He had done wonders working with me making sure that our squad flourishes. He has taken over our head hunters without question and has be running It wonderfully. Has not thought twice about helping out in anyway shape or form when I am not online. Without any access to G-14 or squad tag he has been able to manage his whole squad. Down to every new Private and Recruit. His Entire Squad is in proper uniform with motto and bio. This guy always gave 110% whenever he could and has always been an outstanding member of KSI. I think him getting one more Div Leader of the month would be the perfect way to send him off, knowing the division he poured his time and effort into will always remember the great things he did as our leader. The guy spends more time on xbox taking care of the division than is really necessary and I doubt there is a single person in GZ that would deny his efforts. This member, too, has always given it his all to take GZ to new heights and I am proud to have him as one of the 7s staff. Since I was a cofo I had been there with him through thick and thin and have always seen him as a strong leader with so much potential. Since he's made CoFo he really has done an outstanding job maintaining his squads and does everything in his power to make sure things are going smoothly, the best part is there is still so much hidden potential that I'm sure he doesn't even realize what he is capable of himself and I look forward to the day that he does so that he can continue to be a powerful asset to GZ. General Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI MidShot ( Courage GZ Gen) Link to forums account - (the forums are being a butt right now, I'll update when I can) Reasoning why the deserve this - MidShot has been absolutely awesome since he got general of courage, he lead the squad to a minisplit, which helped out hope loads, and has since brought his squad back into high numbers. This member does an amazing job maintaining a rapid growing squad and has really shown what a natural leader is made of. Thus far she has surpassed even my highest expectations of any Captain, ever. She has gone above and beyond her duties and has made a huge impression on many of the squads. She is consistent, knowledgeable and is quickly becoming one of the main up-and-coming leaders in GZ. She lives an hour ahead of the UK members and stays up all hours to host gamenights and workshops, there is not a doubt that this member gives her all in everything that she does and always with a smile. This member always has a positive attitude and does everything in his power to accomplish his goals, without a single complaint.
