He has sent me a message and said no one has contacted him yet. 4 days is unacceptable. If someone has not recruited him by the time I get off work in the am I will do it and place him where I see fit.

Don't get me wrong I do like the idea on some of the ideas just not all of them

Just want to make sure we keep in mind the negative ways it could spin if not controlled by the divisions on how they want to use it not crutch off it. 

Here is a few issues I see with this. Most of the stuff above video wise should be simple reads where not much should be explained. BUT for those that would a video can't really replace actual training which is what I could see happening. A div leader saying go watch your video honestly would become the norm and that never has the div leader or whomever is running said division training anyone then we have 7's we have no clue if they can actually train anyone. Which could create a false sense of training when in reality all that was done was click and link. 

Last note lol if the people are not reading them now on the forums what honestly makes us think they will sit down and watch a video on how to do exactly what they could have already read in the first place

Okay one of his 7 has been involved havoc follow up with me on xbox live pms to ensure this is done. 

That is not your generals call to make so message your 7's in your division and also reference this thread. If this is NOT handled message me and we will gets this fixed. If your not playing the game your squads going to be playing that is 100% understandable and a transfer has to be approved because you no longer qualify for that squad because your not even on that game.

Seems we posted at the same time . Without names not much I can do but do want to look into this. Send me a pm with the story with names this time so I can get with the Seniors about this because some of what I am reading and i do NOT like what i am reading other points i think may have been taken out of context like they were joking but again you didn't take it that way. Which is the risk we all run when we make jokes knowing your audience and in this case it was in poor taste which needs to be addressed as well.

So like a real life thing similar to how some are like part of other groups like the masons and what have you?

Issue I think also on this whole concept and idea is not just the actual ranks but more what those ranks do. The KSI rank structure has what each rank is suppose to be doing and thats just it that is the BASE of what it is they are to do. If divisions want to go above and beyond that and get more specfic stuff that falls back to the whole recruiting things you have to keep in mind each division is different and the leaders of each division have the options to add more stuff to their ranks job wise just not LESS those are the basics of what the Board and Seniors have agreed is what they should all be doing. 

The idea has been tossed around and we have concidered it but sadly kinda hard to get someone in a party on xbox if they are on the pc. Kinda hard to have them even know the leaders if they never talk to them. Hard to verify age when we never even hear them unless its WoW and they have a mic there of course lol. Now not throwing the idea out at all it has been done before where if you want to do something like this the forums staff will entertain a section on the forums to allow it to grow once there is a base. So if you honestly wanted to start a group on pc for X game on the pc if it hits and kicks off then yes we would entertain adding squads and maybe even a division but it would have to have a decent base and some way to track the members. I mean keep in mind things like rank structure with KSI names to sgt and up might be hard also so all things to concider but you have to have a base following for the mods to even entertain the idea. I would suggest if you have a game your really concidering doing something like this with making a thread for others to gauge an intrest and they might let you do a forum section for that. Keep in mind you can still be in a xbox squad but on a wow team that was a part of the forum section for starting out.

Agreed. Also, I think a possibility to add a rank between corporal and Sargent. So that they could recruit by themselves with the proper training. But that is why they are allowed to refer people. Basically as a corporal seeing sargents recruit it gives them that want to change their name ?

Wanted to point out something that is not a KSI policy

Having certain ranks being able to recruit is a division policy and its up to the senior most person of each division and his or her 7 staff to decide what they feel is right for their divisions. Not all divisions are the same on level of training some allow cpls and pvts to recruit while others only allow sgts and up to do so or one has to be present. KSI as a whole has allowed the divisions leaders to figure out what they feel is their level of trained members to gauge what rank they feel is best for their goals and what they are working towards. We can't make a blanket across the board rule on this because the leaders of their division know how well their members are trained or not and would not be fair to try to enforce a X rule on it because thats their call to make as the 7's of that division. 

As for the start of this thread we have tweaked the ranks with adding ssgt to the ranks and removing major based on the needs of the community and trends we had watched over months and years. Don't want to repost what alot have already stated but an overhaul on the ranks isn't really needed right now BUT if a good reason was given why to add something else the leaders would entertain the idea but a overhaul would just throw out what we been building for years just for the need to change stuff which I would say here and now I would not vote for it. 

Was already sent to WI failed probation status therefore is DHN'ed.

1. She had the bright idea of doing a division split from LS to SH and since no one knew what the hell we were doing she did a great job and pulled it off.

2. Spirt week well she did that twice!

3. Lead she changed our entire education to streamline to what we needed.

4. She married me and puts up with me so not sure that was a bright idea but yeah she did that too.

5. She puts up with an all male board right (luci you half way count lol)  now and does a great job of keeping us all in line ish during meetings

6. Hell half the rewards were currently using in the aap were her idea which this whole thread is odd how she does NOT have this. I am confused.

7. She put luci in timeout a few times and that was the 1st time that ever worked

Which IMO shows we are doing the same things we have always done by ensuring our members are getting awards and forgetting the ones running the whole thing lol. WOOPS.

So lets see anyone that knows me would know there is no way in hell I would have let someone become a director let alone a senior director if they did not go WAY above and beyond what I feel it takes to run things in KSI. 

His recent actions with helping with spirt week show not only does he get the clan ops aspects but KSI as a whole.

The productions stuff he does is great.
