If there is no post in the thread we will not invite any memeber from that squad in. you can have move then 1 person in the meeting. they use this for the leaders meeting and we will too.

Rules must be followed and Divisional Leadership needs to coordinate who is posting and who will be attending the meeting. Failure to post/attend can lead the highest member in said division to be rank suspended or demoted.

we need all gen to post by thrus morning who is going to be at the meeting. please put the person that will amke the meeting. then put you back up. if no post ont the thread you will get a warning. the next time will be a rank suspension. please take this seriously

if you make a train class or a meeting please keep them. we will be hold you accountable for what you say you r going to do. we will be accountable for what we say we can do as well.

Name Change:

Stats:

When stats are given, they need to go off of the Tags, not the G14. We

need to know how many are in the squads and if G14 is correct or not.

Clan-Ops/Web-Ops:

Integration. To start, it has to start on Clan-Ops side. From now on, if a member is banned on the forums for breaking the CoC or a handbook violation, they will be rank suspended in Clan-Ops. Forums are not a different entity; we all follow the same CoC whether on Xbox or Forums.

Active Forums Accounts:

Anybody who is an Officer or higher must maintain an active forums account. There is no reason an Officer’s account should go inactive. It takes 2 weeks to go inactive. 1st time: Rank Suspension 2nd time: Demotion.

Also, Leader’s (7’s) are expected to not only be active, but to also promote activity within his/her divisional area and overall forums use.

we as a group over the last few weeks have been stagnant. we are going to have to get a head of this and stop it.we r going to have more division game nights. we need to keep the old members in ksi and keep in getting new ones.

our goal is to get to flagship in6 weeks time. i know with some hard work and a strong goup that we have. this will be an easy task.

Challenge Section: Revamping that to turn it into more Clan-Ops. Going to use it as a HeadHunters challenge section as well. This way, Generals can post here to get HeadHunters teams matches and games

Join Section: No more wrist-slapping. From here on out, those who do not follow the rules (i.e. pile-jumping offers to applicants) will be banned from the section.

Flow of Information: Information needs to be passed along. It is getting old that the information is not being passed down. When we go over it, it is expected to be passed along. This needs to change. It is getting old to have to rehash this week after week. All notes are available in the Meeting Area under the “Human Resources†section. Use it, ask questions and pass on the information and do your jobs.

- Division Leaders must attend every squad meeting over the next week to pass the information down to the members. The passage of information needs to be monitored and assured.

Involvement: Get involved within your squads. Play games, talk to them, and be around. Let them know who you are and that you are involved and invested in the betterment of these divisions and squads.

Productions: Productions are looking for clips. Visit the Productions Area on the forums and help get montages made.

Leaders List: KSI iLLuSii0N 7 needs the updated lists.

Check-in: Remember to monitor your member’s G14 access and forums account activity. It reflects negatively on the individual, the division, and yes, you.

Promotions and Friends: Make sure people moving up have people from their squads/divisions on their list. How active can they be if they don’t have people added?

AAP: Of the Month nominations are up in the AAP Area on the forums. Go nominate people by April 7. Recognize KSI’s best for the month of March.

Recruiting: Make sure recruiters are not lying to recruits about KSI. No sponsorships, we don’t have 15,000 members, etc. Be honest so they know what they’re coming in to and don’t feel slighted. Lying is never a good option.

SH. We need to start push recruiting. Have to start having more class. We r not doing enough to teacher future members about ksi ad the roles they can have.

Keep push forums. If they r not on/no account they can't go passed sgt. Try and push the lead class to all members.

We need to start and have SH game nights for the hole squad and have then at different time. We have members that live in different time zones. We r going to stick to KSI time zone. Which is EST.

We need to open lines of communication. As leaders we need to keep the information flowing. We have to pass the info down the line. Steve , hedgie or my self will send it to you. You will then send it down using the squad tag. We have to try and not only send bad news. If u see what DOC does he sends quotes and helpful hints Try and be more upbeat when u send out any info. Ie game nights

G14- Bring up issues prior to removal. There is no reason to not access G14 at least once every 7 days. If you’re not accessing the site, what sort of example are you setting for your Generals? The site is important, so be active on there EVERY DAY.

