4-New recruiting training process on forums for each div located at top of forum post.Handy info

5-G14 needs to be logged into everyday and squad tags,no exceptions,squad tags must be updated,checked and screened daily

6-All recruit must be a Minimum of 48 hours on recruit tag.

7-All members need to be informed of the 7z rank as in why these people are 7z and how to get there,this must be done when recruiting procedure is done.

8-New recruits need to be informed while on the recruit tag by their recruiters so when you recruit someone stay with them and keep tabs on the cuz your the only one in KSI they know till they get added to the squad tag so inform them and mentor them while their on the recruit tag.

9-Recruiters need to do background checks on the people you recruit and watch for their age...NO SQUEEKERS

10-All trainers need to also do background checks of everyone they train as you are the last line of security before they get added to the squad tag so make sure they're in proper uniform and the meet our standards.

- Starting with Clan-ops side if a member breaks the Code of Conduct or does handbook violation, the member will be rank suspended from Clan Ops. Must remember that CoC is the same on the forums and on Xbox.

-Challenge section will be revamped for challenges for HH and Clan ops+all of KSI will be able to challenge each other.They will be looking for helping hands for this transition so look out for this in that section.

-No more wrist slapping for the join section,first come first serve or risked getting banned,this is poaching within KSI,if a recruit makes a form in the join section then the first reply gets the recruit.

-The flow of info need to up to date and accurate and needs to be passed down to all members in the squads.

-When promoting,make sure you check their friends list for KSI members and blacklisted/security threat members.THESE BACKGROUND CHECKS NEED TO BE DONE THOROUGHLY.

-No lying about recruit or for recruits,We sell ourselves (KSI) so when you recruit just tell them positive info about us,facts only.

-All members that left for that other clan needs to be removed ASAP,no exceptions,either you remove them or you'll be removed!!

G14- Bring up issues prior to removal. There is no reason to not access G14 at least once every 7 days. If you’re not accessing the site, what sort of example are you setting for your Generals? The site is important, so be active on there EVERY DAY.

Gamertags- No names are allowed that violate the Code of Conduct, especially for Leaders. No leadership roles for people who break the rules with their names. It sets a bad example.

G14 Updates- New thread in Leader’s Area that is used for access or name changes.

Recruiting and Training- Divisions must be aware and using the Recruiting and Training Processes thread.

Internal Affairs- Apoc is looking for a new Co-Head. Must have been in KSI for at least 10 months and must have a good KSI background, Founder or higher, and a good work ethics. Messages must be sent to Apoc on the forums and must detail why they would want/be good at the job. Closes on the 17th of April, decision will be made the 18th.

SPIRIT WEEK: Spirit week will start on June 23rd and will end on June 30th so we are looking to be very active in this so get ready for alot of fun under the sun.

 

MARATHON GAMERS: Looking for participants so go and post on the forums for it,this is for any game type and is alot of fun for all to enjoy.

 

MONTAGES: The production department is still looking for cool clips to upload and tie together to create a KSI montage so if you got something that you think would be pretty cool for all to see then post a message with your gamertag and name of clip(s) you would like uploaded and thats it.

 

HEAD HUNTERS: If your squad does not have a HH Team then you might want to get it started and fast cause this is about to burst out wide open.Take challenges,make challenges,start a team,do it solo it is all up to you so get ready and post it on the forums in the HH section.

 

WORST PLAYER: If you guys know this member then you know exactly who im talking about and for those of you that do not know this is for future references,we do not contact this member for any reason at any time unless you guys are friends but if it is issues pertaining or other things of that nature then you need to use the chain of command and go through the proper channels,there is a whole team of staff member ready and willing to answer any inquiries you might have,so please start at the tail and not the head.

