 Greg 7 is more than a decent director, though his position put a lot of wieght on his shoulder you can see him online a lot, talking with members and present for all KSI. His KSI activities have not made him distant with the people from the community. He's present as ever for anyone in need of his help or his attention. He's a caring character giving all he can to help his fellow members.

 

Division Leader

Heero, the man is caring for his division, paying attention to everyone and somewhat forgetting himself in the process, which puts a lot of pressure on himself and his conscience. He cares not only for his division or its people, but for KSI as a whole. He wishes great for the community in general and put so much time and efforts in it that, as I just said, he forgets about himself and what he needs. Well at the least he deserve to be honored and reminded that there is a whole community that not only needs him but can back him up and loves him. He needs to be reminded that he is not alone, that we too care for him and most of all appreciate what he does for the community. BUt our appreciation isnt limited to what he does for the community as the TW Division Leader or a 7. The man is also a player who joins us when the time allows it, or more like when he allow himself some time to spend on the game other than for adminstrative issues. Such moments are rare and need to be put in the balance when time for choosing the right Division Leader come to be awarded this months, it would make a great difference for this Leader to work with factual evidence how appreciated he is and how we dont only see him as an administrator but also a player like us all and a human being.

As my own general said ealrier, Sworn his the silent type, nothing extravagant about him that I can tell, but he is one man on which you can count and trust with your eyes closed. He wont ask you much details for any situation you might have and come up with to him. He will take you as you are and help the best he can from what you will give him and respect you for who you are. He is an easy person to approach no matter how high and mighty his gamer pictures looks like on the forum, he might be a great thinker, but he's a warmful person to speak with.

Payton is an easy person to approach, people can gather around him and learn so much from the man. Easy to have a good time with him he never forget when the time to be serious is, but without being so formal and frigid as someone could expect from such situations. He knows how to make thing attractive no matter the situation.

Easy to approach, present when you need him, has a direct approach with people, respectful, "dutyful', and easy to have a laugh with. What else can you ask from the man and the player than that. He is caring and shows a human aproach when in contact with members. He works hard to make  the squads he's in charge of glow so brightly in and for the community.

I could have voted for ToxicRain, but I decied instead to vote for my own general, KSI Madball13, the man on which I can always count and rely whenever I have a question or need his assistance. Always offering to lend a hand. Always keeping in contact with his members and always available for them. He is dedicated to his squad but also his division and the KSI community in general. He puts a lot of time in this whole adventure that is the community with little expectation in return other that we have a good time and a great experience. Like the 7 i chose for this AAP of the month he is caring and deserving.

Easy on the approach, caring for his members but also for everyone in his division, as far as I know, perhaps it extend to the whole community but I didn't experience it that much, he works for the good of all Overload and for the same reason for Killjoy before that. He's a smart respectful person with an attractive energy that makes it easy to have a chat with the man and the captain (though he's a general now, the impression remains)

Caring, sensitive, listens, devoted, dedicated, she helps everyone who ask for her support no matter their rank or needs. When I hear her talking she remind me of a fairy god mother who would sacrifice everything for the greater good of her community, including her own light. Her flame his shinning brighter than ever.

Reasoning why they deserve this - I can only take my hat off to a leader that sticks through all of the issues that comes with taking over another division. KSI BUBBLEZ 7's leadership style is one of a kind... with her patience and guidence she has shown me the way and have stood back and watched as my squad went from 25 to 54... Im blessed to have bubblez as one of the few leaders i can go to.

Reasoning why the deserve this - Southernboy is the type of guy you would want to be your general.  He's not the type to not go into games and play with you, but he will join your games and have fun.  You can go up to him on most anything and he will try and help fix whatever is going on.  Fun loving guy that you can go and crack jokes with and he'll be telling jokes right back.  Good problem solver within the squad.

Reason- Not only is havoc amazing but he is there for you no matter the reason. If you wanna just talk he's there and he is always the voice of reason. Havoc also has great dedication to demonic mayhem. He is always trying to get involved in as much as he can with all of the squads. He is a great leader!

Reason- Since our squad split to despair from lethal he has been working hard to try and get everything together. Not only is he understanding but he is willing to help out whenever he can. He has been there for our squad and he is willing to do what it takes to get the job done. With that said he's also has a great dedication not only to his squad despair but to ksi.

Reason: since i have joined KSI, he has been a mentor me from day one. he is always there to help people no matter what time of day it is. He has a kik and always responds. he has helped me and many others with xbox problems as well as personal problems. He is a far better div leader than he is given credit for. TW couldn't ask for a better div leader.

Reason: Payton has been an amazing friend and Founder. I first met payton when he was a  founder. If it wasn't for Payton i wouldn't be where i am today. i could not have asked for a better friend. he helped me through my divorce. TW couldn't ask for a better founder.

KSI Nico 7 Co-founder TW

Reason: Nico has been a very close friend since the day i came into KSI. When i met him he was the general of Overload TW. since he has become a co-founder he works day in and day out to better TW. He mentored me to General when i came over to Overload. He will always be like a brother to me.

KSI Purge Lethal DM General

Reason: Since i joined KSI, he has had my back. he has always been there to help me when moving up the ranks and with any questions i have ever had. He will one day be a great 7. Lethal couldn't ever ask for a better general. Since i have become general here in overload he has been in my parties asking me every day if there is anything he can do to help me out considering i am new general. He is a great person and deserves so much more credit than he is given.

KSI Inazuma OG Nemesis 1 Captain

Reason: every since the day i met him he has been an awesome friend. we always pick on each other but at the same time i can always go to him if there are any questions or i have any personal problems. he will always talk to me no matter what is going on. on top of assisting me he is always assisting other people all the time even people outside of his squad and or division. when he become general the squad he takes will be the luckiest squad in TW.
