Reasoning why they deserve this - This guy has been there for me when I was at one of my lowest times. He helps members on a friend level and makes sure they are doing well with their lives. I am glad he takes such an interest in every members personal well being. On top of that, he is always making sure he is doing his job as well as the directors below him.

Reasoning why they deserve this - This girl is the Bees Knees. She has a relateable presence about her that makes it easy to be relaxed when hanging out with her. She lead DM to be a very active division and is constantly doing other things to prove her loyalty to KSI. Such as I.A, T&E, and many more!

Reasoning why they deserve this - This guy is very to the point. And what i mean by that is he has a Zero Tolerance for inactivity and makes sure everyone is accountable in his division. He has a very limited amount of fluff throughout the division and makes sure that people are getting the job done and doing it the right way. S.O.P's and CoC is what this guy lives by.

Reasoning why they deserve this - This guy has been my right hand man the whole time as we have rebuilt DL from the ground up. He has been there to give helpful advice, as well as lead this division to success. He gets on the recruit tag daily and rarely complains about what he has to do every day. He is the perfect fit for this growing division as well as the community.

Reasoning why they deserve this - This guy is the most active 7 i have seen. He is acting GEN of 2 squads while still being able to game with all the squads he is over. He hosts meeting, gamenights, workshops, and always makes sure their is good attendance at all of these events.

Reasoning why they deserve this - This guy has stepped up while his General was on a very lengthy LOA. He took on the role of being a leader for his squad and was able to help turn around his squad. He continued to motivate others that they could do it, and sat in with them to make sure it was done correctly. Proud of the way he has stepped up for Death.

Reasoning why they deserve this - This girl has beyond surpassed expectations. (dont mean to be rude). We knew she would be a great officer but she has done an amazing job with it so far, from staying up late and recruiting all night, to a perfect attendance throughout all meetings, she is a great officer and makes sure she is on top of her job.

Reasoning why they deserve this -  FithAce deserves this award because he is such a great leader and an amazing person him and his wife as made  such a differents  in my opinion in KSI that will never be forgotten. fithace will go out of his way to help anyone with anything cause we are his family. fithace has help me so much an  I hope one day I can repay him. and even thou he is so busy with 7 work he still comes to meeting and plays with us a game night he is truly represents the meaning of KSI. and that's why fithace 7 deserves this award.

Atomic is such a good person and such a good leader. the wisdom that he has is amazing I am true blessed and honored to have him has FI GEN. even thou he has a full time job a wife and 5 kids he still gets on everyday to play and lead us. Reasoning why the deserve this - I think Cuba deserves this because once upon a time around three weeks after I joined KSI, she was transferred into Firebird to help jumpstart the brand new squad because she was among the best recruiters in Octane at the time, and with the utmost dedication she moved her way up the ranks, she is now a respected General, doing her job beautifully and an amazing friend. She has really made her mark in KSI and in my heart, and I think she deserves this award to show for it.

Szandr is headstrong and passionate about our squad. She always has our back and is constantly working her butt off to help us be the best. The reason why i thank NIGHTMARE21 deserves to be nominated it's because he's such a great guy he's always there for you he does what he can, he'll take time off of his personal days just to sit down and talk with you and just do whatever he can to help you feel better. And he's a great example for all the new recruits for someone to look up to he knows the code of conduct he knows what to do he set's up games sometimes with his friends just to see how people are doin and he'll try to get other people to come on he just tries so much and I think he deserves to be nominated.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Azrael 7 deserves this award because he puts his life into KSI. His hard work and vision is cultivated in FI and TI as well as other Divs. A man humble enough to come play a game as awesome as ghost (even though he doesn't really like it) for several rowdy game nights in Octane, shows his dedication to not only the Divisions under him but also the squads and individuals in them. He brings several divisions and leaders together socially. Its great for working together and some good laughs. He casts great vision for today and the future of FI and KSI and surely deserves this award. He is a valuable asset to KSI and has a bright future in here.

Reasoning why they deserve this - MFLSwagg 7 deserves this award because he is constantly encouraging his leadership and the squads to press in and make FI great.  I see him taking time to play with individuals in the squads and even challenge them to a little NBA (even if he is going to lose...lol). He has had life challenges in this month but has continued to keep a great attitude and set the pace for FI to continue to grow even after the DIV split. Keep rocking and rollin Swagg. You are a great inspiration!!!

Reasoning why they deserve this award: FithAce has a huge heart for KSI and its members (FAMILY). Fith never says no to more responsibility or a necessary challenge. If the challenge is to improve KSI and compliment the vision of leadership (MFLSwagg 7 and Az and on up the line... ) he is there to see it through. While working diligent as a founder and fulfilling duties on a regular basis, fith always finds ways to make time to stop in and help Octane with a lobby for a game night or council enlisted members in FI with life issues. Always there to coach and council leadership in squads on how to put together an action plan to grow a squad or bring help and encouragement around a new leader. FithAce is an example of a true leader in KSI and I wouldn't be surprised if he has a KSI tattoo on his body somewhere..... lol!

Reasoning why they deserve this award: Warrior truly lives up to the name he chose for himself. He has had tremendous challenges to face and overcome this month. From a horrendous physical injury and recovery to deal with, to a role in the Octane squad as a CPT/ Tac team leader/ HH team leader , he has pressed in to all of these challenges and we have seen him come through each of these victorious with prayer and hard work. Above and beyond is the call on his heart in life and in KSI. He finds great purpose here in Octane and KSI. He wants to see each member grow in passion for KSI and to have the experience of the "Octane family" and the life that applying the code of conduct bring to life on and off the console. (He may have a KSI tattoo as well....?