• There has been an update to rule #9 in the Code of Conduct pertaining to the restrictions and 1 strike policy for all 15 year olds in and recruited into KSI,details will be posted on the forums.
• Information dealing with the duties and responsibilities of the Advisory role/rank for those to which it was granted to will be updated on the forums as there is much confusion about this role/rank.
• All Lieutenants and higher that wish to transfer to a different division or squad must get approval to do so using the proper channnels,bring in the selected number of recruits decided by the General of that squad and train their successor properly.
• Viscious will be returning as a Project Manager.
• www.twitch.tv/ksilive will be up and running every thursday around 7:30pm est so tune in for alot of fun and for your chance to win consolation prizes from time to time,estimated goal is 100+ viewers.

• Meeting notes for all squads must be posted no later than the 48 hour window provided to you so i other words after your squad meeting you will have 48 hours to post the meeting notes along with the attendance in the specified area.
• We as a division need to beef up the recruiting as we are getting too comfortable with what we have so make sure your squad mates know in order for them to get promoted there must be a recruit to replace them.

• Any form of communication with other KSI members whether it be in skype,kik,facebook,twitter or any other social networking still fall under the KSI C.O.C. meaning you could still get Rank Suspended for breaking it even if your not on the forums or XBL.
• The KSI Production Team is now looking for clips for future montages for HAOL 4 and community wide so if you have an interesting clip please post in the production topic with your gamertag and name of clip.
• Edits to Advisor role and to Division Transfers will be updated on the forums shortly.
• Problems with TMG need to be handled strictly by Senior Directors and nobody else,security measure thereof should be handled by the division leader which will be brought up to the seniors.
• COD Emblem and/or player needs to be COC approved and cannot contain any prohibited content whatsoever.
• Spirit week is from JUNE 24th-30th,we require for all to go and participate in this event as it is alot of fun.Kinda like a school rally but for KSI GLOBAL members.

Apologies,the leaders meeting was cancelled due to bad weather but here are the meeting notes to go over with squad!!

Resignation: KSI kiki 7 has stepped down from the Board and KSI PR3DATOR 7 is now in charge of Tourneys and Events.

Of The Years: Posted in the KSI Leaders tab at the top of the forums. Finally posted. Whew.

Project Leaders Meetings: Cero (Apocawaka) will be hosting Project Leaders Meetings on Sundays at 7 p.m. EST. Directors can go and observe and understand how the projects function.

Courts: KSIxAPOCALYPSE7 is the new Head Judge for the KSI Courts. This should make IA and Courts work more cohesively. Also, applications are up for Judges. Go to the forums and apply if you want a chance to be a judge. (White wigs not included)

L.E.A.D: No classes recently and there will be no real class started until after Spirit Week. However, Jess will be doing rank-specific workshops KSI-wide. (Aspects of ranks, not rank duties.) Utilize the resources available to gain as much knowledge as possible and pass it along.

Security: Background checks need to be done and proper settings need to be implemented so that we can avoid unwanted disturbances. (Use Recruit Tag ALWAYS)

Prizes: As of Spirit Week, KSI will be giving out some vinyl stickers and then it will be added to the store for purchase. Cheap, but a good way to rep KSI. Two colors, White and Red. (Tentatively $5 dollars, S/H included)

7s HeadHunters: Halo... Friday, 8 p.m. EST. CoD... 7’s HH Tryouts/Spot Challenges start Saturday. 7s HH Awards available, contact Rags if you don’t have the award but you are on the team.

School Is Out: Stay vigilant and keep track of all the kids who are out of school.

Invite-Only: KSI is invite-only. You don’t have to recruit everyone you come across and if somebody contacts you, find out why they contacted you for recruitment and be tough on the background check.

G14 Account Removal: Go to Directors; don’t post those up on the forums.

Donations: Remember, KSI is non-profit, so donations go a long way to improve the overall KSI experience!

Productions: Subscribe to the YouTube channel, TheKSIProductions.

Spirit Week: Skits are needed for the competition. Do it for extra points and more funsies!

Weekly Update: Tomorrow at 7:30 p.m. EST. (E3 and Future of KSI) Spread the word and get people on at 7 so they can get ready for one of the most important updates ever. (Like, seriously)
