Nezuko started out as this quiet kid that didn't really want to rock the boat by speaking out, but wanted to help however he could. There were days when his time as an officer came into question, but after taking a brief LOA he came back with a vengeance. He grew from a kid, into the guy he is now seemingly overnight, and only continues to get better with time. There were instances when he found himself as the only officer, due to IRL events happening to others, but he never let it get him down. He pushed through with training, making sure game nights were fun and had a great turnout, and really just held his squad together in times where it could've failed. You'll be hard pressed to find someone more on top of their game than Mr. Nezuko, and I don't say that lightly. The once meek mannered kid is now this outspoken, quick witted, awesome guy that's a pleasure to be around and work with. He's always looking to be better and do more, and with everything he's done so far, he'll continue to be a driving force within KSI. For those reasons, and many more, I believe KSI Nezuko is deserving of Outstanding Service Level 1. Nez has always been welcoming to literally everyone, busts his back when it’s needed and makes sure everyone is included in anything he hosts. He’s fun, engaging, charismatic and one helluva officer. I’ve never really scene the guy do bad like ever. He’s on daily, grinding daily, and seems to always want to do more. He’s 100 percent earned OS1 in my eyes and I’m sure many others. I truthfully will enjoy watching this guy level up and bring what he does to higher levels over time and perfect his craft. I remember recruiting Nez on April 27th last year and he’s been my best friend since. He was very shy and didn’t talk much at first (unless you were playing COD) but seeing the outspoken and goofy person he is since joining is amazing. A lot of people have doubted him in his KSI career but he continues to prove them wrong, I got to watch this kid discover a passion and build himself up as a phenomenal leader in this community when many thought he would fail. He’s never let peoples opinions get to him, just continued to work harder. He’s ran the squad by himself when real life got the best of me. He’s recruited, trained, promoted and hosted countless gamenights and meetings. He’s stuck by me when it was just us running the squad and never tapped out or complained about it, even when I know it was rough on him. He’s always approached new members with a smile and takes every chance he gets to meet someone new, regardless of division and squad. I have seen him change over time and he has done an amazing job as an officer. Even in his 101 class he has been doing amazing and really taking the information to heart. As an officer he has been the one to really get to know the members and takes his job seriously. I have had the pleasure to watch him from a SSGT to a CPT and I am very proud of him. KSI Uppish 7 526 Posted August 18, 2022 Report Share Posted August 18, 2022 Nezuko has easily earned OS1, I watched him flounder and falter as an officer for a good while. He took an LoA and has been top notch ever since. He's grown and matured significantly while still maintaining the fine line of jokes and laughs that endeared him to his squad. Nezzy Wezzy has been a crucial part of keeping Calamity (now Oblivion) alive and afloat. At times being the only officer for extended periods of time while his General was on LoA. He's still out there (somewhere) pushing forward and building those beneath him. Continuing the great work he's done so far. I kinda figured he would get it together after a little while and I was right. There were a few times, when I was his GEN, where I questioned demoting him back to SGT and SSGT when he was a younger officer. As stated above, there was a time when Nez took an LOA that he desperately needed to get his head straight. Dude came back like he was competing for a batting title in baseball. Constantly on top of his stuff and nailing it at every turn. This dude is magnetic when it comes to member retention and recruiting. He is always getting members involved and does his best to help new members integrate. This is one of the main reasons Oblivion's turn over rate is as low as it is. He has certainly become a stellar force in KSI and I look forward to seeing his leadership skills when he has the reigns as a General. I can happily tell you that he deserves both this award and a promotion to GEN having been the recipient of both honors. He's got the stuff, put that stuff to work!
