Ayy fam. I'm your new 1Lt! Great to be here! I'm bringing over a few others with me who are looking forward to playing with you guys.

Notes:

-IotaPhoenix would like to be transferred to a destiny squad. N1ko would like to be transferred to a Halo 5 squad. Nightfall is getting bo3.

-Forums are back up. Have to be active and build a squad presence on the site.

-Since we declared a game type, I expect our numbers to drop by at least half so we need to step up to compensate.

-We need active members to step up, host game nights, and to move up through the ranks to build a strong leadership foundation for new incoming members

-Game nights are Tuesday, Thursday,  and Saturday. More can be added if people want to hold their own. 

-We are in a phase where recruiting is integral to the squad surviving. Some recruiting tactics include messaging good or social players, using callouts during game play, winning matches with communication, etc.

-Use "playing with a group" as a selling point for KSI

-Build an enjoyable squad atmosphere to promote squad activity. 

-Shadow may want to host a zombie night

Ended with a very solid bo3 game night with nothing but extremely close games.

My suggestion is for halo and call of duty forum sections. They are the main game types KSI is built on and the xbox one section in the technology sub forum doesn't get much visibility. Uses for these are fairly obvious. Finding people to play with, posting montages and clips, tips and help topics, etc. Short of our squads and division, there is no real comprehensive way to meet members on the same game type as you. Seems like a massive over sight to me. I mean, we have a clash of clans, LOL, and minecraft forum section and they don't even pertain to ksi. It's actually strange how many non-ksi based game forums there are on here. They're just interest sections really. More visibility is important. Maybe a Halo, a Call of Duty, and an Other section for other online game types that aren't as prevalent in KSI like destiny, battlefield, rainbow six, etc.

hey everyone! It looks like I'll be joining your squad this week. Although doesn't look like too many people read this, We're going to have to change that

Not trying to sound impatient at all. My main interest is just to start meeting and playing with people again. Even if i have to wait to be official, just trying to get some games in with my potential new division

Vonner called dibs on me in the rejoin section. I helped start this div back when it was called Light Bringer so it'd be interesting to be back in my old div ^kinda. Add me on xbox. Desperately looking for people to play vidya with.

Why is history team something your interested in?: Seems like a good way to learn from the past. There are a lot of unsung heroes in KSI's past and this team lets them live on as the corner stones of KSI. I think it's important that the hard workers, the "Of the Year/Month" quality members to be remembered, even if they didn't have the privilege of reaching a rank. There has been a lot of... excitement since i've joined KSI that a lot of people don't get to learn about. I've always loved telling those stories because they kind of just sound like legends to the newer members who weren't there to experience it. 

what writing skills do you have? Creative and analytical writing experience. I've had to write many scientific articles as well as editorials in my career. 

Why should history team choose you? I was there for a lot of these (although maybe not the 2015 stuff). I can give a lot of insight on certain developments, splits, pre this website events. I was Head Judge so i witnessed and spoke on many blacklisting/dnh events. I was a member of the AAP so i had insight on the most influential members of the community.
