And we've been here since the early days of Valkyrie. Me him and whiskeyeyed brought Valkyrie up to its split and I have always known him to work his ass of to get what he wants. I've always heard him talking about getting his own 7. He wants it. Severely. So that man is gonna get it no matter what he does. Because he works as hard as his limits let him. He started Elysium and brought it up to its ultimate climax. Elysium is by far the best squad I've been in and second wind? Well. He's the best general I've ever had. So yeah. He deserves this award. We recently lost our beloved General putting us at a disadvantage with true leadership, however YopYop has stepped up becoming the general we needed all along. Although he doesn't have it yet, I'm sure he is in the running At our recent squad meetings YopYop has been leading them with stride handling all of our questions and concerns, regarding recruits and trains I see a message for a new recruit by him daily. He has been burdened with the weight of 40+ eager squad members wondering what has been going on, and even then he still has time to play with us at game night :D Please consider YopYop for this award, he truly deserves it. Recently he has begun a kind of training workshop where he trains the gens, then the gens take it to each of their respective squad to increase our quality. He shows his work not by just posts on the forums, but by xbl messages also, day by day he is either sending inspirational quotes, giving a shoutout to a member that deserves it, keeping us informed on everything pertaining to FI and even KSI in general, or even just little facts that make you hungry for more info!! They didn’t have to be anything extreme for him to help either, he was always willing to do his best for the member no matter the problem. Hitting the rank of Co-Fo wasn’t a maybe/maybe not, it was more of a “when†as in when will he be promoted like we all expected him to. Shinobi is an outstanding asset to Fi and will stop at nothing to help us progress in KSI. Members talk a lot about Protocol and Midget, but rarely do I hear a member talk about Bacchus. For me, Bacchus has helped me grow as a leader in WI and I wouldn't be a captain without his help. He has answered questions I have had over the forums and Xbox. About once a week he sends me a message asking how am I doing. Bacchus may not be the most social 7 in KSI, but he is one of the most determined and passionate ones. He cares a lot for the well being of Wicked Intent, he is careful of who he lets in WI and who gets promoted to officer ranks. Because of him, he has gotten WI more active on the forums and brought this division closer together as a family. Before he put in the roll call thread, I barely knew any COD side WI members. Since then, I have gotten to know plenty of COD players and been seeing Crysis and Venom playing more together, because they organize game nights via the forums. Good job Bacchus, keep doing what you are doing, because it will take Wicked Intent to Armada one day. He is the most social 7 in Wicked Intent and follows the COC to heart. He is stern to officers that break it and makes sure everyone is doing what they need to be doing. He has the drive to make WI the best division in KSI and is always motivating members to do their best. At the same time of being an excellent leader, he is an excellent friend. He brings me into parties just to see how I am doing and even comes to me for help. I admire Protocol for his positive attitude and for not being afraid of who he is. She is the meaning to BEING ACTIVE ON THE FORUMS. You can't say a single bad thing about her, there is nothing bad about this caring member. She is a voice on the T&E Staff, and makes sure everyone is participating. I view Kat as my twin sister, but she looks out for me like a sister. He is always turning negative things into positives by bringing out the plus sides. He never wants to see Venom members sad and always wants them to smile and have fun. Instead of stressing recruit, recruit, recruit. He stresses recruit and have fun. He believes the success to recruiting is to make it a fun activity because if a possible member doesn't see us having fun, then why would they want to join. I believe he is totally correct. He is a very humble person, and will rarely take credit for anything good he has done in KSI. He will not tolerate any rudeness of disrespect towards any member in KSI and will correct the problem right then and there. Tempah lives to lead and make sure everyone is having fun and acting accordingly. He encourages Venom's members to be active on the forums and help Venom anyway possible. Venom's members adore Tempah, when I am in a party with Venom members and Tempah gets online, everyone stops talking and says, " yea Tempah is online." He is that kind of guy you just want to be around and by hearing him talk, he puts you in a good mood. Thank you Tempah for your strong leadership and positive energy. She makes sure her recruits are welcomed into KSI by sending out many welcoming messages and invites them to parties to meet me and other KSI members not in her squad. She sends out just as many messages as I do over the Xbox and puts something special in