Reason- Ever since i came to KSI, Eli was there for me. I was a troubled kid who was just mad at the world. After talking with Eli i found myself changing, I have calmed down alot, l learnt what it meant to be a leader, my job has me as a leader but the way he presented himself, changed my outlook how to lead individuals! Since meeting Eli I have beem promoted at work and am now a 4th Captain. This all thanks to him, in the short period i have known him I can truly say that Eli is the best rolemodle out there. His calm attitude, easy going, fun gamer promotes just how he is! for this I CLAIM ELI AS MY MENTOR/FRIEND/BOSS
