1)  Why is it that a rejoining member can not select the squad he wishes to be in after creating a rejoin topic?  To be honest, the process left me feeling very objectified

You are able to request a squad and div however it is not a gaurentee you will get into that squad.

2)  Why Is it I was brought back in as a recruit?  When I left I asked my div leader if i could come back as my current rank (per my situation) and he (Imperiium) told me at that time I could come back as a CoFo, as he had just gotten done doing the same with another member.

I don't believe any member returning after more then 2 days has been brought back the same rank, especially one as high as co-fo. 1 because it is unfair to those who have stayed and worked hard to try to earn such a position. Yes you may had an unfortunate circumstance which personally I apologize for your inconvience but that was not KSI's fault so we could not be accountable for that therefore under no circumstances need to compensate you with returning you to that rank. There is fast tracking but only certain people are qualified for such.

3)  When I was a SGT, A Gen, and a CoFo my mission after recruiting someone was to integrate them into the family. Show them the love.  Get some new friends on their friends list.  This question may be more specific to the squad, but why did I have to put forth all the effort to no avail?

Every squad has its own difficulties some are not as easy to join due to the standard Cliques in that particular squad.

For example: I transferred to MP a few months ago, I was never talked to by anyone, my gen was friends with everyone and they treated me like an outcast, yea it bothered me at first but I learned if I wanted something I had to work for it whether the squad was good or not. Its been roughly 2 or 3 months now I'm in the same squad still not talked to much but I am the 2cpt. It is what you make out of it not the members of your squad.

 

If you get denied to join a certain squad they have their reasons they wouldn't just deny for the hell of it.

However, isn't it a little wrong to force a returning member to join a squad they don't like?  This is a gaming community after all, the end point being fun. 

I think that in the case of a returning member specifically it might make more sense to give said person not only the ability to revise the "open app", but even more importantly the ability to deny a squad the definitely seems like it isn't a fit at all.  This in itself would defeat the idea of poaching, in returning member cases anyway.  More importantly it would prevent a returning 7 from feeling objectified.

 

I suppose we do have space for 1 more collector.

Why is history team something your interested in?

I like the look of the department as well as the concept of documenting KSI History such as how the divisions and squads originally started as well as the continuous effort by there current leaders to keep the division going while honouring the leaders of the past that helped build the division or the squads that started years ago. as well as the many different events that helped shape it for the better.

what writing skills do you have?

I am currently an Admin for the Despatch Department At a DHL Warehouse, as well as experience writing articles for the news team as well as being apart of it awhile ago and i quite enjoy writing.

Why should history team choose you?

I haven't been active for a month or two due to the busier times of the year at work and that it is back to normal, I am wanting to get into a department where there is always something going on as well as being able to talk to others about the history of ksi and talking to leaders/members about how they have gotten to where they are and how they got to that place also their future plans in ksi

This is something personal I've written mainly for myself.

My father divorced my mom when I was 6 and I hadn't seen him since I was 10. In 7th grade he passed away and I feel now like I'm forgetting everything about him. So I wrote this to remember everything I know about him.

 

Forgetting.

 

When you get older and forget the little things, it's ok.
