Reasoning why they deserve this - Ever since Ragnaroks became COO, he has been simply great. Always responding when he is asked for help. He exemplifies what it means to be and embody the COO of KSI. Someone who observes, evaluates, and provides guidance when guidance is needed. He also has a good sense of humor, which allows him to connect with fellow Senior Leaders, and really any KSI member, on a personal level that is hard to come by.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Azrael has been an exemplary Director since his promotion in early January. He has a very good head on his shoulders, respects everyone, treats everyone equally, and is very good at solving issues and strategizing with the divisions he is assigned. He is a calm Leader, but has clear boundaries when it comes to people interfering with his work, or with him possible interfering in the work of others. He is a part of the pack, but is also an intelligent individual.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Collector is a very capable, driven, and determined Division Leader. He is very vigorous in his work, and inspires other to do the same. He is also a very robust and well-managed Leader, as he leads his Division of LW while also working as a Join Area Moderator in addition to being active in his divisional section here on the site. He makes thought-out and calculated decisions, and i hope very much one day to be assigned over him as a Director so that i may experience more of his Leadership style and technique. Overall a well-rounded, robust Leader who has much Knowledge, Strength, and Integrity.

Reasoning why they deserve this - This guy friggin personifies O-P-T-I-M-I-S-M. Constantly sending out motivation and inspiring messages to his members, pushing them to always do better, even when things are not going great (not to say that his div is already in fact, great), he shines as a beacon to his members that you should never give up hope that there will be light at the end of the tunnel, that things will always come out better than they were before, and that all you need to get to that point, and stay there, is to have the state of mind to GET IT DONE.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Chicago pretty much brought DL back from the brink of being shut down. It's currently sitting at over 250 members, and he is one of the main Architects of that success. Leading his men & women in recruiting, game nights, etc, he has converted DL from a division slowly slipping into the abyss, to a powerhouse that is virtually unstoppable.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Trendies is an extremely versatile and compassionate Leader. That's all there is to it. I've know this dude since i was a General, and he's always been very adult and objective in the decisions he's made. Whenever asked for his opinion, he speaks not out of impulsiveness, but out of well-thought out strategy and true professional feelings. His members lovingly (and sarcastically, lol) call him "Grandpa Gary". He has a lot of practical, REAL wisdom on how to run a squad, a division, and yourself as a KSI member. He's a really legitimate human being. I'm happy to know him and hope to know him for a very long time. #WIFI.

Reasoning why the deserve this - Axed is a veteran General, proven Leader, and a capable squad-level tactician. He has served with distinction as General of Envy WI for many months, from their creation in September of 2015 to the Present Day. He has led then from a very green squad, freshly created from a squad split, to the largest squad in WI at over 90 members. I've rarely every encountered an issue concerning him. He focuses on his squad, and it's success. A singular vision which he has maintained for a long time and i an confident he will maintain it through many Leadership Positions in the future.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Recently promoted to General of Fierce, but a Captain for most of January, Wabbit has been an extremely positive force in his adopted squad of Fierce. Starting in Decimate WI and being there for quite a large portion of it's existence, he willingly left his home squad to try and help another squad in need. It goes to show that this dude has what it takes to make personal sacrifices for the betterment of his division and KSI as a whole. He's a very determined and energetic member, who asks as many questions as possible from his Director (Me), lol.

Stormy has been a great leader to us all, she's mentored us, trained us, and prepared us all for anything and everything. She was constantly active, knew all her members, and completed things correctly when they needed to be done. Amongst all that she also split the squad of Rangnarok into Griffin in 1/28/16. She is a very hard working individual that deserves this among all else. And for those reasons she was recently promoted to Co-Founder on January 31st.

He was always on the forums checking on people, messaging them, and just keeping track of what all he missed. Reasoning why they deserve this – The reasons I feel that Thor deserves this award is that he has truly helped me since he became our director again. One thing that I have been very pleased with is his quickness when it comes to getting squad tags for us. I know that this is part of being a director, but in the past getting tags has been a hassle, with Thor it isn’t. Another reason he deserves this award is because he will hang out in a party for hours while divisional issues are being handled. The other day I joined Thor’s party to ask him a question and that led to two hours of me pulling different people into the party to address their issues, although I told Thor multiple times, “you don’t need to stay in here, I got this”, he decided to stay in the party and be involved. I know that means a lot to me and for the other members it probably means even more. Thanks for what you’ve been doing Thor.

Reasoning why they deserve this – Where should I start with Swagg, how about this dude’s motivational messages. One thing that I have noticed is that Swagg is always trying to motivate and bring out the best in people. I know I have given him props on the messages he sends out (sometimes spams, haha) and I’m sure other people have as well. After Azrael became a director Swagg had the opportunity to step up and run “his” division. Since this point I believe he has done a great job and wish him and FI the best of luck. Keep up the great work Swagg.

