    It has been three years since I have been in KSI I think it's crazy I keep getting denied into ksi I am ask if I am to be keep getting told no that I be DnH from ksi so I do not have to keep repeating this prosses because I wanna rejoin a place I felt like home at  I love this community and hope it dose not come down to me getting DNH from ksi  I am just asking for another  opportunity to rejoin the KSI family

    Yes I was  accused of kicking all three of KSI Mizzkim7 KSI steelers7 and KSI Pantsir7 offline one night at one point I  claimed responsibility for hitting the CoS offline during spirit weekend and but the biggest reason. Was boundary issues between me and  Mizzkim7 kik and threatening Misskim7 that I would keep her offline

    (alot was said out of anger I was young mad and dumb)

    It has been a couple of years since I have decided to rejoin KSI I have been in contact with KSI Pantsir7 via Facebook he was around back when I was in KSI and all of this unfolded I can say a lot has changed in my half and hope that the community is willing to let me rejoin after 3 years of being away from the community I am a shame of what I did and not following the guidlines we had in place at the time I was good at recruting and being a leader inside of KSI but because me and Mizzkim7 decided to go past the guidelines I have missed out on being with a great community with that said I look forward to your reply and hoping that I will be able to rejoin the community

    We went over the de fluffing we also talked about weekend war fare.made sure that the officers remember to be promoting and not to be waiting to promote.told them we need to focus on recruiting but also remember to have fun  before I got to comments questions or concerns I promoted ksi Wrathful to 4th lieutenantlieutenant adressed any comments questions or concerns and meeting was adjourned.

    Talked over weekend warfare going on this weekend if they had any questions or problems signing up to get ahold of me any of my officers or KSI Havoc 7. Talked about the growth of are squad the good work on recruiting asked if anything need to change or be tooken care of in the squad nothing was needed to be adressed. Asked if they had any comments questions or concerns adressed those and meeting was ended.

    Meeting notes

    1.Talk to the potential new recruit, make sure he/she is Mature and of the correct age to even join KSI

    2. Explain the KSI Code of Conduct clearly, make sure the player agrees to all of KSI’s standards

    3. Explain our structure, such as Divisions/ Squads/Ranks/ Uniforms/ History

    4. Give instructions on how they acquire their KSI uniforms. This includes Motto/Bio & In-game uniform.

    (Clan Tag / Armor Colors)

    5. Show them the squad tag they will be assigned to, and have them add it to their friends list.

    6. Have the recruit then register on such aswww.KSIGlobal.org and www.KSIForums.org

    7. Give them information of the Division/Squad, such as weekly meetings/events and what time they occurs.

    8. Explain how members can advance through the ranking structure, and what benefits they can have depending on what kind gamer they are. (Social/ Competitive/ Leader)

    9. Keep asking if they have any questions after each step of the way to ensure they have a full and complete understanding of KSI and how it works.

    10. Now if there are no more questions, and the Recruitment Process went fine. Continue to keep in contact with the member and keep track of there progress and make sure they are getting the best out there KSI experience, And just have fun!
