When you stop and really pay attention to what due does. Man is what you want out of a loyal community member. From party hopping to bringing out those ranked players. To putting out how fun being in departments can be and overall. Showing how good of a time you can have if you just try just a little bit. From being a great member to devising plans to make a great gamenight for members. Dude has the one thing that every gen needs. Dedication. Things may get rough but nez does let that Poop knock him off course. He is the definition of keeping it positive. 99.99% this dude is in a party with members making great times. He is a great role model of what a great KSI Leader looks like. From the problems he has dealt with to the great times he has made just being in an xbox party. I have nothing but respect for this dude for how patient and understanding he is with members. From recruits to his officer staff. Literally has never asked anyone to do anything he hasn't done himself or is not willing to do himself. He leaves no room for excuses. Dude still manages to reach back out when contacted. Shatner has always been a hard worker. That being said, having the whole division always calling for you. Dude has been doing a great job handling it all. His first month as a cofo. Dude has been doing a great job. From always being in parties for anyone to come chat with him. To providing info. He has adapted to being a cofo well. Given the first month is typically the make it or break it time for adapting to new duties. Nyquil has been like cast iron Settling down in place. Being a part of multiple departments. I've seen him go from the joking class clown to a serious assertive officer. When issues are brought to him. Nez Switches to serious mode and is nothing but professional. Besides being trained well. He has come a long way. HIs first month of being gen. I couldn't be more proud of how well he has been doing. Nothing but respect for him. He is great to be in a party with and great to go to for issues. I see the hard work he has been doing. From his 25+ member gamenights to his ability to read, adapt and to process any situation. Went from 3 officers to almost 6 since he has been in wrath.. Man is a natural born leader. Man is proficient in being a jack of all trades. He literally leaves no stone unturned. Among all the things he does right. He genuinely is an awesome person. Dude cares. Any member that comes to him with an issue. He takes his time to listen, relate and reassures that they are always welcome to come to him for anything. Koda takes criticism like a computer with a new program added. Once processed. It's adapted and made use of. Legit is a great role model to follow for future PO's/Officers. He is in so many departments while still striving to be the best officer he can be. He takes criticism well and adapts. I can go to this man for anything and he will give me what i need to hear. Regardless if i like what it is or not. Uppish is a great leader. From Gens meetings to paying attention to the deatils in our officer meetings. Man gives great suggestions for goals and even praises where praise is due. Uppish helps make being in CS a great div to be in. I talk to him regularly whether it be for advice, direction or just friendly. Dude is a great person, from being the beacon of hope as a cofounder in CS to just being a dude that can just make being on xbox fun. Man puts in work when it comes to be a KSI staff member. i rely on alot for problems i run into with members or just stuff i have in general. Ive always know him to be one to tell you how it is, at the sametime allow you to learn on your own. Which is definitely big when you are trying to find your way. Shanter as friend, definitely among the top best people i have met being in this community. Just from personal experiences ive talked to him about. Man is a great dude to have around.
