Recruiting Correctly sgt's and higher please read!

I will post all the steps in recruiting all sgt's or higher please read and remember all steps.

1.) make sure the people you recruit are going to be active and participate in/with ksi and their members to insure (quality recruits)

2.) ask them their date of birth (must be 15+ to join ksi)

3.) make them go to the Xbox dash board, settings then click privacy. When in privacy they must customize, profile sharing must be on EVERYONE, Friends list must be on FRIENDS ONLY. Then have them save and exit

4.) read them the code of conduct, insure that they Agree with all sections.

5.) change their motto and bio, motto will be All Caps, KSI SQUAD DIV RCT (replace squad/div with you're squad and div. example- KSI ORACLE TM RCT. Bio will be recruited by KSI "Gamertag" on "00/00/00" (replace gamertag with you're gamertag and 00/00/00 with the date you recruit them.

6.) have them add KSI TM Recruit they must remain on that tag until 48 hours has passed before added to the squad tag (please LT's and higher be sure a RCT has been on the recruit tag for 48 hours before training to PVT and adding squad tag and delete the recruit tag)

7.) change their clan tag to the first letter in you're squad and RCT (ORCT/RRCT/SRCT so on)

8.)ask them to create an account on the forums and encourage them to change their gamertag to represent KSI but remember its not required but explain they can't rank up past a CPL without KSI in their Gamertag

Everyone should read and remember these steps, LT's and higher should have all newly trained SGT's read this and print/copy/ or screen shot. The reason I'm posting this is I'm seeing a large number of people recruited improperly, I'd like to see members recruiting correctly.

I'm going to add a training steps here as well, for LT's only.

1.) RCT - PVT you must have them delete ksi TM recruit and add the correct squad tag example ksi oracle TM

Then have them change the RCT in there motto to PVT and add trained by you on the date in their bio.

2.) PVT - CPL all you have to change is motto and bio again, motto change the PVT to CPL and bio add trained

By you on the date, also encourage them to change their gamertag and explain they can't continue in the rank

Structure until they do.

3.) any rank - SGT once again change motto rank to SGT and bio trained by you on the date, when training a SGT

You must make sure they have an account on the forums and teach them all the steps in recruiting also ask that

They have someone in the party with them while they recruit they're first 2-3 members.