Reasoning why they deserve this – This guy definitely deserves this award. I’m sure every Div Leader would stand up for their founder, but Ascend isn’t your normal founder. Ascend does anything and everything he possibly can to better the division. There have been countless times where even though I am his “superior” he has taught me things. Ascend brings amazing leadership skills to LW and has knowledge from his time in the military that he uses for KSI. This has helped a tremendous amount of LW members and one thing that shows this is that our officer workshops have gone from struggling to fill the lobby to having overflowing lobbies, and it is mostly due to Ascend’s teaching. Another thing that has to be mentioned is his activity. Ascend is always on and available for the members. There have been times that I have asked him to take some time off, or even a day off, but he keeps grinding and getting things done. A couple weeks ago I asked him to step back a little bit and rely on the Co-founders more, since then he has asked me if he could get back to being more involved. As leaders we strive to find other leaders, I know that I have found a great leader with ridiculous amounts of potential, both in KSI and his personal life. I appreciate everything you do Ascend.

Reasoning why they deserve this – Bravo is our most recent addition to the LW 7 staff, and he has been a great addition. Since he has become a co-founder he has helped push the standards that KSI has set forth as well as the standards that myself and the other LW 7’s have implemented. Bravo also does a great job of making himself available for all the members and frequently attends meetings and game nights. Bravo has also stepped up and taken a squad tag, and is currently an acting gen. Even though it’s tough going back to being a General after you’ve become a 7 he has stepped up and is looking at it positively. I know he will do great things with that squad and hopefully sooner than later you won’t have to have the tag. Keep it up man.

Reasoning why the deserve this – Polar Ear (as we call him) has been a great asset for us in LW. This guy has gone so much in the short time he’s been in KSI. When Polar became a General he barely had his required amount of time in, but the General before him went to help out another division so we needed someone to step up. That being said I was a little worried about how he would do at first, I can tell you now that I had nothing to worry about. He has been a great General and had boosted activity in his squad through the roof! During his time as a General he has removed all the fluff that was in the squad and replaced it with very active members. He always shows up to meetings, workshops, game nights, and anything else that happens to come up. Another thing that he is doing to go above and beyond is he reaches out and participates with other divisions. He does this himself, as well as encourages the rest of his squad to do the same.  Another strength that I see in Polar is the ability to bring people together. It’s his personality, he just does a great job getting everyone together and having a good time. Polar keep up the great work man.

Reasoning why they deserve this – There are so many reasons that she deserves this award, I start with her attitude. This girl has one of the best attitudes of anyone in KSI. She is always positive, even when she’s upset, which is sometimes funny. She pushes that positive attitude onto others, and not only others within her squad. So the attitude is covered, next thing is LW Fun Night. So LW Fun Night started a couple months ago and has been ran by Muddy since the start. So here we were trying to get this activity started up and Muddy, low LT at the time, asked me if she could be in charge of it. My response to her was, “Uh, I thought that was the plan anyway.” She had already taken it upon herself to plan and execute that plan of having multiple game nights for all of LW, and others.  At first it was rough since there wasn’t a lot of participation, but with her hard work she has turned it into something great that all of LW looks forward to each week.  The next things that she has done to deserve this is regardless of her rank she is willing to go out of her way to help others. She has helped members from the rank of recruit to even helping us 7’s on occasion. She is always there to make sure every member gets the KSI experience they deserve.

Reasoning why they deserve this – Warden deserves this award due to many things. The first reason he deserves this award is that he was trying to learn more than a lot of generals when he was a SGT. He has proven his knowledge as well as his integrity when it comes to situations. There were a couple times where most people would have handled a situation naturally, which probably wouldn’t be the best approach, but he has used a different approach and has shown a different side than most. Another way that he has gone above and beyond is by the way he takes care of the squad. The general gets busy at times and Warden is always there and willing to step up and be the leader that Caesar needs. I see great things in this guy’s future and I’m looking forward to the things that he will do for LW.

Reasoning why they deserve this – I believe that Laffy deserves this award because he does a lot for KSI when it comes to the forums. In addition to the things he does with the forums he has also been a great teacher to me when it comes to the Join Area. There is a lot that goes into that section of the forums and he makes sure it gets done, whether it’s by him or assigned to Mpliers or myself. In addition to that he has helped me when it comes to re-organizing the LW section of the forums and is someone that many people are comfortable going to when they have issues with their forums accounts. Those are the reasons that I have, but I know there is more that he does for the forums as well as clan ops. Thanks for everything Laffy.

Why he deserves this: For me it's a no brainer, I lost my internet service the second week in December. I was unable to put in for a proper LOA but Ace held my spot for me, and welcomed me back over a month later when I was finally able to come back. He a General that cares for all of his people he as made Octane a Family just as much as a Squad.

Reasoning why the deserve this - For starters, he has always been on point and on key when I have needed help or answers to something. Reasoning why they deserve this - Besides her contagious personality and laughter, her kindness is a killer. She is friendly with everybody she comes in meet with. She has stayed by my side and one heck of a mentor. She has answers to everything I've ever asked and if she didn't, it would only take minutes for her to find the answers out.
