  1. Retired's post in xbox 360 Titanfall squad was marked as the answer
Hey there, sorry that it took so long to get back to you! There have been issues with the private match system in Titanfall, so prospects for a squad on the game are not really ideal at the moment. When the system is out of beta and finalized, then I don't doubt there will be actions taken to try and get a squad on the game, but for now just keep a lookout for any news that comes up, and I'll post in here with any new developments with possible expansions to the game itself.

    In kind regards,

  2. Retired's post in KSI Titanfall was marked as the answer
KSI has some things in the works for expanding to Titanfall on not only the Xbox One, but also the Xbox 360. Pending leadership approval, of course. So, don't get your panties in a bunch, and be patient.
  3. Retired's post in Promotions ? Why members get promoted and jump rank was marked as the answer
There is more to KSI than just recruiting. Going to meetings, attending workshops, and playing with other members are things that you can do to show you want to be moved up or are ready to be moved up in your respective squad. The member who is now the same rank as you, changed his name to become that rank. All SGTs are in that rank, because they changed their name to a KSI gamertag.

If you are looking for guidelines for KSI promotions and ranking structure, here is a link that I will provide to help you with that.

The members who are promoted to officer have shown that they are ready for the position and have fulfilled the requirements set by the leaders of the community to move into that position. Is it subject to favoritism, though? There is always the possibility that it might, but have you even asked your leaders what it takes to be an officer, or talked to someone about earning that opportunity? If there really is favoritism in your squad, then talk to someone about it in your leadership and provide proof that it's going on. Nothing can be done if a voice isn't raised.

We have leaders all over KSI that exemplify our values, and show what it truly means to be a leader in our community. If you have an issue with a leader not doing that, then report it to a higher up using our Open Door Policy. Like I said before, no one is going to know and a change won't be made unless someone raises their voice and makes it happen. Members who do follow the CoC and are respectable to others are recognized and even promoted if they are showing interest in doing so, trust me. As for the members leaving and becoming blacklisted, they are blacklisted not for leaving, but for going to a community that is on our Blacklist. There are also other circumstances when people break the CoC to the extent that they are not to be in the community and around our members, that they are blacklisted individually.

    Definition of a Blacklist:

Again, if you have an issue with their leadership or they are not following the CoC, use the "ODP" to talk to someone about it.Just because these members haven't been in charge of someone in real life, or have been in that situation, doesn't mean that they're unfit for leadership. They have rose through the ranks, and faced the challenges before them to be where they are now. Every single "7" that you see has been a general, some even more than once. So, they have been in those leadership positions in this community. They are also here to make sure that structure is provided and members are having fun in terms of upholding the KSI values. The only time they should be really pulling rank, is when someone is breaking CoC and/or is out of line when dealing with situations, etc...

I moved this to the open door area, because it's not an issue that needs to be in your divisional section, but rather open for other leaders to come in and elaborate on what this community is really about, as well as to help you.

  4. Retired's post in Everyone Read!! Google Drive(Docs), Good for squads! (Answered) was marked as the answer
There shouldn't be any reason why more than one person should be editing posts. The only people that need to be editing things when it comes to information or meeting notes, is the general on "Access Denied" and whoever posts the meeting notes on the website. You can also say that someone can post up promotions in a promotion tracking thread on the website as well. That's good and all that you're using this as a tool, but DO NOT make it your primary go to when it comes to KSI information tracking. Again, this is why we have the forums for all of this. This is going around in circles, it's a good idea, but remember that this website and "Access Denied" for generals and higher are our primary forms of information keeping.
