This thing still working? Yeah? Okay good. Hello I’m Slick and I’m here to witness for this legend of a man for OS1 Oh Mr.Hefner where do I even start. Let’s take a trip down memory lane to a Squad called Samurai. I watched you sculpt yourself into quite a fine officer with little to no help from those around you. Your dedication to your squad and members, your attention to detail on nearly everything, your undying love to make your squad better was never and I mean never diminished. Samurai didn’t deserve Hefner in all honesty. But that never stopped you from aiming for the stars. You kept your axe sharp and your book open to learn and grind daily. You pushed around obstacles and refused to be second tier. While that book eventually closed a new book was written. And written by you it was. You came back with a vengeance. So much so that you claimed your stake as general of your new squad in quite exceptional timing. All while doing so with a 5hr time difference. You continue to impress me weekly with your ideas and dedication to keep Fallen moving forward and to keep your officers evolving and moving forward. You’ve done a spectacular job as general and I am whole heartedly excited to see where else you can go in KSI. You’ve never once been afraid of giving it your all and I thank you for that. I got to chime in on this one, and I think my word may hold some weight here so let me spit some facts really quick. I've been watching / working with Wild for quite some time now. Basically since she was a Captain is when she stood out to me. This lady is a superhero here in the community. The amount of burnt bridges I've seen her rebuild for people is endless. The amount of moral and emotional support she offers even when things in her own world are not the greatest are limitless. She is there night or day for EVERY SINGLE MEMBER OF KSI and I really mean every single one. Many have claimed to be that person over the years but in my 4+ yrs. of leadership I've never seen someone quite like her actually here for the members like she is. Me myself and I never really let my personal life into the community but during some recent seriously bad times in my real life she was there offering support and a shoulder to lean on without even really knowing everything. Basically, once I took my first LOA ever recently she knew something was wrong and sprinted to be there. But its not just me or a couple dozen Shes done this for she does it for anyone here. She is a superstar, detail orientated trainer, mentor, friend, leader and colleague to many. She has never steered away from even the biggest challenges such as her entire 7s staff leaving at once and half her division following suit. She stayed and made a legendary come back making sure the division and squads thrived with just her being the single voice as a newly promoted co founder. That doesn't take just guts or bronze that takes sincere dedication and strategy and even though she was a new 7 she kept her head up and her members first priority. Since then she has only grown her self and others all around her. As a Co-Founder she was not only helping her own div but other divs and squads. There practically wasn't a single soul in our community who didn't know her and have good things to say. Her parties were always 16/16, her discord meetings or hangouts were always 40 plus. That doesn't happen from just being a 7 usually its polar opposite ha-ha. She changed the stigma 7s have around them and with grace she did so. She is known as Mama around these parts and its for good reason. Shell kick you in the buttocks if your making silly mistakes but also care for you like her own when needed. I've watched her accomplish so much where dozens fell short or couldn't be bothered to make the time or effort in so many areas. She supports everyone and is always trying to help out new officers and even seasoned ones. Honestly speaking the world needs more Wld's and so does our community. Miss Wld thank you for being you. Thank you for your dedication, service and belief in what KSI can be and above all else thank you for being an amazing leader anyone can come to with anything. You're a superstar in my book and I'm proud to be able to call you my friend. -Slick

He is always helping in any way he can, from logistics, training, implementation of new ways, encouragement, follow ups, answering the hard questions it doesn't matter. If he's able he will be there to help no questions asked. I've worked along side this guy for over 3 years now consecutively. While we may not agree on everything even the smallest of things he's never once shot down my opinion or feeling on topics / issues at hand. He does his best to view all view points fairly and equally always listening and adapting to our ever changing environments. Swag is someone who people flock to. Whether its his goofy personality, his fake love for pickles, or his unlimited knowledge to handle situations and build back stronger who knows but this man is a staple of this community and will always be so. I've said since I met her this one has it, that rare x factor. The selfless warrior who pushes on no matter how tired, no matter how slow things are moving, no matter the battle they keep on pushing for that dream they see at the end. Wld is extraordinary in all aspects. From retention, building, training, coaching, setting direction, setting pace and setting the stage for others around her to succeed as well. I've been doing this for some time now and I've not met many who genuinely impress me with their devotion to this community, but she leaves me speechless some days with her unwavering commitment to every last member of KSI not just ES members. I truly hope people are taking notes from this fearless leader and friend to many because people like her are very rare and that's an understatement. He isn't extremely vocal, but boy does he put in that work. He's always working on something, from training, hosting, retention, leading a charge he's at the forefront of it all. He's not been dealt the fairest hand but yet he is still here and still working