Ya you gotta tell them about the comminity and make sure they are worthy of joining meaning dont get the self obsued people that you will know will not get along with other members going for your friends is always a good idea and make sure you always get to know them before asking them to join. It makes them feel like they have someone to talk to if they need anything and it also makes them want to get to know more of the members if they like you and want to be your friend.
