. I can personally attest that the 7s meetings I've been involved in with him are extremely informative, and he takes the time to listen to any concerns or issues we may face. Even with as busy as his schedule can be, he takes the time to pop in and at least say hi, and asks if there's anything we need from him. If time allows, he'll hop into the Gens meeting, and he'll even make room for a game night if he's not dog tired from a long day at work. That speaks volumes to me, because even at his level, he's willing to get around to the people that make up the majority of this community. He's always the first to tell you that without the members, everything else goes out the window and doesn't matter.

Reasons why they deserve this award: Uppish really came into 2021 with both arms swinging, ready to take on any and every challenge thrown his way. I've learned a lot from him regarding how to be a General transitioning to Co-Founder, and how to treat this role in order to continue being successful. You won't find a Div Lead that can truly say they know the vast majority of their members. Uppish can, because he makes the effort to get out in front of those who matter the most...the members. I've worked with him as a GEN in DM, under his guidance when he moved to CS as a Co-Founder, and now working with him as part of the 7s staff in CS with him leading the charge as Div Lead. Everything runs pretty seamlessly in CS, because we're able to work together, work with our officer staffs, and continue to ensure that the leaders coming up the ranks have the proper training and guidance to continue growing this community in a healthy direction.

Reasons why they deserve this award: Merc took what built together with Wrath, and really pushed it to new heights once I moved up to Co-Founder, and he took the helm as General. His squad continues to be a truly amazing example of how a squad should look and operate. He knows his people in and out, and runs the squad along with his officer staff with surgical precision. He can smell an issue from a mile away, and addresses it before it ever has time to fester or grow into a larger problem. His attention to detail is second to none, and I can think of no other person that deserves this award more than him.

Reasons why the deserve this award: Sleepy came out of the gate ready to learn anything and everything he possibly could, and continues to do so even now. Several times, Sleepy has found himself as Acting General of his squad, and he's risen to the occasion every single time. His recruiting abilities are otherworldly, but it makes sense given once of his mentors, DC. But that ability doesn't even begin to describe how seasoned and well versed Sleepy is in everything he finds himself involved with in KSI. Clan Ops, News, Education, Leadership Council, Graphics...he has the Midas touch! You would be hard pressed to find anyone throughout the entire community that hasn't heard his name at least once. People flock to him, and it's very easy to see why if you get the opportunity to spend some time around him. He has the hearts and minds of his squad, and I have no doubt he'll continue to do so throughout his journey in KSI. To name just a few of his accomplishments: Completed nearly all Security Checks for his squad on his own, completed nearly every single transfer to Calamity from Doom when Doom closed down, routinely brings in several recruits per week, routinely has 20+ member game nights, knocks out every promotion he can to ensure they don't go past due, and still finds time to train those around him. Reasons why they deserve this award: It's hard to think of OTY nominations without mentioning Stack. We started this year off in a bit of a rough patch with the closure of DM, but things turned around when we moved to CS. Stack came back through the ranks with a new drive and desire to be the best member and leader he possibly could. His actions this year prove that. Stack is one of the driving forces behind the success of Wrath, and he serves as a one-two punch with Merc to make things happen. His attention to detail and dedication to his duties are a big part of what makes them as successful as they are. This man makes it his mission to get to know every single person in his squad, as well as others. You'll always find him making his rounds through parties to introduce himself, or having a fun game or two if he's able. You can glance at our Discord chat at any given time, and Stack will always be one of the prominent names you see conversing with everyone.

I am willing to drop my vote considering this man was my first ever mentor in KSi and assisted me quite a bit by training me how to be an officer, training me on how to recruit, and assisting me on game play style to improve my skills at certain games when asking for help. He was my go to and answered all of my questions that I asked when I was a SGT in Knights SL.
