This workshop will be a true workshop, where those showing up will do the work. I intend to make them practice their approach and training method. All can learn, myself included... It shall less theory and more practical this time. We shall follow a regular training workshop (SGT workshop) but mainly oriented on Recruitment practical workshop. Officers on my squad (Trocity) if you're online that night, know this, the workshop is Mandatory ! Thank you all. I hope to see some of you on saturday at 8PM EST !!! All TW SGT, SSGT, and LT are welcome to listen and chat on the matter of being a better lieutenant or becoming one in a near or not so near future. If you're a lieutenant, there's nothing wrong with a refresh. + you get to share your experience with others, so join me next satuday and everyone that will show up. Now this Is for anyone that would like To brush up on thier Training as well as learning the first set of responsibilies as a member of KSI! KSI MADBALL 7 18 Posted February 26, 2014 Report Share Posted February 26, 2014 Ok TW me and my Right hand man KSI FLAW will be holding a Recruiting and Training Workshop this weekend 03/01/14 on Saturday at 700 pm eastern time!! We will be going diferent methods of recruiting, Recruitment messages that work,Mass Messaging, as well as making a checklist for recruiting to help with the process so that aa your recruits look the same and will help with forgetting certain steps, Aslo we will be going over the SOP for Training a Recruit as well as the most common mistakes made by members when training a recruit!!! Should be alot of fun and a Learning expierence for all! Also if there are any officers that would like to help out of just sit in on this workshop please message me for more info!! Thanx Everyone!! I will start with the Halo squads on Halo 4 at 4:30pm est. Black Ops 2 will be at 5pm est for Nemesis officers. 5:30 pm est will be for the 2 Ghosts squads on Ghosts.
