The amount of work he is doing is obviously seen through the multiple quality nominations that are up for him. They all explain his hard work and dedication during the month of June and that is why I am choosing him as the Div Leader OTM

Compared to the other nominees, his nominations actually go into detail about his work during the month of June and are not just an overview of his KSI career. That is why I choose him over the other nominees.

Her decision making skills and hard work is definitely noticed by her quality nominations and not only has she helped her squad she is helping the division as a whole.

His nominations come off as very genuine, he is focused on helping KSI not only on the squad but Divisional level as well. His nominations also show his work ethic when training and mentorship so that is why I’m choosing him as CPT OTM winner.

Her nominations explain how she is still putting the community above allot of stuff and is willing to help and be there whenever she is needed. Her nominations also explain her work during training and different Officer tasks.

He takes the cake here as his statements are very good at explaining the work he has done to put him above the other nominees. That be him learning or teaching and completing tasks his nominations show what is looked for when deciding a winner for OTM

His Noms explain how he is taking charge and is doing what needs to be done so he can expand his knowledge and start to help out on the squad level.

Since becoming Co-Fo Shatner has been an undeniable asset to CS. The first month yes I said that, as being a new Co-Fo Shatner won Co-Fo OTM. He has busted his tail harder that most people do in 2 months. He has basically been the only Co-Fo from the get go and has assisted all 3 squads within the Div and hasn't shown a single sign of slowing down anytime soon! He is constantly there for anyone that needs any kind of help even if it's down to a simple ear to listen. Not only has he been over all the squads damn near the whole time since he has been promoted but he continues to come up with different ideas to better CS and KSI as a whole. Shatner has also stepped in many of times when an officer is struggling and will make sure to get down to the root of the issue and find a way to re-motivate and make sure it won't happen again. There are many more things that I could say about Shatner because the list is pretty long! Keep up the amazing work! You are doing a bang up job!!
