He takes the extra time to get to know the members in the division. He also gives credit where credit is due. He never gives up on anyone. Kara has been there for me when ever I needed her even when I first joined KSI. I remember staying up until about 3 am joking and laughing with her. Now that she is a general she has been going straight to work non-stop she is following in Bandit's footsteps and making her own footsteps for people to fall into. Well... I May have not known her the longest compared to some people but even though she is a General that of course has lot of duty's that should be expected, I still believe she is very hard working, dedicated and above all else very determined to keep the squad in one piece constantly keeping action of duty's that NEED to be taken care of. though I will not discuss them, I could tell you multiple examples of what she has done. And even though that she is a General and you would expect that I personally still believe she deserves this nomination above all else for her valiant efforts towards the betterment of our squad. Finally I believe she is willing to keep everyone alive and well in the squad and an amazing teacher alongside her officers and even sergeants making the whole of the squad better. During his time as a captain, Duffs did an exemplary job in knowing and executing the duties of a captain (now I could list them all here for you, but I believe we are all familiar with the rank structure of KSI), but he didn’t stop there. He had an endless thirst for learning more. He was full of ideas that he brought to me, and that we could discuss constructively to see if they were implementable, develop them to become implementable or scrap them without hard feelings if they couldn’t. He provided stability to an officer’s staff that for a long time had had issues with young and sometimes immature officers, and he was the rock that I finally found I could rely on to take care of the squad if I needed to go away. When he was General of Hypnos he continued to maintain professionalism and eagerness to learn everything he could about his job. He has been basically running MP since they split from DR. He has been working so hard to keep the division running. He does everything he can for every member in his division. T cares for each of them and is always there for them. I know that he has helped some of his members personally. He has such a great outlook for his division. He is such a great leader. He has worked so hard for so long to get to where he is at today. I cannot think of anyone more worthy of the Co-Founder of the year award, than Terrors. His life for the past year has been all about KSI, and how would be able to participate even more than what he was already doing. He has introduced many new things such as new training for members of the AAP department, and promotes the AAP department constantly, by sending out messages on Xbox, and by promoting within the forums. The awards and achievements are always done promptly and there is no waiting around for excessive amounts of time when you have nominated someone, or been nominated for an award. Not only does Scotland run a well kept AAP department, but he is always on hand to offer advice wherever it may be needed, and I still consider him my prime source of information and training techniques when it comes to clan ops. Where do I start? At the beginning I suppose. When I first transferred to Pride from the best squad in KSI, Duffs was a Sergeant, when Duffs took the plunge to become an officer I had a hand in training him, though it was easy to see that I wouldn't be training him for very long, as he was climbing the ranks like a monkey climbing a tree. Soon he surpassed me and went on to become the General of Pride, in which he did an amazing job, not just by promoting the growth of the squad and bringing in new recruits, but by bringing the fun back into meetings and gamenights, and bringing the squad closer together than it had ever been in my time there, then on Pride's anniversary, I was set to be promoted to 1st Captain, but both Duffs and I received quite the shock hen I was promoted to general and he to co-fo, I was literally speechless (And that doesn't happen often :p). Duffs took the rank in his stride and went on to do for the whole of GZ, what he did for pride as general. He is always supportive of new ideas and plans that could take the squads and the division as a whole to new places, and I hope he will always be there to guide us all. H3LLBRING3R is an officer who has a rather unique position, or as I see it anyway. When I became general I was required, due to other officers leaving or stepping down, to train a whole new officer staff, with h3llbring3r being the first. He has a passion for KSI, he attends every event we do, whether it's a gamenight, meeting, gens meeting, or a tournament at 2am, he will be there. He has trained some of the other officers in Pride and has done a job that I doubt I myself could have beaten. If I ever move up to a 7s position, I will feel happy knowing that my squad is in the safe and capable hands of this man. And I look forward to handing him basically half of the squad when we make the jump to the X1 in January, as he will stay looking after the people still on the 360, and will help by running regular meetings etc. For these