KSI - What it's all about

KSI means different things to different people. Some love it, some are neutral, and some hate it. Everyone has a reason for being neutral or hating it and this is a list of possible situations that they have faced:

   Neutral:

a.) They probably haven't had members play with them and they don't know what to think of KSI

because they were only told about KSI so they never really got to experience it for themselves.

b.) They were never told about KSI and therefore have no way of knowing what we are about.

c.) They weren't interested in the first place and only joined because they felt forced to.

  Hate:

a.) They probably encountered fake KSI or something like that and are mistaking us for them.

b.) They were treated unfairly while in KSI and left for that exact reason.

c.) They could've got threatened by other members.

There are many more reasons these are just some I could think of off the tip of my tongue. Everything you do can influence the outcome of your future. We want to have fun with our members but if one and yes I mean EVEN ONE member is treated unfair or isn't enjoying themselves, we are not living up to the reputation KSI put out for us. We are one of the most generous and respectful communities out there and I will DIE before I let a member in KSI, regardless of division or squad, go unhappy in KSI. I will go above and beyond to help that member become satified. That is what KSI is about. Not how many members I have in my squad or who is a good leader and who isn't. That doesn't matter because if you are not having fun someone isn't following out with what the KSI reputation is set out as. I love KSI and always will. I have made amazing friends while in KSI and I hope to make even more while in KSI.

KSI:

Knowledge- The ability to carry out any situation in a correct and mature manner.

Strength- Never giving up, no matter what road is ahead of you and giving everything you do 1,000,000,000,000% of your effort.

Integrity- Being a nice and respectful person to everyone, even if there not nice back.

This is what KSI means to me and I will follow this until the day I die. KSI has taught me so much about leadership, responsibility, respect, maturity, and friendship.

Everyone has their own opinions about KSI and if you love KSI share your opinions about it in this topic. ::D ::D ::D ::D

Very well said Cups. Many more share in your views and I hope this reaches the eyes & ears of more of your peers + newly recruited members

I hope it does to but I want KSI as a whole to know this. I am sure there are members in other divisions that overlook the true meaning of KSI and it really bugs me. I want the community to understand that the way each member acts in the squad will reflect whether or not they have a good squad or a solid division. KSI is much much more than a community and I agree that others share my same views but whether or not they decided to take the views into action I don't know. So I made this topic so that everyone in KSI can be reminded of who we really are and so that they may succeed in their goals. It hurts me when a member leaves so I definitely will not allow squads in KSI fall because members lost interest and left. Every person in KSI is a very important person to me rank serves no purpose to me besides the duties that come with it. So if I can do something about a member wanting to leave and change their mind into staying I will. The situations that happened to DL and FN really hurt me and I decided I would remind people of what KSI is really all about and that hopefully they will take it to heart and never let their squad or division fall and not quit until they are back on their feet. This are my words and these are my hopes.
