Reasoning why they deserve this - Swag and his pickles man. Regardless of that, Swag has always been an awesome person to hang around and talk to. Since just joining two months ago, I've seen swag in our party's or just checking up on his members whenever he can all around. Reasoning why they deserve this - I have only just begun talking and working with Rizz, and I can say what drive he has for this community. His notes span farther then my hand could even begin to type and I appreciate him for his wisdom and the time he takes for mentoring others. Reasoning why they deserve this - Sub ... his integrity and his direct involvement in all the he can, inspires me to do so much more and I thank him so much for getting me here. He has made sure I've been alright close to everyday I have met him. He checks in always and we even have to tell him to sometimes take a break and let us help! That's the outstanding ovation that I strive for and try to be. We need someone like him always. I appreciate him for all that he has done for every department and every member . Reasoning why they deserve this - We all know Asuma. While just getting started into productions, he brought me in with open arms and taught me things I've been dreaming of doing since I was a teenager. This man has stayed up countless hours for just us productions members to understand the software we are using, and I know is STILL looking for more ways for us members in productions to assist and learn. Ever since I met him I have been eager to learn more and more from him. He puts time and work into the people that really want to do this and I appreciate that . That is why he deserves this award.

Dude is active as hell. Everyday I see him. He is in a party with member showing who he is. The HoE, The CoFo, the guy that give rejects your reason for why you can't succeed. Man goes above and beyond. When you stop and really pay attention to what due does. Man is what you want out of a loyal community member. From party hopping to bringing out those ranked players. To putting out how fun being in departments can be and overall. Showing how good of a time you can have if you just try just a little bit.

Ever since this dude joined wrath. Man has literally been all over. To pulling in recruits to having a great time at any gamenight. It's hard not to like this dude. From meeting new members to playing new games. To checking out different Poop KSI has to offer. Fish is one of those members that gets the platinum membership instead of the standard one. Always a great time being in a party with him

Critical Thinking 201 is a series of classes focusing on experiences and different perspectives you may encounter here as a leader. This is a bit different than Lead 101 as it covers more in depth scenarios that are based off of real events in the community you may run into as a leader. One of the biggest problems in KSI you can run into is being placed in a position you are unprepared for.
How you look at a squad or how you analyze a situation can be different than someone else. Whether that is due to difference in Rank,  Personal Involvement, or even our past experience’s can shape how we think. 
Throughout CT 201 we won't try to change your mind on a topic you feel passionate about but try to encourage viewing situations from different perspectives. There are no RIGHT or WRONG answers so be open to differences of opinions.
This is a 5 week commitment, and unless otherwise specified by the Education Mentor in charge of the class, the class will take place on the same day, at the same time every week.
As KSI operates in EST that will be the format given for the times listed.
To enroll in these classes, you will sign up on week 1. You will then stay with the same mentor throughout their 5 weeks of classes. Should you miss a class, it is your responsibility to talk to your mentor about the options available to you. You are only able to miss 2 classes throughout this course. Please be sure to check your schedule and see if the selected dates work for you.
You will be given roles in the community server where you can communicate with other members of your class, the education department staff and your mentors!
You can not sign up mid way through a set of classes, you must enroll at the start of week 1.
 
Each class is capped at 10 members, so it is on a first come, first served basis. You will be notified if you are accepted into the class ; or if you were not among the first 10 eligible participants to sign up. If you are the latter, You will be given immediate positioning in the next CT 201 class as long as you can attend the classes.

Reasoning why they deserve this - If I would I nominate Sleepy or Nyquil but it looks like they have left. I guess Rizz will do. He has make turned this division around with 1 simple change, Daily Goals. For the last Month Rizz has implemented daily goals into the division and all anyone has seen is growth within their squads. First day of being a oblivion officer we got 6 recruits because people where pushing out their daily goals. Rizz is also a great mentor and friend within the community. If I need advice there is Rizz, if I'm struggling there is Rizz to give me advice, or even if I just want to sit down and talk to Rizz about life as we play games HE IS THERE.

Reasoning why they deserve this - This man reminds me so much of Swag when i mentored him. He cares deeply about not only his squad but his Div. He is tough when he needs to be tough and a softy when it calls for it as well. The sheer amount of time he has put in ontop of his other duties is truly awe inspiring. And if anyone deserves the CoFo OTM its him.

