Reason-/-Evidence: This member from the day I met him has gone beyond the call of duty in KSI while being tossed around divisions (out of his control) for the wrong reasons and holds his head up high making the best out of all situations thrown at him and leading them to being the best divisions in KSI. While talking to him about things that happened he never let these things affect him to the point of stressing other members out about him leaving the community because he didn’t like something. He sat down with people and tried his best to come up with a resolution to make everyone happy at the end of the day. 
 
I will bring up a situation that just happened recently when the peace talks started. He was personally attacked and harassed for trying to help bring communities together for the better with old politics and things being swept under the rug. 
 
Even when the talks about KSI.com and bringing them closer to .org was a subject in itself that hit him hard. In both these situations he stuck to his guns and Road it to the sunshine. 
This member knows his audience and the right people to talk to without causing a scene within the scene. I truly believe the stress and anxiety that has plagued this member for so many years in itself makes this member qualify for Die Hard. I remember right after getting out of the hospital myself for stress and anxiety related issues, he told me about the countless times of being in and out of the hospital and still doing for KSI. This place can really stress you out when you care.
 
This member (Our CEO) is the face of this community like (The Rock) was to the WWE. The question is “Can you smell what King is cooking?”

As a retired leader of KSI/TUS I would like just hang out and be apart of what got me started in the community scene. I find myself hanging out with KSI members once again and would just like to rejoin. I have no intentions of a leadership role. Would just like to experience the other side of KSI now.

I left KSI in 2018 and 2020. First time was to take care of family and couldn’t handle both and in 2020 was because of health reasons.

I left the community because of health reasons. The two leaders above me left because the three of us were holding on to KSI for each other. I needed to focus on my health at the time and that is why I left. If you want to know why they left please ask them.

I truly believe that this member has gone above and beyond his duties as head of LC. KSI accomplished a milestone in the peace talks with Hydra and He was there to deal with all the positives and negatives of talks between the BoD, LC members, and Hydra. I believe he was a true example of professionalism as he conducted LC meetings with this extremely hard and controversial subject. He stayed on task and kept to the subject at hand. He also has conducted interviews for new LC members at 3 am in order to get to every applicant.  Im not sure how he accomplished running the meetings, monitoring the chat during meetings and taking notes but he did that for a few months. And to do all of that on top of the sensitive material handled in the meetings is really unbelievable to me as just a note taker. He is always available to answer any questions or needs I have and honestly I am very excited to be able to nominate him for OTY considering he was an intricate part of helping get the peace talks started, and continuing in a positive direction. Thank you KSI Kakashi 77 for doing everything you do out of concern for this community.

Reasons they deserve this award:  It amazes me how much King has already done for DM. He is always available day or night and he has already experienced full force the curse of DM, no sleep lol. He is active in all the chats, from encouraging the officers to meeting and greeting members. He is trying new game types in order to be active in gamenight's and individual parties. The total upheaval of our division didn't scare him one bit. He rolled up his sleeves and began working right beside the leaders in DM to repair and heal the remaining squads. He helped us from our first 7's meeting by setting new goals to learning basics over again.. King has shined as an example of what this community is all about, family and team work.

Honestly, this man is a powerhouse. He will never ever realize the amount of members he has a positive influence on. He has grown in many ways this year. He has come into his own about standing up for himself and others. He has definitely been in the trenches for KSI in trying to maintain a safe and fun gaming community for all the members in DM. Even as a div lead he is out there recruiting and then spending hours getting the new recruit connected and involved. His work ethic is such that at one point this year he wore three hats, div lead, acting cofo, and acting General all at the same time. He gets tired but is always ready to jump in and help in any situation. He remains professional and always sees things from his point of view but also from the other members point of view. He never uses his rank for power or self benefit. He always sees it as more ways to help others. DM would never have made it this year without him.

T Stack has been a tremendous breath of fresh air since he was recruited. He first stepped up to be an officer to help his General out but that quickly turned to also wanting to help each member have their best KSI  experience. He took on every promotion, every recruitment and every gamenight with a smile and never complained. He reached out to all the members and many times I've seen him in chat telling someone that he didn't have a game but would get it in order to play with them. He is everyday putting positive qoutes in the chats and trying to get hype going with questions and/or polls. He is truly going to prove to be a young powerhouse in this division.

Ocean is a very unique and awesome member of the DM family. He has gone above and beyond to help out any member however young or old, good gamer or bad. He is very aware of every individual and "gets a feeling" when they need a personal message or talk. He lives the code of KSI on a daily basis minute by minute and no matter what happens or the problems that come up he is positive, patient and up beat through all of them. He is willing to help in any way possible and is even willing to get "the stink eye from his wife for being on too late taking care of others. We love you Ocean.

