Chief Operating Officer VENM VII 570 Posted March 2, 2021 Chief Operating Officer Report Share Posted March 2, 2021 Gamertag KSI xKing 77 Award Die Hard Account @KSI xKing 77 Evidence The Die Hard award is for someone who has been plagued with daily issues and strife and ultimately persevered and to me there is nobody more deserving of this award than our CEO KSI xKing 77 his career in this community definitely qualifies him for this award but I will give one example that clearly sticks out the year is 2017 Samurai LW is essentially a dead squad along with the rest of the squads in LW King comes and starts to get the ball rolling he eventually does get the rank of General and he starts building one of the best officers staffs I've ever seen a mixture of old heads and newbies he took a squad of 20 people after a massive fluff and he got in the trenches with us and within 3 months we were at 60 now during that time LW and DR merged to make DW and a former leader made his return and got handed a cofounder spot and when I say explicit words flowed from King is an understatement because honestly that spot should've been his and he voiced to me many times he was done and he was leaving but he stayed and guided us til it was time for him to hand the reigns of the squad to me and with him as the CoFounder for us we achieved the first and only squad split in DW which allowed me to come up to CoFounder so now it's around mid 2018 King is essentially running DW as CoFounder and eventually founder now the former leader was div leader and he didn't want to go to director cause he wanted his old BoD spot back and that was something that frustrated all of us but King far more and he legitimately was gonna retire more times than I can count and I recall many nights talking him off that ledge but after many conflicts with that former leader King was removed from DW unjustly might I add and he was sent to ES and in no time he took a division that was most certainly on the brink of death and turned it into a powerhouse from growing to dominating the other divisions in every aspect of divisional cup he was promoted to director in June of 2019 and was sent over to help another struggling division WD and in no time just like ES it too became a powerhouse now it wasn't much long after that he became CAO and was on the BoD himself it was during the times between 2017 to 2020 that King truly cemented himself as a Die Hard Member during these times he's achieved many accomplishments from All Tiers of OS, Most Outstanding, Numerous OTMs, A few OTYs, Divisional Hall of Fame, KSI Hall of Fame now he has a lot of awards however I feel these awards are what most shows his Die Hardness because honestly any of these issues would've made any normal person leave but he marched on to the greatestof heights in the community I'm sure there is more I can say about him but I'm gonna leave that to other Witnesses for him KSI xKing 7DS, xKami and KSI ATH3NA 7 3 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options... When he was still a director in WD I was there, he ran the div like no other director did after he left and became head admin. I think there's one excellent quality about king that makes him deserve this award: his drive. I've seen king here since I join around a year ago, but never once did I see him give up on Anything he worked on. Since the day I got recruited i've seen him work obstacles, big and small, and sometimes it just takes a little him more time but he's always gotten over it. When I joined web ops his knowledge of the area really was still in there even if he just popped in the chat semi-frequently. One of the biggest challenges i've seen king face was when more then half of the 7s in WD left. That morning king went from a sgt in Malice, to a co-found/div leader. In the time he was there he helped me with a few issues in my squad, but what I admire is just he went to work on it. I knew they were a little close since the 7s that left were his staff when he was a director, so seeing him be there and kicking ass really helped me push to not give up. From all the sides i've seen of king,his commitment and drive to this community gives the more then enough to earn the die hard award, he's been through the thick and thin and now leads this community. I would say it all started a little bit before I stepped away from KSI myself. King use to sit down with me and have conversations on how to get KSI back the way to use to be. KSI.org and KSI.com as one. Open the gates back open to communities that were only being hidden away because nobody wanted to have the hard talks and things were being swept under the rug. He made people realize the facts of situations to the point where some leaders just would gave up. I’ve always looked at this award very differently. Now that I can write a statement on it for someone here you go. Great job on the peace talks my dude. I think more people who have seen King being a die hard member could’ve witnessed. However due to the lackluster of witness statements, no from myself.
