When I meet Para I was on the verge of leaving KSI over issues in a certain squad. (wont name names) But before I did I went to the shoutbox to say some farewells and goodbyes. Para saw me and pulled me aside asking why I was going to leave. long story short he made it his mission to not only keep me and get me in a squad where I could grow and work with others happily, but also took his time off of his already busy schedule to resolve the situation. Paratroop works harder than anyone else I know and he deserves far more than just this award. KSI would surely not be what it is to me and many others if it wasnt for Paratroop. Although the original front page was taken down, and they began from scratch again, she wrote many good quality articles for KSI. Over time, Sungazer’s Wife eventually became the head of news and made changes to the news team to make things a lot clearer and smoother. Ever since she got onto the team, she’s given the news team a better reputation with her kindness and willingness to work with people. She also later on in the year began working with KSIxly with the Academic Support Center to build a bridge between the two programs, and she is currently in the process of writing multiple handbooks for both teams so that they can collaborate together. She's regarded as the "Face of KSI" and rightfully adopted the "Queen of hearts" nickname which appropriately suits here as she captures and keeps the attention of everyone she addresses. QJ is a highly active, greatly respected, consistently productive, and immensely vital member within KSI. Reigns over Education dept, part of BoD etc. I really don't need to post her resume` here as everyone should know who she is and what she does (everything). Yes she's into everything. Very much involved with the majority of the 5222 members in KSI. There are two things in particular I see in Queenjess that I don't see often and not quite comparable to her is her ability to instantly establish rapport with someone she speaks with, level with them, and solve delicate issues without having to pull rank or brush the member the wrong way. An effective leader gets others to WANT to work with them and continue to produce quality effort while doing so. She certainly has that quality about her. The other is how quick and critical thinking she is. It's actually quite impressive. Throw her into a party with some crazy issues going on and she'll hear each member out and very quickly come up with solutions that are not just solid advice to follow but makes perfect sense you'd be a fool to ignore. There are a select group of members here in KSI who are the cornerstones that keep the foundation of our home together, she's one pillar we could not do without. Through her excellent leadership skills, critical thinking, and wonderful personality KSI will continue to strive to be better than it was each day. He's the guy who will tell you you're wrong, that you need to fix it, and how to do it. Can, and will, break you down and bring you back up a better person. He's a solid member through and through. He's most deserving of this rank for his consistent rule as director over several different divisions. He easily adapts to each division he acquires control over and has no problem assuming additional responsibility. He's been an active mentor in the FTLA/Edu dept for as long as I can remember teaching everyone by the book all that is KSI (e.g how to be a sgt/ssgt/officer/cofo+). If you're wrong, he will correct you. However, he will also have your back and not leave you to an ill fate should you be in the right. I'm in the military, and after scrutinizing this guy, he would actually make a fine SNCO or better if he had chosen to be in the armed forces. I rarely .... actually, I've never said that about anyone at all in KSI, so he would be the first member in our grossly large community for me to regard as such. After Dark Legions split into Forced Induction, Azrael was working side by side with KSI Veilsix7, however, due to issues outside of KSI V67 left and the division fell upon Azrael to run. This is a HUUUUGEEE deal. He battled some fierce poaching and security threats that plagued FI for such a long time. Finally Az had enough. He surrounded himself with trusted officers and cofos. Learned the ins and outs of the Internal Affairs and became staff there. Put his all into running the division and ensures FUN is the first thing being promoted all the way down to the cpl level. Took a hold of the division and really made it his own. Unfortunately, there was a LOT of fluff that had to be dealt with on top of the craziness going on which he had to address and successfully mitigated without having to be re-absorbed back into DL. I can't tell you enough how much he's had to deal with with his reign as Co-Div and now Division leader of FI. I will say, he's the right man for the job. He kept his sanity (somehow) and respect of each member in FI as he put down the bigger issues that peppered the division. Now that the storm is over, and the seas have calmed, Azrael has caught his second wind and has tackled on the transitions within the division expertly (e.g. MW3, Halo 4, BO2). I don't just get word from him on xbl or on the forums, should I be out of pocket on an op of sorts, he'll keep me in the loop via phone regularly. That really helped me personally with my transition from DL to FI while I was on a large-scale training op. He's intimately involved with his division and knows just about everything there is to know about each and every member that compose FI. Try him Through his trials and tribulations, cool head and strong will he has braved adversity and came out on top during his rule over Fi. I believe he's the best of the best in this rank because of that sole fact. This was no easy feat, and he's running the show in FI. Great rapport and respect among the members of his charge and the community. Another rising star and vital member within KSI. He's that rising leader that gives you hope. I'm glad he's made it to where he is now. He's proof that good quality solid leadership is still coming through the ranks. In addition to being one of the more well run squads in KSI, he's managed to push further by incorporating squad game nights 2x's/week, kick off head hunters and scrimmage another team, tend to his section mod duties, and fulfill his obligations to the News Team and ASC staff. He's got a lot on his plate, yet he makes it look oh so easy. He's one of those members who inspire others to be like him. He's earned the respect of his peers within and outside of RP due to his outstanding rapport with most members and strives to assist ALL KSI members requiring assistance as he encounters or discovers them. He gets in the mix and games with his squad and random members to include recruits from all corners of the community. He's a keeper and one who certainly deserves to be highlighted for his efforts and consistency. Great guy. Well respected. Works independently and stays gainfully employed at all times. If he's not hosting a meeting, game night, or recruiting, he's training recruits/or ppl to become officers, and promoting fun & activity on the forums. He's a solid captain bound to be a General in due time and likely more to come in the future. He's a bright member with a great amount of potential. His work ethic is his shining attribute that separates himself from the crowd of his peers. He runs KSI clan ops and his other duties in KSI without any worries from the Board worrying that he does not have our best intrests and plans for KSI as a whole in mind. Apoc strives his leaders to go that next step to ensure they know what is they are suppose to do and have the knowledge to get their job done. Director: KSI iLLuSii0N 7 Illusion has taken the director spot to a another level where he goes out of his way to make sure not only his divisions but all divisions are doing their jobs properly and within the scope of what KSI wants from them. Illusion puts ALOT into KSI that most do not see because he is very emotional about what he does and always wants to do the best that he can with what he has control over. Div Leader KSI IRONCOWBOY7 HE HE HE he is going to be shocked on this one because well me and cowboy have clashed ALOT in the last year and that is because he is so like me and how I use to run my division its scary. Issue with that is he is an alpha male and so am I so we are don't like to move on our views lol. Cowboy has brought back in my mind one of the best divisions in KSI idea and mind set. He reminds me of the LS,SH and DL powerhouse's back when I use to run a division. Co Div Leader KSI Lazar 7 This man has the most awkward approaches on things in KSI and WOW Lazar its been an roller coaster ride on things he does. He is the most caring person about KSI that I have ever met. He truly cares about every member in his divisions and takes a intrest in not only their KSI lives but treats his members as part of the family. He has shown he repeatedly that the values of caring about his members should come first! Founder KSI Bubblez 7 What can I say bad about this leader. I mean she had defied all odds against here because lets be honest females in KSI have a tendancy of washing out prior to even get to 7's and she has been helping run one of the best divisions in KSI for some time now. She takes the time to ensure she knows exactly what needs to be done and gets the job done. She trains her members to the letter on what KSI expects our leaders to be doing and acting and is a perfect example of what 7's should be striving to do and achive. Great job bubblez keep doing the great work you been doing and make us proud! Co Founder KSI Toonami 7 Yes I am voting for this guy . I know some of the leaders have had issues with his leadership questions and attitude but NEVER has he had ill will for KSI and is always trying to better himself. Toonami while I disagree with him ALOT he is learning how to be a 7 in KSI and is doing it. He is the perfect example of what I been telling leaders for years. I would rather have a cofo do something then do nothing because at least in Toonami's case here yes has made some mistakes but is learning from them and developing as a leader in KSI. General KSI Thor 7 This man has great attitude for KSI