Reasoning: Me and powers have been in KSI for years together we grew up together in KSI side by side helping each other everytime we got. We have turned squads around when we were Generals because we would also give each other tips and help each other with situations. He has been a close friend to me or i could even say he is pretty much like a brother to me. He deserves this spot more than anyone in my opinion because he is an amazing guy and just as a amazing general. He knows how to keep his members happy and knows how to run his squad and give it that friendly and family enviroment that everyone is looking for. I am very proud to be in his and to be able to be by his side once again working our way up the ranks. Overall he is an amazing person and really deserves this award. thanks.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Its hard to say why he doesnt? This man has made sure that KSI was well taken care of from day one and he is yet to disappoint at each level of leadership that he gains. He has shaped many of the Leaders that we have today in KSI and without him we probably would not have the ability to say What the Huck. Great man and he definitely deserves all that comes his way.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Although he is a crazy Director, he still knows what he is doing and should have been a Director a long time. He is relatively new to the game but is working his butt off just as he was before he was  a Director with his 7 billion messages, constant motivation, and his hands-on approach how can any division honestly fail?

He has proven himself a leader with his actions from switching from a squad that was succeeding to help a fellow member that needed help and I honestly cant wait till he matures just a bit more so that he knows KSI like the back of his hand. Reasoning why they deserve this - Was basically forced to go offline for a period of time due to financial troubles and his Xbox deserted him. When i first met sworn he seemed like a real mean with the im better than you mantality. as time went on sworn grew on me and i gained alot of respect for him. it was a quick realizatioin to see that sworn wasn't being mean, he was only giving tough love for something that means so much to him. he has done an amazing job and i look forward to seing more great things from our div leader here in TW. love you brosef.

When i was first recruited into KILLJOY. i felt i had noone to look up to to learn. Killjoy at the time was having alot of issues. Nico then came into my KSI career and and took me under his wing when I was a SGT in different squad than him. Over time nico and I became closer and closer i soon noticed that had this relationship with everone and that was because he is an amazing person and knows how to motivate and teach you at the same time. he is always there for everyone and everything no matter what squad/div or if its personal life.

Since she has become a co-founder here in TW she has stepped to a level that i thought would never exsist. she has saved a squad we all thought was going to die. she is always there for you whether its personal or KSI.... you can always count on her to back you and to help and assist. Pink has done so much here in KSI. I have never seen the level of dedication that Pink puts out for all of us.

Reasoning why the deserve this -Since Lux has become GEN. He has handled himself extremely well. In the beginning it was tough as any new GEN would feel, however Lux pushed through all that and has built his squad to a level and former glory it was. Brutus deserves this award for many reasons. He is a dedicated member to KSI and the squad. He can get along with every person he is in contact with. Great sportsmanship. He has recruited over half of the BANSHEE squad, myself included as one of his recruits. He enforces the Code of Conduct and teaches it well. I myself feel comfortable enough that I could go to him with any problem, question, or concern and I am sure there are many more who would say the same. If he cannot figure out a solution to a problem, question or concern, he will go out of his way to find the solution and resolve it.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Dragon is truly a remarkable person the way that he teaches talks and inspires people sometimes all at the same time is surreal even as he  coming through the ranks. when I was Div leader , I heard nothing but great thing s about him. he always left an aspiring person following in his footsteps he always will help you make the right decision but also very careful to let you make your own decision's and your own mistakes. I think also the reason he is able to be a mentor to so many people is that he always knows what they need to push them to points were they themselves though impossible even if it ends up with him being hated and Dragon know also what the division needs and requires to grow and no matter how stubborn it is to not do so but I believe hell push and push until we split.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Well, I just barely met this Lady recently. But I know for a fact she's willing to do so much for her division and squads she's over. She's willing to be the best COFO out there. Completely fufilling what a COFO should do. Always talking to her Generals, instead of leaving them in the dark. A mentor to many, and also a friend; something you can't really find in upper leadership now a days. She is a great leader, but also knows how to do her job-most importantly knows how to have fun.

Reasoning why the deserve this - I believe that Darth vader deserves this because he is has dedicated so much time to KSI and Overload. Him being General hasnt been easy for him . But I have seen first hand that he has handled it like a pro. He does do a lot for Overload. He sometimes spends hours trying to figure out why his numbers dont match, but he always figures it out. I cannot tell you how dedicated this man is to KSI. I know from what I see. Its like its his second job. And he really enjoys it. He is always there for other members who might have problems with other members or even personal problems. He is a great person and a great general. He really deserves to be awarded.

Reasoning why they deserve this - I think that  Jsatfield  deserves to Lt of the month because he is always showing leadership qualities and is always there when someone has a question on any topic about KSI. He is in my honest opinion one of the best recruiter and sometimes he gives the recruit to someone else so they can have practice with recruiting people. Same thing when there are people to be trained he will go through all the procedures on how its done. Plus he is always there when our Gen. needs something or needs help.