reasons I truly believe that there is no one better qualified to receive the award for LT of the year, and I would be so very happy to see this man receive the same award that I won last year, as I know how much it means. To start with he brought together a squad at the rank of 4cpt and built an officer staff that helped him split that squad just shortly after becoming gen. He put in an immense amount of work to keep that squad together as a captain and was extremely active in helping everyone he could. He made hydra have an amazing year this year and that was all due to his work as a captain in that squad. ShocK always had a way with teaching. In his time as a captain he helped teach 5 generals who came to be in our division. He spread out his time with many of the officers in the division to help better the division as a whole. He always helped people with their problems even if he didn't need to. He is genuinely a great person and a fantastic officer. He always went above and beyond the normal call of duty and even helped other squads prosper in the division. He really showed himself an amazing asset to the team, an incredible leader who taught everyone he could, and an extraordinary captain who helped shape the squad and division to what it is today. Most deserving of this award, incredible person. I met collector right before he got promoted to General and hearing his goals and what he was gonna do to get there was amazing, and did he get there? Hell yes, and is he still going strong yes! He's always doing what he can to help out our division with advice, attending to Game nights, and always always always staying on top of things. He is setting the pace for this division, and I know he's gonna make one hell of a Director one day! Never micromanaging, and always encouraging that if you need help don't be afraid to ask, there's no such thing as a stupid question. He's like a KSI book of knowledge! If you don't know Collector you should get to know him ♡ KSI Green 7 LW Co division leader Category: co div leader OTY Forums link: http://www.ksiforums.org/profile/21371-guru-green/ Reasoning: Green is a wonderful leader by far from welcoming people into the division, from playing with members of all ranks and answering any questions they have. He's always down for helping in any way possible from recruiting, to training to answering the smallest of questions. He is always helping members with forums accounts, or questions regarding the forums! Also a huge props because he's extremely active on the forums! He's a great listener and likes to hear new ideas to better the division! I can't wait to see what else this leader can bring to the table! KSI Starset 7 LW CoFounder Category: General OTY Forums link: http://www.ksiforums.org/profile/27357-ksi-starset-7/ Reasoning: When I came to LW this member was one of the first whom greeted me, and welcomed me back into KSI! This member as a general had the pace set for his squad! Always answering questions, always explaining things in details so that members understood! Hosting game nights, and meetings! He made sure his replacement was more than ready. He by far deserves this award he is very intelligent when it comes to KSI knowledge, and he's very active on the forums, also he had gotten some of his squad on the forums! I'm beyond stoked to see how Starset moves up the ranks with his ambition and drive to make LW a very successful division! KSI Ascend 7 LW Founder Category: CoFounder OTY Forums link: http://www.ksiforums.org/profile/26961-ksiascend7/ Reasoning: I don't even know where to start with Ascend.. Ascend just got promoted as CoFounder, and also took on the role of acting general over Beowulf. Beowulf was a very inactive, and struggling squad he went in there and taught the officers a lot of what they needed to know, made sure game nights were being held, finding members whome would benefit the squad, recruiting and training for the squad. When I came into Beowulf LW he was one of the first few people to make me feel welcomed with his beautiful personality and his chipper attitude I knew this is where I belonged. Ascend has gained my upmost respect, and he told me he believed in me which pushed me to move up the ranks again and help this squad. He as an acting general, and a CoFounder made time for each squad he was over attending game nights, workshops, also doing the duties of a CoFounder on top of working outside of KSI! This guy is a KSI super heroe in my eyes! He is always finding ways to better this division and help with activity. This leader WILL go far, and when he believes in something strongly he doesn't matter what kind of obstacles is in his way he's gonna do whatever it takes to get through it and turn things around! If I ever needed anything (problems or not) I would get them sorted out with KSI Kara's help. She has also made my experience in KSI very fun and enjoyable. Whenever I am at squad meetings, I am very motivated by her "rants" (motivational speeches). I really consider her a great friend of mine and an awesome role model for all the new recruits, privates, corporals, sergeants, staff sergeants even all the way up to captains in my opinion. She has been there for me whenever I need it most. I'm more than sure she will make everyone else in the KSI community as proud as I am. Great job overall!