Gamertags- No names are allowed that violate the Code of Conduct, especially for Leaders. No leadership roles for people who break the rules with their names. It sets a bad example.

G14 Updates- New thread in Leader’s Area that is used for access or name changes.

Recruiting and Training- Divisions must be aware and using the Recruiting and Training Processes thread.

Internal Affairs- Apoc is looking for a new Co-Head. Must have been in KSI for at least 10 months and must have a good KSI background, Founder or higher, and a good work ethics. Messages must be sent to Apoc on the forums and must detail why they would want/be good at the job. Closes on the 17th of April, decision will be made the 18th.

Mist has all been moved over. all that want to go. We are Down to 2 squads. Phantom is close to splitting in the next few weeks or so. Phoenix is coming along great.

The staff in both squads are hold and attending class/workshops.

Ksi Herbert is having workshops and how to be better at blop2.

Ksi thedocter/ksi jiggy 7. Will be and have held workshops about the forums. Will be open up to all SH soon.

Ksi frozen 7. Is holding leadership class. It's 3 part class. Held every tus.

KSI DOC will be hosting a SGT class

SH. Is having a tournament. Please look at the tread and sign up guys. We would like to have a min 4 teams in each one

Recruiting is doing good. We will be holding a workshop for all lT and higher that want to learn the right way to orientate new recruits.

IA: Has a second Co-Head. Congratulate KSI EXODUS 7 on getting the position. There will be changes in the IA staff (new staff) in the coming week.

Look out: Look out for J2H and Bill’s KSI, they have re-appeared recently. Stay alert and remind members proper protocol for dealing with such issues.

7s Team: Apoc will be putting together a 7s team to challenge Headhunter’s Team, while iLLuSii0N is making a Halo version of a 7s team.

Questions: Leaders should not be afraid or hesitate to come out and ask questions pertaining to their divisions and movement. Ask questions so you can learn and make the divisions get even better.

Meetings: It’d be nice if Division Leaders could look at the jog book and start the meeting lobbies instead of waiting for the Directors. This way, you can relax and talk with each other and maybe set up challenges or matches while also discussing divisions and exchanging ideas.

Motivation: Set the tone for positive reinforcement within your division. Messages and recognition are essential for people to have fun and succeed in here.

Game Shop: There’s a Game Shop on the toolbar on the forums. Don’t hesitate to purchase points for your divisions, or KSI as a whole, and donate both a percentage of your purchase and the points to the benefit of the community.

DNH/Blacklist/Security Risk: DNH (Do Not Hire): Person will not be allowed to come into KSI as per Seniors. Blacklist: Call made by Seniors where communications are blocked across all of KSI. Security Risk: Deemed per the specific division and must be spread by message.

Communication: Facebook chat, Skype, KIK, etc. These forms of communications are not, and never will be, KSI’s primary form of communication. Xbox is the main form. These sources can help aid the communication process, but only in a complimentary manner. Do NOT get stuck by using only these forms.

Forums Spam: Mod team is cleaning up spam topics and posts so the website can function better. Don’t get mad when posts/topics are deleted.

Returning Members: In the Join Section, the Returning Members Policy has been updated. It has changed. Those wanting to hold rank must hold previous/lower rank in a squad for 2 weeks each if they previously held it. (Former General comes back. Comes back as a SGT. Must be a LT for 2 weeks, then CPT for 2 weeks before being eligible General. For Lieutenant – CoFounder) Once member reaches highest rank previously held, the normal KSI time requirements apply.

Weekend Warfare: Sign up for the Black Ops 2 Free-For-All Tournament, Saturday April 27th at 8 p.m. EST! Also, Saturday May 4th at 8 p.m. EST, there will be a Halo 4 Free-For-All Tournament.