and I could go in detail on the amount of good things I have seen but I am going to make it simple. AS A GENERAL I had him running one of my COD elite squads for COD elite because he was that squared away and I did not have any issue allowing him to run one. Those that know me and how I run my programs know that I only had seniors and directors running them so you do the math I allowed a General to run one because I had that much faith in his leadership and ability to get the job done. Captain KSI McClaytone WOW want can I say about clay here for those that have not met him you need to. He has been asked repeatedly to step up into leadership positions in his squads in KSI and has always known and told people due to his real life medical and real life issues he can't be a general and will need to train his replacement just in case. He had done that REPEATEDLY! This man has shown to me that rank while it is important having fun and being proud to be a member of KSI is what is really important over and over again. When I am out and about and find a new join to join KSI clay is one of the first people I use as my go to guy to get them in because I know he is going to take care of them and get the job done CORRECTLY! I don't say this lightly but if Clays medical issues did not prevent him from going higher in the ranks he would be a founder or higher by now and I have no doubt in my mind that is division would be being run the way I like seeing divisions run. Clay regardless of how these nominations work out thank you for EVERYTHING you do for us here in KSI! Forum Staff RAGS! I mean come on I don't claim many here in KSI as my mentor because well I am conceded and think I know everything but I have lost count how many times when I need guidance and help with stuff I go to rags. He is one of the behind the scenes guys that alot do not realize just how important he is in running the day to day operations of KSI. Rags we mess with you alot but know its because we love you in a totally no homo kind of way of course Member of the year KSI DoCNeSS 7 This one here can do it all. I mean the amount of recruits he just was stumbling on playing BO was just amazing and we had to slow him down. I sent him on halo just to allow the squads leadership to catch up to the influx of new joins he had coming in. Sadly I get this message "chaos I know you said to slow down and go play halo but I got like 10 guys here that want to join and I don't have a halo squad in my division so what do I do with them". So yeah he is that good we put him in time out and the recruits just keep coming. Number count who the hell knows its ALOT! I mean DL has split now for the 4th time and is leading the pack in divisions in that have split and this man right here is a LARGE factor in that! I cannot remember one time that I have had to repeat something or check behind him on anything. Metal is also a players leader. He makes his job look so easy. he is on the level and on the track to be one of ksi finest and it makes me feel good knowing that I had a hand in his refinement. I cannot count the times that I sat back and listened to his reasoning on ksi related topics or issues and put them in my roledex for future use and if you know me that says a whole lot. I have watched this man sit back and taken his time to make sure everyone is as perfectly trained as can be. Never have I had to question his motives or intent. At the same time if I pass info for everyone to know. I can trust that it will be done. General I would like to congradulate all of my generals publicly. without your belief in our no member left behind, no squad failure, and unilateral help in this division we would be nothing. Do too extreme circumstance. Still he remains in KSI ever honorable. He is silent currently while he deals with loss in his own way. Yet he is still available if really needed. just not on call...lol.IF ever a nomination for member of the year I would hope these words that I have posted would grant this honor on him. He is very spoiled and uncultured. BUT what he has done for this community as a whole when it comes to recruiting is phenominal. only bested to my knowledge by myself. he was trained on recruiting by myself and has mastered it. Not only can he recruit in bulk.{I had to ask him to stop recruiting multiple times. also just let him recruit for other squads} but His method of doing so was easy, comprehensible, and extremely effective. He is always open to listening to problems and helping when he can, he has taken not only ET to bigger things but has also done amazing things with TW (when he was apart of them) He's a great leader and Friendly with everyone. For not having been apart of KSI long he seems to understand more about KSI and what its all about. He's very kind (not much a of valid reason for him to win i know but it needs to be said). Of all the new people ive seen come in and rank up he has done it with the most decorum and skill. He was one of my main mentors for being general and was understanding of my having to step down. He shows the same kind of attention to many others and is a great leader and teacher as well.