Reasoning why the deserve this -  He is a very good leader. He is a very down to earth general, meeting with new members and going out to recruit new members every night. He holds game nights on by- daily basis, keeping squad activity up and holding the squad meeting every week. He was once HH Captain over the undefeated KSI Velocity FI Headhunters team. He deserves this award because he knows how to run his squad well and knows how to treat every member equally. He knows how to get his stuff done in an equally manner and can do it with professionalism.

Reasoning why the deserve this – Though Greg doesn't speak much, when he does it's never pointless. He isn't simply the Director watching over the division I'm in, he is also our sage you could say. Always watching over the players he's got the charge of, he is caring and devoted to both the KSI members and the divisions he's got the charge of.

Reasoning why the deserve this – As I like to say it, KSI Sworn 7 is a man of very few words. He's a man that like Greg think carefully before he speaks. For sure he is a high 7 in our division, but he's also a man you can talk to about almost anything. The "power" he aqcuired didnt change him, he's fighting for his people and for justice. Perhaps his name should have been KSI Justice 7 instead of KSI Sworn 7. Always there to give a hand, to help his members and even those that arent his direct subordinnates. He is in my opinion, in TW the easiest Leader to approach and talk to, and the most present. Though I like them all, it is how I feel towards KSI Sworn 7.

Reasoning why the deserve this – Nico is active on both the game and the members from the TW division, as well as with his duty with the Recruit tag and all the messaging he sends through it to keep his members informed and up to date on the latest issues and decision made by all officers in position to make decisive actions happen. He is a great administrator and the position of Founder please him well.

Reasoning why the deserve this – Pinky, well, she's my co-founder, so you'll understand that I put her name for the January AAP, because I get to work with her weekly if not daily some weeks, I get to talk with her about KSI but also non-KSI related issues and I must say that she is one extremely caring person and therefore 7. Though sometimes there might doubts on action to proceed with, you can always count on her to be honest and get the right information to make sure you are not being misguided. She is honest, respectful and caring. What a person, What a Player.

Reasoning why the deserve this – Vad3r is in my opinion an hyperactive person. Which is good since he brings a lot of his energy to the squad he watches over and share such energy with his members which allows him to be implicated a lot with them all and get things done. He is in my opinion the best Gen in TW as of now and an amazing person to talk to and on which you can count on when in need of talking or some sort of trick to help you in your task in KSI or in life. He's a proactive, hyperactive, caring man for all who show the same respect that he will show you. He has great leadership. He made his squad a great place to be, even TW and I'm positive when I say one day soon we might see him as our 3rd cofo.

Reasoning why the deserve this – Carmenia, though she has such a busy life, like a 72 hours schedule a day. Right ? She still manage to bring joy, love and happiness around her... and some slaughter too... in game of course. She is overly present, always, on KIK, on FORUM, In-Game, she puts so much time with all these tools to keep in contact with KSI and to be aware of all that is happening. He deserves this award for so many different reasons. He has recruited over half of the people in banshee. Every time he is on he is either getting recruits or checking the recruit tag for people to train and to see if his recruits made it on there and if they dont he figures out why they were not accepted and gets it fixed. He is great with everybody in banshee and we all respect him because he is mostly easy going but when he needs to he can get mean or do whatever he has to do to fix a problem or to make sure that banshee is representing KSI like a professional positive gaming community.

 Reasoning why they deserve this - He deserves this award because at the beginning of the year he has started another motivation campaign throughout KSI. He has been doing a lot a senior and has gone above the call of duty this month. He is always motivating members to do more and improve. He is also helping members all the time. He has been starting to help out web ops by getting the word out to clan ops about what has been going on within the web ops department and how clan ops can benefit from it. He is doing great!

Reasoning why they deserve this - This guy right here might be the newest director. But that means nothing he is a GREAT director. He has been helping out with his divisions constantly and has been being a motivational boss just like impy. He is always sending out messages about positive things, and he always has a positive look on situations and ideas. He strives to help his members under him in any shape way or form. He is always there to help his members no matter what. <3 doc

Reasoning why they deserve this - Since he has been founder he has been working his butt of with all leaders within the div. He pushes himself to the point that he gets sick just to make sure his members are happy. He has been supporting members that feel down and he helps them inspire to do better in KSI. He is always willing to answer questions that members bring to him. As a new founder he is doing amazing and he should keep it up.

Reasoning why they deserve this - This guy right here is hilarious. Every time I talk to him he always seems to make a funny joke or talk about a funny subject. He might be a **** sometimes but its in a good way and always makes people laugh. He is always willing to help anyone no matter what it is. He is a kind guy and is knowledgeable about what is going on. Overall I time he deserves this.