Rizz has continued to go above and beyond. He juggles multiple squads as well as maintaining the education dept. He really is the most dedicated person for aap truly lives up to his name - loyalty. Always fair and honest in decisions. Actively engages with members to remind of all sorts of departmental tasks. Keeps a clear control over the department so everyone knows where they stand and what is expected. Loyalty often checks in with senior staffs to help them push out everything in timely manner. When staff are voting on awards he gives you the chance to correct your mistakes but gives support if needed.

Well what can I say about this man.. I have seen him put in so much effort and hard work to improving on this department which pushes it to the best it can be. Coming up with so many great ideas to further improve on the foundations of the best department in KSI. He has always been there day or night to answer any question big or small for any member as any conversation could spiral into something great for the department so taking the time to get with each member to voice their opinions/ideas is always welcomed.

where do I start for nezuko? Before his promotion to senior staff he really stepped up showing his determination and passion for the department always asking myself of paradox any questions he may have in order to make the department better and better. Since his promotion to senior staff nez has stepped up even more. Always on top of his game pushing department staff to be the best they can be checking in on who Amy need more training or just someone to talk things through with. I can’t wait to see where he goes within the department and the community as a whole as I know he’s a force ark be reckoned with.

Slicky with the Blicky has always been good at what he does, but this month he really helped out CS. His communication was on point, he approached everything myself and shatner had to say with an open mind and was even there just to listen if need be. When he’s on you’ll likely find him gaming in a party with the members. He’s a master of time management, juggling a crazy work schedule on top of all his responsibilities in KSI. It is extremely rare you’ll catch slick in a bad mood, I don’t think I’ve ever seen the man angry even when we’re going over some serious stuff. He always joins ready to play some games and have a good laugh. Keep it up homie, I appreciate what you do for myself and CS.

If I’m being 100% honest, I don’t think there’s another division lead past present or future that can tolerate me as a cofo with all the random ideas and as shatner would say, my chicken little moments when the sky is falling. He’s one of the most open minded individuals I’ve ever met. He’s always down to try a new idea, he even lets me implement my own things and try out new things when the time is right. Communication is key with this man, it’s honestly one of his greatest qualities as a leader. If you need something, reach out and he’ll make sure it’s taken care of in a timely manner. He’s able to keep his cool in stressful or even infuriating situations and can still approach situations respectfully. Shatner is one of the GOATS. Without a doubt.

Azrael is just an all around good officer. He can recruit, promote and resend members with ease. He’s extremely knowledgeable on clanops and is always down to help in any situation. Azrael is one of Oblivion’s leading officers alongside his other two CPTs and Gen. His communication and teamwork amongst his officers is phenomenal. I see him going very far in this community, keep it up homie!

Oryx (DaKeech) is a phenomenal LT, when he came back to Rebellion he and 3 others decided to step up when no one else would. In a squad of no officers and an insane fluff number that would turn most away, he stayed. He recruited, promoted and hosted countless gamenights. His recent move to oblivion has been nothing but great as well. He gets with members everyday, goes recruiting and works with his other officers despite working 2 jobs and having a rough schedule. Much love homie, I appreciate you.

Since his return to KSI he’s been on top of his game. He’s phenomenal at recruiting and is becoming a very consistent officer. I’m very proud of him and his growth since rejoining. There isn’t a single member who doesn’t know who he is, he constantly in and out of parties with his squad and gaming with members. Keep it up homie, you’ll go far if you continue what you’re doing.

Despite his real life issues, fancy always finds a reason to smile and joke around. He’s like a zippo light in the wind, that flame just won’t go out. He’s one of the core members in oblivion and is loved by his officers, squad and division. Fancy was one of my recruits back when I was a captain and has stuck around through some harder times in clan ops. I truly appreciate him and I don’t think there’s a single SGT that deserves this OTM other than him.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Rizz is very communicative and hops in parties and games with us despite his irl issues taking a toll out of him aswell as both his current ranks of Co-Fo & CKO but that alone doesnt stop him from party hopping multiple times and seeing the wealth CS has for him. As being the only Co-Fo in CS, he’s been laying out a foundation of solutions that solidifies the Division aswell as coming up with future plans to further the growth, wealth and knowledge of it.

Reasoning why the deserve this - Stack’s amazing leadership aswell as his talent to overcome any problems makes him a valuable asset and a star player in CS. He hosts big and i mean BIG gamenights (Div Wide / Joint / Solo) which results in huge numbers of attendance being accounted for. His popularity is increasing with each gamenight he hosts and it will result in something bigger soon.

