    Upcoming Tournament: (12/10/19)

     

    Coming later on this month, KSI in collaboration with Xiled Syndicate and EGS will be hosting a tournament on Call of Duty Modern Warfare. The tournament will be closely following professional/competitive rules as best as they can. Each community will produce 3 teams to represent them with the Preliminary Tournament starting Friday, Dec 20th at 7 p.m est.     The official tournament,'Nades Out Tournament will take place Friday, January 10th 2020. 

     

     

    Leaders Members and Department Members (T/S12/17/19)

     

     

    Please understand that KSI is a gaming community and not a dating service. Not everyone is on xbox looking for a soulmate. It is widely inappropriate to ask personal questions such as relationship status, personal information etc. These questions can create unwarranted problems and potential harassment claims which can/will result in disciplinary actions. Be respectful! 

     

     

    Proper Use of Chain of Command : (S12/3/19)

     

     

    The Open Door Policy allows members to speak with leader's on any issues or ideas. However, if the topic of conversation is related to a squad issue or altercation then it needs to be handled by the appropriate leader (according to the chain of command) . Officers in the staff should be initially notified. If the issue cannot be handled by them then that squads General needs to be contacted. Then it follows to the Co-Founder, Founder (If Applicable), to the Divisional Leader. The first point of contact will need the time and opportunity to handle the issue so until that occurs do not continue to skip rank. 

     

     

     

    Leadership Development Class Sign-Ups: (10/29/19)

     

     

     New class signup' s will start next month (Jan 2020).

     

     

    Let Them Learn (12/10/19)

     

     

    Sometimes we tend to cut corners and just go to someone higher up that you know has the answers or might feel more comfortable talking to, but in doing so it inhibits the person that if following the proper chain of command to learn and grow from experiences. That is the way that people learn how to handle situations if they don't know the answer they will find out and that is how people learn, that's how the people above them learned and know all that they know.

     

     

    Bye Bye Numbers (12/10/19)

     

     

    We  continue to grow and mature as a community and strive to improve ourselves. One of those areas is to get rid of old antiquated ideas doing it because that's how it's always been done. As of now there will no longer be a number cast system for LT's or CPT's the only 2 ranks in KSI that has had them. The numbers don't matter a LT is an LT but sometimes people get the idea that a 1st LT  is better than a 3rd LT but that isn't true. 

     

    This system will make things a lot easier for Gens when it comes time to promote someone up because it doesn't matter the amount of time someone is at said rank or their number it only matters who is doing the most work as it should be. 

     

    There will still be max one GEN, 3 CPT's, 3 LT's, and of course 3 SSGT's per each squad. In short, we hope that this will promote the ideal that the LTs and the Cpts are all equals and teammates without anything that could cause a divide among them. 

     

     

    No Meetings (12/17/19)

     

     

    Due to Xmas and New Year's NO MANDATORY MEETINGS WHATSOEVER the next two weeks starting Xmas week. The notes will still be posted.  Whether or not we all celebrate the holliday's a majority of members do and want to spend time with friends and family. So please enjoy the time away from the various meetings and come back ready for a new year and a progressive outlook on KSI.

     

     

    Omegas During Holidays (12/17/19)

    Make certain to sign into your omegas. Not a lot of things will be happening in the next two weeks but remember we are still responsible for maintaining and checking our omegas.

    The December Upload Studio Montage Competition and Clip Submission is open from December 4th through 25th. All clips submitted will be put into a monthly clip compilation and uploaded to YouTube. The top 3 Upload Studio Montages will be posted to YouTube.

     

    Productions is looking for members who are interested in streaming Weekend Warfare's, Annual Events, and their own game play. Apply in the Join a Department section today! Please message KSI MeShell 7 with any questions.

    Reasons they deserve this award: from what I've seen hes been in now for like 4 1/2 months or so and has a strong communication he is organized  and knows how to get things done it seems as if he has the potential for far greater then what hes already accomplished hes fair and humble hes the type of gen everyone what's to be like and the kind peers look up too

    I really like ignant the processes it took to write or create her must of took some extreme thought I felt as if it was worded well and had alot of detail bestowed with in there was clear purpose and individuality as side from the others reads by far my favorite  thanks keep up the great work