So this member is a true hero in DM. He has the patience that most all us leaders would love to have. He can be in a party and even though he cruises through gaming he always slows down and picks members up and teaches them or carries them. Even if its hours in a raid. I have never heard him speak a negative word about anyone and he always gos with the flow and just continues on to the end no matter what challenge in RL he may be dealing with. He supports the newest recruit to the oldest leader. Rank means nothing to him because he is friendly and that's everyone equal.

Reasons they deserve this award: Joe has been a powerhouse this year, and part of the glue that binds DM together. This year has certainly been one for the record books with the amount of ups and downs, and twists and turns. Joe never allowed that to get the best of him, at least not in front of any of us. He's taken his position as Division Leader and ran with it. The ship very well could've sank this year, and DM wouldn't exist, but Joe took the helm and guided us in the right direction. Morale has increased tenfold, recruits are coming in left and right, member retention has been fantastic, and for the first time in a good long while there's transparency between the squads, members and officers alike. The man is a miracle worker, and deserves a KSI sainthood if you ask me lol. I'm kidding, Joe...kinda. Seriously though, Joe is phenomenal at anything he does, and being a Division Leader is no exception.

Reasons they deserve this award: Speaking of sainthood, I'm pretty this awesome lady already is one. She certainly has the patience of one lol. Pam is another part of the glue that binds DM together. She is on top of everything. Her attention to detail, ability to retain members, actively listen to what's going on, and be there as a mentor to everyone in DM is really second to none. It's like she and Joe are cut from the same cloth, and DM won the jackpot of awesomeness with both of them.

Reasons they deserve this award: Lilith is a true pleasure to work with. She's always happy to be around members, and her attention to everything related to a squad is pretty amazing to witness. She has everything down to a T, and things just go smooth. As general, she was very effective at retaining members, bringing in fresh recruits, and staying on top of daily tasks such as promotions. When her squad basically doubled overnight, she didn't let it shake her. She's always calm, cool, and collected. That being said, her promotion to DM's newest Co-Founder made all the sense in the world.

Reasons they deserve this award: This man right here is sus. I'm kidding! Stack is an absolute beast. Just check the stat chats lol. Recruiting, promoting, member retention, being there as a friend and mentor...there's nothing he can't do, and he doesn't allow room for complacency. If you're messing up, he'll be the first one to tell you, but he'll also guide you on how to fix it. He's a firm believer that we grow stronger together, and will never leave a person behind if he can help it. He may be tough, but he's also fair, and that makes for a great leader.

King has been a very crucial part in helping rebuild DM since DM took a major hit back in late September. He's been there every step of the way, helping guide the 7 and officer staff in all the squads to pure success. King has been a solid rock foundation as DM's acting Director, pushing through for us and being there whenever needed. He answers within minutes and helps out with anything. It's refreshing for all of us in DM to finally have contact with upper leadership in KSI, and DM is really lucky to have a hard worker like King with us. He not only is helping and making things great again in DM, but helping KSI out as a whole. This member is outstanding, through and through.

DntAsk, better known as Pam to most, has been one of the best leaders I've ever had the pleasure in working with during my entire time here in KSI. When so many other people would have just given up, she stood her ground and fought through a very tough time here in DM, and shined like a true champion through it. Her in real life experience with counseling helps us all out in DM, and in KSI too. Everyone in KSI knows who DntAsk is. From her ways of doing member retention and helping members out in and out of KSI situations, her mere presence is so important to DM. She is currently holding up a squad with limited officers and just doing amazing with it. She is the rock in DM that likes to try to remain invisible, but members know how important and wonderful she truly is. DM wouldn't be where it's at right now if not for this incredible, selfless woman with a pure heart of gold.

Lilith, also known as Amanda has really done wonders for DM and especially Wrath this year. When things got tough in there and Wrath basically lost a it's officers and General, she stepped up and saved Wrath. From training up new officers, to recruiting and promoting new members, Lilith has done wonders for Wrath, which is now flourishing with an amazing well trained General, Thanks to her. Lilith has a great presence throughout all of DM, as many people flock to her and enjoy playing and hanging out in parties with her. She is an amazing asset now to the 7 staff and DM overall.

Stack is one of the most solid Captains DM has seen in quite some time. He is/was literally the backbone of Wrath. He is an extremely hard worker and cares about the members very much so. Stack recruits, trains and promotes members daily. He is currently doing amazing as a new General in Wrath, which you wouldn't know if you came across him. He always is on top of everything. If someone has a question, he'll answer them within minutes. If he doesn't know the answer, he'll seek it out immediately. He's always wanting to improve and better himself. He loves learning as much KSI knowledge as he can, and uses it to help out his perspective squad on a daily basis. Stack is kind, warm and compassionate. I'm looking forward to seeing all he will do in the new year.