to better his squad which is now a super squad. Hefner moves pretty silently but if you take a peep at his records the man's hit some serious milestones in his officer career so far. I feel with some more time and training he'll make a phenomenal General when his times comes. Honestly as a SSGT this man was out working some CPT's in the community and that's no cap. This dude has serious skills not to be taken lightly. His retention is flawless and unmatched. His willingness to learn and absorb information and technique is magical. The guy works his tail to the bone for his squad and his division and I know for a fact on the track and path he's carved for himself he will make it to the top of Clan ops in no time at all. Having the kind of mind set he has will only feed and reinforce his squad to new heights. He's also been scene hanging out in game nights more frequently too which is also nice to see as I believe in order to keep your dept area on the up and up you got to be in and see firsthand where the community as a whole is (member base) to improve your respective areas for the members who make up our community. Here’s my pick of the litter this month. Senior Leader (SENIOR DIRECTOR through CEO) Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Swag 77 Link to forums account - @KSI Swag 77 Reasoning why they deserve this - Swag is quite literally everywhere in the community and has been now since I’ve been here so at least 3years consecutively. But does so gracefully without stepping on toes or being too nosey. He’s earned respect from all avenues of the community and I don’t think there is really too many members who haven’t met this guy and have a goofy memory they can recall about him. The dude does so much even as cheif of staff from welcome messages of new members, recruit clubs, workshops, mentoring, if it falls into clan ops he’s there every single time. He’s also someone I highly respect due to as KSI is ever changing so is his mind. While many may shrug this off I can say with all certainty that right there matters and plays a massive role in one’s success. Director Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Uppish 7 Link to forums account - @KSI Uppish 7 Reasoning why they deserve this - Uppish since becoming a director has constantly come fourth asking for “the smoke” haha basically wanting all the work as much as I could dish out. He’s done quite well I have to say. He was and still is acting Div lead of WD, has aided in many ways and kept the ship clean and the village growing. While also being acting director over CS and aiding them in multiple avenues. While also doing other things around the community. Vanquish WD even split while under him. He’s also started to tame some of his weaknesses as a leader and has grown and matured to some degree which is alot for him. I appreciate his daily grind and it’s been great working with him as my director. I’ve not scene many have the passion for KSI bleed like his does. The questions he asks, the advice he seeks makes be believe he’s in it for the long haul. Not the trophies. His division has been plagued with numerous things and situations yet he keeps his head up and pushes forward. He’s done an amazing job since stepping into his role as Div lead and has not faltered where many in the past have. Shatner is someone who will go that extra mile, give you that extra time, and be there to support you every step and that there is a quality trait. Can get knocked down, over and over yet still swings for the fences for her members and officers. Every single time I’m doing my rounds I see her in parties with members having a great time or officers as well. Even as a co founder of ES she’s well known all over. And not in a bad way. People enjoy her company, respect her, and she’s earned it. She busts her butt for her Div and it’s evident to see it. She’s become an asset to ES and I’m excited to see where else she takes her career here. General Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Hatter 77 Vanquish WD Link to forums account - @Hatter 77 Reasoning why the deserve this - Whether it’s turning squads around, building officer cores, splitting squads, or taking the lead on annual events for the division she’s always there. One hell of a leader and one hell of a asset to WD. She takes no Poop but at the same time has compassion and sympathy for those dealing with IRL issues. Our first encounter with one another was not on a positive note but since then has turned quite positive. She’s someone that I can trust, and count on to be a force when needed and has been super dependable not only for her own squad but for other squads as well. One helluva role model for many in and around the division. Super thankful for her hard work, grit and determination that has not only led to the growth and sustainment of Vanquish but also the split of Vanquish into Abaddon WD. She’s been a driving and reassuring force during tough times and I absolutely applaud her for dedication and commitment to her squad and Division. First and foremost I’ll be blunt this guy had been slackin for some time. After some talks he’s turned a new leaf. He’s brought fourth a whole new side of him. Communicating, recruiting, promotions, and acting as a captain should, taking charge. He’s honestly impressed me this month and I think that deserves recognition. I just can only hope he continues this stride and starts to learn the benefits hard work and consistency gives. Stay at it sir and don’t quit! As being a Director over CS multiple times and now as a Sr I can attest to all above plus some. Nez has always been welcoming to literally everyone, busts his back when it’s needed and makes sure everyone is included in anything he hosts. He’s fun, engaging, charismatic and one helluva officer. I’ve never really scene the guy do bad like ever. He’s on daily, grinding daily, and seems to always want to do more. He’s 100 percent earned OS1 in my eyes and I’m sure many others. I truthfully will enjoy watching this guy level up and bring what he does to higher levels over time and perfect his craft.
