This guy has helped me out of some tough spots. He has helped me organize and give guidance where its needed. He is an exceptional mentor and leader and when it comes to helping and training. This guy absolutely deserves this award.

The one thing I want to be the best at: Leadership
Why: I have worked different jobs in the past, and the leaders or managers are the first thing new hires see. When someone is new they want to know how their leader is in order to gauge what the feeling in the room is; so to speak. When the people that have been there for awhile warn the new people about the leaders in a negative manner it puts a bad taste in their mouth, and they might automatically start looking for a new place to work or go. The ones in leadership roles are the face of the organization. They are the ones that can make you enjoy the time you spend with them or make you dread every minute. Thats why i want to excel at leadership so that everyone feels like family. I personally believe no leader should ask someone to do something if they themselves aren't willing to do it. "Teamwork makes the dreamwork"
