Lieutenants quizzed involved members in-game based on the recruiting process and the basics and background information on KSI. Everyone who attended tonight was pretty knowledgable on what they were quizzed on, and sergeants seemed to have the recruiting process and basics down and memorized. Make sure they know that it will probably be a member other than yourself (we’ve had issues where the recruit won’t accept party invites from the members that are doing the training) Inform the recruit about the Leaders in the squad: Make sure to let the recruit know who their General and highest ranking Captain are in the squad. Also let the recruit know the significance of KSI members with a 7 at the end of their gamer-tag. The 7’s are the key to our operations and should be respected; make sure the recruit knows the importance of showing these members respect as well as all other KSI members.