Irl has been taking over lately but that hasnt stop him from doing his job and keeping everything on the right track.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Turtle is a Phenomenal CPT and a great right-hand man with Stack. He’s Recruiting daily and pulls at least 3-4 a week, he hosts impromptu gamenights almost everyday and gets big attendance for them and his member retention is no joke. He’s a brilliant CPT and one day will be a Fantastic Gen.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Sub has been with me since day 1 of joining the AAP Department. He’s taken the time out of his days to help train me to be where i am today and keeps going. We’ve been on a Discord call for about 7-8 ours going over Topics, Awards, Descriptions and it’s just insane for how much dedication he has towards me and the Staff, even with a recent irl issue he’s still hitting me up and checking how im doing and its really great to have him with me by my side.

I’ve know Sub for awhile now, I originally met him as KSIDEATHSTR0K3. He’s always had a personality that pulls people in. As far as Sub goes as an officer, he’s been phenomenal to work with. He decided to step up and help me in a squad that I can easily say was dying. He came in and wasted no time, immediately getting to work on a fluff evaluation, Security checks, gamenights and promotions. Mind you, he had just transferred and didn’t even have an opportunity to get to know the squad yet and still continued to try his hardest. Sub even continued to work through our holiday break (I had to tell the man to take a break!) to ensure his squad made it back to a healthy foundation of activity and communication. Sub is not only a great officer, but a phenomenal human being all around. There isn’t a single person in CS that doesn’t know and like sub. It’s hard to have issues with someone so understanding and kind hearted. I have no doubt that he’ll go farther than myself one day. I can’t wait to see it, keep it up homie.

But I'm happy she obliterated those and actually brought the change to a division that was struggling to find its footing and voice. As time went on it was matter of when not if she got the Co Founder spot and she hasn't stopped building. Hope to see what she and WD can accomplish in 2023.

Swag's unmatched vigilance over Clan Ops has help lessen and avoid numerous disasters over the course of 2022, and bring about some successes as well. Mr. Pickles is a great teacher and leader who has mentored leaders on every level of Clan Ops, never afraid or hesitant to get his hands down & dirty on the squad level. Training, workshops, and building squads has always been something Swag takes immense pride and pleasure in doing. However being CoS is also about knowing when NOT to act as well. Swag has hones this instinct and used it well in 2022 and it's enabled him to setup a LOT of money moves for Clan Ops in 2023. I know Clan Ops has taken some big hits this year and even though it may appear as if Clan Ops is just taking body blow after body blow, 2023 has a lot of promise and I know Swag will use it well. Personally I'm looking forward to seeing where & what else Swag can do with KSI, and I don't think his magic wand will run out of juice anytime soon.

Well he hasn’t been a regular Director for a hot minute. But the first half of the year Slick was a Director over all the Divisions at one point or another. He helped me work on some issues CS had at the time. Slick is rock solid and he is always there when you need him (KSI clichés, ikr I’m sorry lol). He takes his time to understand situations and then deal out punishment, advice, and words of wisdom accordingly. Slick is never afraid to be wrong or change his mind, and most importantly he inspires those above, around, and below him to continue improving. To be better. To contribute in whatever way they can. Slick is often a beacon of guiding light when things go sideways, we lift each other up and move forward together as a team. I have a lot of love and respect for you bro and I don’t say it often enough, so thank you. Here's to a better 2023 amigo!

Wild has seen ES through a lot of turmoil and turbulence this year. She’s done a great of job of being a good friend and leader to ES. When I came to ES after the mass exodus of every single other officer & 7 except WildMama. She did not complain, she was understandably worried but sat down & asked me “what’s next?” That’s one of the hallmarks of an A++ KSI leader, unfazed and determined to build ES back better than it was before. Not having worked with her much prior, I was pleasantly surprised that she had that level determination and work ethic. Wild has had my upmost respect from that day on. 2023 is gonna be a good year for and WildMama is #1 reason why.

As a General, Sleepy had a tougher beginning and had to re-evaluate his squad a bit. However, as he gained traction in the newly rebranded Oblivion, his squad and officer corps grew and flourished. Sleepy grew immensely as a person and leader during his time as General. While his real life issues were consistently plaguing him as a General, he never let them get him down for long. Always coming back to keep pushing forward. Sleepy did a tremendous job setting up the structural foundations in Oblivion and putting leaders in place to execute them. Keep up the good work Sleepy!