each message!!! She strives to make KSI a fun place to be and because of her, it is. She leads one of if not the best squad in ES. While in DL she helped not just her squads but others as well. Here in ES she is doing the same. She is an incredible asset to KSI and her tireless dedication and commitment to KSI and her squad is second to no other general and for that she is deserving of general of the month. This lady is ALL about motivation, always cheering on and supporting her fellow members. She's doing things that a Captain should be doing as a Lieutenant. She's has a great spirit and is one of the sweetest girls I've met in KSI. He is active with everything everyday and makes sure everyone is doing good. He is nice to everyone and makes sure everything is good and if its not he is always their to help so this is why he deserves to win. KSI MADBALL 7 18 Posted November 7, 2013 Report Share Posted November 7, 2013 Director Gamertag- KSI Greg 7 [ Director/ TW] Greg 7 is a very down to earth director that makes you feel on the same level as him when he instructs people. he also invites people to games and also joins in on Gamenights as well as Workshops. He is very active within our Division and makes his presence known all around KSI Div Leader Gamertag-KSI Heero 7 [ Division Leader/ TW] Heero has kept TW at the Top of the division heap since I joined KSI!! He puts in a ton of work to keep us leading by example. And I find he is a great judge of character and has continued to improve himself so to be able to lead this division to new heights. Co-Div Gamertag- KSI Sworn 7 [ Co-Div/ TW] Sworn is one of those leaders that is fairly quiet so when he is talking most people should listen because he is probably got something important to say. Also he is an amazing leader and always puts his Division first. I think Sworn as well as our other leaders is what makes TW run like a well oiled machine and without one of them the whole thing fals apart. Founder Gamertag- KSI Payton 7 [ Founder/ TW] Where to start Payton is a funny and intelligent founder. He knows when to have fun and ehen we need to be serious. He makes TW a fun place as well he interacts with recruits and officers alike. He is very active on all fronts from forums to game activity he is not far if members need to find him. Co-Founder Gamertag- KSI Nico 7 [ Co-Founder/ TW] Nico has made me into the KSI Officer I am today. He definetly leads by example and very active on a daily basis. Everyone in TW knows who Nico is because he tries to be active with all of his squads and does an amazing job at it. He definetly puts his members and recruits before himself which is a great trait for a leader and I hope I can continue in his footsteps. General Gamertag- KSI ToxicRain [General/ Killjoy] Ok so Toxicrain is by far one of the best generals we have. She is alaways active as well as always with her recruits showing them the KSI Way and mentoring The new future of Killjoy. She is also finds a way to be in gamenights with other squads as well as Co host a workshop with me. She is also a sweet person who genuinely cares about the well being of her members. Captain Gamertag- KSI YopYop [1st Captain/ Riot] Yop Yop has been around me since I joined KSI and has tried his best to lead his fellow members to be the best they can be. He has had to push through rough times and has put his nose to the grind stone when its needed. He has held together a squad that seemed like it may be failing and got his members to revive the squad and make it amazing!! Lieutenant Gamertag- KSIxTrooper [2nd LT/ Trocity] Trooper has been a key part to my squads success he is always on the forums with info on gamenights as well as updates on CTF team practices. He recruits like its nobodys buisness and still finds time to meet with his recruits and get them trained as well as answer any questions they may have and if he cant answer it he uses the chain of command perfectly to find the answer. I see a promising future with Trooper and I hope to see him with his own squad someday. Member Gamertag- KSIDethcorpse12 [1st LT/ Trocity] Dethcorpse has been with me from Overload to Trocity and has always been a key member to be around. He has helped members with Xbox live gold accounts and even spent quality time with the people he helps so that they feel comfortable with the squad as well as the officers and really pushes to make Trocity feel like a home away from home. He truely cares about his members and does his best to keep everyone in good spitits. He hosts game nights and is always with members. Co-Founder Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) – KSI Legal D(Co-Founder – TW/ Killjoy, Nemesis, Recoil) Legal is a great person and leader he is always checking on on his members and keeping us motivated. He just got put above a halo squad is trying to learn the ropes and is doing his best to learn it all and trying to help us all. He is informative and helpful anytime he is asked anything. She's used her insight to make sure that her squads fit "the larger picture" of the CO Division, and KSI as a whole. Thought I give her a hard time, she's still deserving of the Co-Founder of The Month award.... But only if she gives me cookies.