Reasoning why they deserve this - RisingTied is a forums Ninja. Is a trusty host to Octane game night lobbies till all hours of the night/next morning. He fulfills his duties as LT and goes above and beyond at all times.   He makes his squad the priority on and off the console. Always encouraging members to get more involved and offering help in any way to get them pointed in the right direction. He has a steadiness about him and is a great listener for such a young dude.  He loves to help people anytime they have a problem and solves it if he can (kinda like Vanilla Ice).  This man probably will have a KSI tattoo some day as well....? He also has joined the KSI History team as well. those are a few reasons why he deserves this award.

Reasoning they deserve this award: He put in a lot of time into the squad this month.  Tac team has been a passion of his and HH as well. with this being said he has given much of his time and efforts to see these come to exist for Octane. He has a busy schedule at work which can hinder extra teams and involvement, but V finds a way to make it all work. While dealing with personal growth and learning in new ways he has taken encouragement and correction with great strides this month. He has proved his hunger for leadership and passion for KSI and his family here by dealing with and overcoming some tough life obstacles. He is a great candidate for this award.

Reasoning- By far one of the best Generals I have come to know in KSI, he has been able to bring back two squads in different divisions almost from the brink of failure back to their original glory. Fay is an amazing leader and a hell of a role model, he always has time to help out anyone in need of assistance. He makes everyone feel welcome and at home wether they are veteran members or new members. Besides all that he has continued to do one thing that I personally have never seen or heard of from any other officer and that is his referral program, if you are unable to afford to change your name he's willing to make a deal. If you get 10 referrals he will personally buy an Xbox live points card and send you the code. He has helped a ton of members be able to change their gamer tag and in the process open the door for some amazing officers with loads of potential. That is why I believe he deserves General OTM.

Reasoning-One of the most hardest working co founders I have come to know, she is always there to help out in any way that she can no matter what squad you are in. Reasoning- where to begin, Ivy is probably hands down one of the best recruiters I know. Speaking of that I believe she had 50 During the recruit tournament for LW. She is kind and respectful to everyone. She helps out other squads the best she can when she goes out recruiting if they don't have the game that her squad is on. Ivy constantly strives to be the best she can at whatever she does. Can't wait to see what she does as a GEN.

Reasoning: BEAR is one of the hardest working LTs I have had, he's always on gaming with all the new recruits and pvts keeping them active, hosting game nights for them to earn a Microsoft card towards a name change. He attends every meeting he can make and always shows positive attitude towards everything KSI related. He's an all around great guy and definitely a hard worker, he may not win divisional LT of the month but he's definitely Paladins LT of the month.

DIRECTOR - Azrael 7
Azrael is everything a director should be. He is willing to lend a helping hand,  no matter your rank. He is ALWAYS there for advice, no matter how big or small it is. You can come to him with even the most elementary of questions/problems, and he still manages not to make you feel like a moron. I know there's been times he would have 5-6 big things he was dealing with at one time, including a mic/group of members in 1 ear, a mic/group of totally different members on other ear, other leaders calling, and constantly messaging with some members in a couple other groups... all about separate situations, while his son tugs at him, yet someone message him needing advise, info, or help and he still is terrific at not making them feel like a bother or inconvenience. THAT is the type of leader that gives the right amount of confidence to the ones who look up to him.

DIVISION LEADER- KSI MFLSwagg
There is probably no one who could put his heart and feelings into KSI more. It means so much to him to be an inspiration to KSI members. "Inspiration" is swaggs goal, that he achieves it daily. Even if life knocks him down a stair or even several flights of stairs, instead of taking care of picking himself up 1st, he worries about whether he's neglected his members (which of course he has never done at all). His big thing he instills into his Gens & 7s is to, above all, be encouraging & inspirational. Knowledge, Strength, & Integrity in the dictionary should say his name, because that is definitely FI's Division Leader.

Reasoning why they deserve this - KSI LezKat 7 deserves this award because of her tremendouse dedication to KSI. She has done a lot for KSI. She is the reason Octane even exists still, which it has grown to be a very close knit, strong squad - all because she had a vision for it & she didnt give up when everything was against her. Now its awesome watching her strengthen TI. Through determination and hard work she earned her own division & proves it daily with the countless hours she gladly puts in. TI will also make a huge impact on all of KSI in a positive way. She tkaes time to teach new leaders and new recruits alike. She is not afraid to get her hands dirty and get the job done no matter what it is, yet she also takes time for her family in FI. She wanted to prove that a div split doesnt put a brick wall inbetween the 2, & she has been VERY successful of making sure of that. Having that much heart in KSI is why KSI Lez Kat 7 definitly outshines the rest of us & deserves this award.

Gamertag KSI Aura Lucario (Xenon TI)
He has really been doing great at putting the past behind him and has been really turning over a new leaf. He said he was going to 'Shoot for the Stars' & he has really been doing that. He is the least apt person I would've ever guessed a few months ago that I'd be nominatating, however that is 1 reason he deserves it MOST. He did a 180 overnight & as many of us know, thats not easy. He has really stepped up to his position and I cant wait to watch how much more & more he grows as an awesome leader. This kid is just so remarkably different & he passes on the things hes learned, most the hard way, to others. He makes sure to let everyone who cross his path know that someone cares & that they matter, yet being probably the most humble guy I know. Lucario definitly deserves this award because he shares his vast Knowledge of KSI procedures, the Strength to overcome his past & to lead his squad in the right direction, & the enormous Integrity he shows by how he treats & cares for others