You would be hard pressed to find a SGT that is more active than Ol’ Man Pastries. Super SGT 4th Class Donut reports for duty almost every day ready to game and have fun. Pastries is consistently active and gaming with members from every squad and all 3 Divs. He’s always down to cohost his favorite games to help keep gamenights fresh and interesting too. He has helped his squad and Div through good times and bad by helping keep members active and engaged when squads are short on officers who can be there. 4SGT Donut is beloved by members from all over KSI and more than deserving of SGT OTY for 2022.

Hatter's dedication and ability to get traction with the leaders beneath her is simply unmatched in KSI. She is widely respected throughout WD & KSI for her tough no-nonsense attitude. She's been handed a few pretty cruddy situations and made the best of them. Hatter also holds the medal for the only truly successful squad split this year (I say this with the benefit of 20/20 hindsight, but true nonetheless), as both squads are still strong with Generals and officer corps. The whole time she's also been solid in news getting those annual event articles back on track and pushing for more engagement on news stories, trying to really relate them to KSI and what our members care about. Sorry your bandwagon team lost their bowl game tho Hatter, I wanted them to win too . Otherwise keep up the phenomenal work and I'm excited to what a new year holds for you Hatter!!

Reason they deserve it: When Togax joined Oblivion, she came out the gate firing with both guns blazing. She was bringing in tons of recruits, she was gnawing at the bit to get her officer workshops done, and she was just absolutely grinding. Now that she’s a Lieutenant she spreads that energy to those POs who she trains, as well as recruits she brings in. She is a great leader and is going to make a great General one day

Reason they deserve this: I’ve known her for a long time now. When we were in ES together, she was the first person you’d want to get to know better. reasons for this award:so this man has done a hell of a job as a general u normally don’t see good generals as often as I have recently but I have he is a hard worker the life of vanquish WD key player in KSI as a whole from being a general watching over everyone constantly making sure officers do there job not hesitating to take more responsibility on himself I’m able to call him at anytime of day and get response from him dealing with Problems to him being in the LC and another department I can’t remember off top of my head let’s just say I’ve been in this community for going on 4 years so I’ve seen a lot of generals in my day and he is one of the best on my list he’s open to new ideas and doesn’t stray from always trying to make squad and community better

 Oh god what to say about hatter so when I first came over to WD it was a whole new vibe for from SL before it got closed but she made WD a home again from her being my general and helping  me move back up Officer core to also being in the info team and head of news let’s just say overall she goes above and beyond with everything she does and doesn’t take Poop from anyone she’s there for her members to the bottom always trying to help where she can I promise if anything is going on in KSI hatter knows about it and is probably trying to help in someway shape or form when it comes to the core values of KSI K-knowledge we know she has that from her years and years of time in KSI S-Strength the strength is pushing through day in day out while also having kids and life outside of KSI and taking more and more responsibility I-Integrity if she says something she will do it

reasons for this award: Jaxy doesn’t have the natural talent to learn things easy but when it comes to him he will work hard to master what he’s not good at I think that’s his biggest thing going for Jaxy I started training Jaxy from when he was a Sgt helped guide him but what looked like he was struggling with things would just put in the hard work and improve and to this day he’s shown to be a hell of a LT from helping train his replacement to honestly being more active than me constantly doing gamenights in party’s with members to being free when things need to get done he’s never shied from the hard work he just keep pushing and learning and becoming better I look forward to wherever he ends up

Venum deserves this award for so many reasons. From the moment I joined Web Ops, Venum has always been there. He will answer whatever question you throw his way. If you ever need someone to cry to, Venum is there. I don't know how many times I've cried in a party to Venum, but he's always there to listen, no matter what. He is an amazing mentor and friend. He always wants to share his knowledge with everyone and anyone. He gives you all the tools you need to excel and will push you because he wants the best for you. He always jokes and says he's retiring and all the mods say back to him "if you go, I go." And the reason for that is Venum makes Web Ops. There is no Web Ops without him. Swanny honestly deserves this award. I worked with him a lot in ES and even helped train him and he was great over there. And then I joined CS and man he really took everything he's ever been taught and ran with it. He's gone over and beyond. The second I said I wanna be an officer again, he made sure to help me and pushed me because he knew I could do it. He made me feel welcomed when I first joined back. He's definitely an amazing Captain and I can't wait to see what else he can accomplish.
