He is willing to take the time to dedicate himself to his members and since the promotion of KSI Ashhh 7 he has stepped up to the role of managing the division. He's been known to help members with anything that they need regardless of rank, location, or issue. He is also particularly knowledgeable about processes and events within KSI and making sure the standard processes are followed while remaining open to suggestions on improvements of the standard processes. KSI Trendies 7 is always facilitating growth within the division and promoting activity both within squads and the division as a whole. He is someone that I have looked up to since my return from inactive duty because of the exceptional work that he has done for his division and this is why I believe he deserves the Co-Division-Leader-Of-The-Month award for March 2017. KSI BRUNAN964 exemplifies what it means to be a leader within KSI; he treats every member with respect all the way from Recruit to Board Member and he is very knowledgeable about KSI but still open to learn whatever he can. Whenever a member offers a suggestion he always takes it into consideration and has a productive dialog about it with both that member and others to get more opinions on the subject. He has done, and continues to do, excellent work for the community and I believe he deserves the Captain-Of-The-Month award for March 2017. He has continued to dedicate himself to making his divisions and this community better. He has been consistent and continuously offers solutions to problems for people across this community. He has stepped in to assist people when necessary, regardless of who you may be associated with. He offers a calm, unbiased viewpoint on all problems. Thanks to Pantsir, LW continues to thrive and grow. His insight and knowledge have trained many people and great leaders throughout this community. He keeps a stable mind and solves problems super efficiently and is able to use his words in such a manner that he can connect with anyone. But since day one he has helped calm the nerves of the leadership within LW! He has helped keep LW thriving even with all the drama that has come of late! He does an amazing job within Samurai! He has really helped me keep Samurai together! Because of the time difference of myself and the rest of the squad, D3Kr1pt3d has to take control for me while I am offline at night and answer and help with any issues! And with him being part of the Military he always seems to find the time to help the squad where it needs it!!! I'm sure he will make a great General!!! Ramirez has soaked up all the knowledge he could from the rest of the officer staff of the squad, and has really put maximum effort forward on training the new members quickly and efficiently, as well as getting right into a couple of other in squad projects we are working on currently as an officer staff.
