How’s everyone been? Missed you all! (Well some anyways) lol jk hope everyone has been having a great New year! 

Got recruited in in May, wasn’t really sure what to expect, honestly thought I was recruitedin cause I was a beast at HC S&D and it was a HC S&D clan. Then started to get to know what this community was and started to enjoy it for what it was. I then decided to take up being an officer in which I made it too 1st CPT, then I decided to take up a department in which I joined AAP, still enjoying every second of my KSI experience, hoping to 1 day make it into the courts staff 

Then we'll just have to make it like 12 or 15 @KSIxTHOR...

Reasons they deserve this award: Where do I start, this man is probably the most well rounded person I know, and just this past year he has gone over and beyond what should be asked of a captain, this man practically filled the Gens shoes while filling those of a captain. He hosted game-nights every week, sometimes more then 1 a week, and he had huge amounts of people showing to his game-nights because he is very out going and well liked by anyone I know. Almost every night I’ll see him hopping from party to party just talking to the different members in the squad, and even reaching out to other squads inside and outside the div. Not only that but he’s a beast recruiter, he’s pulled top recruiter of the month and he’s tied for second place a couple of times. Not only that but as a captain he was HOSTING almost every squad meeting, he was hosting officers meetings, he was keeping track of the fluff in our squad, he was making promotions lists, as well as fluff lists, this man was doing pretty much anything and everything he could to make his squad better. He was then asked to stop doing such things, which is around the same time those things stopped happening all together, until a much needed promo took place and things are back where they were before. This man truly is the definition of what KSI should look and act like and is well over deserving of this award.

I picked Debate wars ( #3 ) because who doesn’t like arguing I know I do. I’ve never heard of a event such as this one so it is defiantly original, not only that but it sounds like a lot of fun!

Well, obviously stick to "Quality over Quantity." But you know that.

DntAsk has continuously put herself out there with keeping people motivated, inspired, and positive! I know myself and countless others have been encouraged to keep trucking when feeling low and down, all because she is more than just an ear that listens to us. On several instances when I was in a rough shape with one thing or another, her random, feel good messages was always perfectly worded to make me feel better and look forward to things to come! Almost every member of DM, and countless other members and leaders throughout KSI, have been helped by her one way or another. I know her irl can be very hard to her and make it rather difficult to be on all the time, but she has never failed to be there for the members when they need her.

Pam is known around DM and the community as literally the nicest person in KSI. She's a shining example of what our members should strive to be. Kind, helpful, understanding, comforting, and an absolute pleasure to be around. From the moment I was recruited in last November, Pam has been there for everything. She formed the basis of my KSI knowledge, how to be a good officer, and a better person. When I first reached SSGT and no clue how to do anything. Pam took time from her incredibly busy real life schedule and showed me how to work the Forums and where to find things like Roll Call, the Activity Log, and answered every question I could possibly think of. Pam does this not just for myself or her officers. But every member of her vast squad, and anybody from DM's over 400 members. DontAsk spent some time as the General of Venom DM. During which she worked crazy hard recruiting quality members, training them properly, and integrating them into her massive squad. Throughout her tenure as Gen, Venom was plagued by a consistent lack of officers to match its incredible size. Venom spent about 3-4 months with 90+ members. Over the course of that time, Pam worked tirelessly to find, train, and build up several officers until Venom was healthy enough to split, creating Sinister DM. KSIDntAskImAwfl put a LOT of work into that endeavor and has had a profound impact on a ton of members in Venom, Sinister, and DM as a whole. To be completely honest, I was blown away when I realized that Pam didn't have OS1. And she's easily the most deserving OS1 candidate in recent memory.
Pam, you're easily one of the most amazing people in this community and the literal dictionary definition of a true asset to it. You've helped me through so much. Thank you for everything Pam.

In regards to social media and forums participation -
As of right now, member participation in both of these areas will still be noted but not tracked in relation to Div Cup or for any other "competitive" reason. Even though neither will count toward the Div Cup, members will still be recognized for their active participation. Awards can still be earned through the AAP for participation in the monthly Twitter Blitz. In addition to this, the divisions most active on social media will be recognized on a monthly basis. 
As ImPyyy stated before, member participation in these things (social media and forums included) MAY be a part of the hybrid framework utilized to determine Division of the Year. That has yet to be decided. "Do things in this community because you want to." This goes for social media events and forums participation as well. We want members to take part in these things because they WANT to take part.

Notes: I’ve taken part of the class before but I missed weeks here and their for extra curricular stuff I was doing, I would like to take the full class this time through.

Romeo has continued to be a beast with everything he has going on. He is gone above and beyond more times than I can list for what hes done for this division and its members. He has been acting gen over 2 squads, both needing a help in the officer dept., as well as being an acting CoFo for another squad. All of this done, while also staying on top of the division as a whole. This LEADER continues to improve the way we do things and has helped us threw countless issues. There is very little that goes on in this division that he has not already got an eye on, or he isnt already expecting. There is countless division leaders in the past that have had a division this size, but few that have held it together as much Romeo has with what we have going on. There has been several times I've questioned how he does it all, but if you start to come around him, or the partys he is in, you know this man is doing a lot of this while multi-tasking work and/home stuff. I have never seen someone who works as much as he does, pull off the balance he has for his KSI dutys. 

Honestly it’s freaking 12 am but reading what you had for dinner made me Hungry @KSI WHISKEY82 lol. I had pineapple and bacon pizza for dinner.

This man has gone over and above for me on countless occasions weather it be teaching me how to recruit, to running game-nights etc. he’s also their for any and every question I have to throw at him (which there has been many) such as “what do I gotta do to earn this award?”or “Is this member apart of KSI?” And the question list goes on. So yes he has helped me.