Ocean is the epitome of what every Sergeant in KSI should be. He attends all game nights and squad meetings that he can. He has a warm heart and helps out members like an unofficial counselor within all the squads. He is basically like an officer without being an officer. He stays online with some members just to talk to them and help them through difficult times, even staying on longer than he should. Sometimes we have to remind him that his family needs his attention too. He truly cares and loves to play anything with anyone. He is Welcoming and friendly to any new member he meets. Royal is truly one of the most outstanding members in all of DM. He was previously an officer this past year, mainly stepping up with his busy schedule to help out his perspective squad, just because they needed it. He had to step down, but did an amazing job as an officer, and does just as an amazing job as a member. He helps people in games so much, taking hours at a time when he's available, to show newer players what to do. He is patient, kind and makes each and every member he comes across feel important. He knows at the end of the day it's just a game, and prefers to surround himself with good company, than just getting the task at hand done in any game. He's persistent and tries his hardest to help out, even in other situations that are KSI related. He is truly an amazing and awesome member that many other members flock to, because of his friendly and positive demeanor.

This man knows no bounds. He is the most consistent and caring member of this community. Since I rejoined KSI in April, this man was there. Took a shot on me as he does with many other people in this community. I didn’t expect much when I rejoined, considering just being a member but Joe’s charisma and demeanor influenced me to do more in the community and so I did. In doing more, I got to know Joe and see how he operates to an extent. There have been many accomplishments, trials and tribulations that Joe has endured, including some of which, creating Sinister DM, mentoring and training, 7s, Generals, many Officers and Members. He is on socializing with as many members as he can, getting to know them and know how long it’s been since they’ve been around for personal reasons. He’s up until he has to go on his bagel runs in the mornings. He has also had to endure two squad folds since I’ve been in KSI, an event that happened because of many members leaving from those squads, including the former Divisional Leader. Even though he has not retained the title for a prolonged amount of time, he is the divisional leader DM has needed for a long time. Joe does everything he can to ensure that every member has the chance to receive a great experience in KSI. He does all that he can, his duties as a 7, assists the officers and myself, and plays with the members and ensures the transition of the remaining squads grow. He has recruited, promoted, and mentored more people than anyone i have met in KSI. Joe is an equal member and a great one at that. If anyone in KSI exemplifies the qualities of KSI, Knowledge Strength and Integrity, it’s Joe. Thank you for all you do and I hope I am able to continue working with you for a long time coming. You’re a great friend.

What is there to say about Pam, aka, DntAsk, that hasn't been said at one time or another? This woman is one of the best Leaders and Co-Founders KSI has ever seen. Member retention is her #1 priority. She's put countless things aside in her personal life, just to be there for the members. Whether it be just to listen to something about their personal life, or to check in with the members to see how they're doing in KSI, Pam is like a life counselor to all. Not just in DM, but in all of KSI. She truly cares and touches every person and soul she comes across. She still continues to recruit, promote and train people over the squad she is acting General over as well. She is there for all the squads, regardless if she's their Co-Founder or not. How it should be. She keeps everyone informed of everything they need to be, and is a pleasure to work with. After a really tough month for DM, a lot of us may not still be in KSI truthfully, if not for this amazing, selfless woman. We are all extremely Thankful to her for that.

This woman is a rare gem. Amanda, aka, Lilith cares so much about Wrath and all of the members. She has recently been spreading her greatness to members in other squads throughout DM, hosting fun impromptu unofficial game nights with the members. So many members flock to Amanda, as she's so much fun to be around. She also runs a tight ship within her squad. Her officer staff may be small, but they get the job done efficiently and effectively, Thanks to her lead. She leads by example, always asking others to do things she has already done herself. She pushes herself and her officers to do the daily KSI routines, while always remaining true to herself and the members. She makes time for each and every single one of them. When recently two squads folded due to unfortunate circumstances, she Welcomed many with open arms into Wrath. These members have been praising their new home squad Thanks to her. Wrath is so lucky to have such an amazing person like Amanda. We all are lucky to have her in DM.

Stack is one of the strongest officers I've come across in awhile. He truly defines what a Captain should be, being the backbone of Wrath. The entire squad knows and respects him, understandably so. Stack recruits, trains and promotes on the daily. Sometimes we all need to tell him to slow down, but he still keeps on going. He is so Welcoming to new members, and will literally jump on the game to play with them and show them the fun. Stack will answer any member's question(s) they may have. If he doesn't know the answer, he will actively seek it out in an instant. Anything that you ask to do of this man, he will go out of his way to do. He shows all the members the fun any way he can, and the reason we all joined KSI in the first place, to play games and have fun. Wrath and DM are lucky to have him here.
