KSI RC 38 Boss 4 Posted February 22, 2016 Report Share Posted February 22, 2016 (edited) Ranks and structure "Very simplified" This is just a short guide to some of the basics of ranks and structure, of KSI for those who aren't familiar or need refresher course. "Like I did when researching this stuff. Also this intel may not be a 100% correct as I got it from many different sources" Recruit (RCT) Description: This is the first position of our structure, designed for those recently recruited into any of our squads Duties: Getting and remaining in uniform, according to the indications of the recruiter, agreeing to respect the Code of Conduct and The Xbox Live Disclaimer, Adding Members off the Squad tag, starting to learn the Rank Structure up through General rank, sign up at www.ksiforums.org and meet other KSI members by attending squad activities. Private (PVT) Description: This is the second position acquired with your enrollment into the community. Duties: Privates are to take guidance and training from leaders of the squad. Remain in uniform, according to the indications of the recruiter, become familiar with the Rank Structure up through Division Leader rank. Continue to be active on the forums, and meet other KSI members by attending squad activities, to include squad meetings. Corporal (CPL) Description: This is the third position acquired with your enrollment into the community Duties: Corporals are to take guidance and training from leaders of the squad. Know the Rank Structure up through Division leader and be familiar with who holds those positions. Corporal’s are also expected to participate in recruiting lobbies, and assist members with the recruiting process. Essentially Corporal's are back bone of most military forces and is on the Access Denieds when recruiting and representing KSI. Sergeants (SGT): Description: This position is awarded to Privates and Corporals that have acquired a KSI Tag. 1. Expected to attend any and all meetings from this rank forward. 2. Should utilize basic problem solving techniques on lower ranks. 3. Responsible for recruiting new members. 4. Should be active on the forum. 5. Should offer assistance to SSGT'S or LT'S when needed. 6. Should be in process of learning basic KSI knowledge Staff Sergeant (SSG): Description: This position is given to those Sergeants who have proven themselves as future leaders of the squad but are not yet ready for LT because either lack of time or the LT positions are filled. 1. Should constantly encourage KSI name changes. 2. *Must* be flawless in recruiting procedures. 3. Should frequently check their respective squad tag for Privates and Corporals and hold game lobbies for them. 4. Responsible for training their squad members on how to recruit properly. 5. Should randomly quiz recruiters on recruiting procedures and methods. Lieutenants (LT 1-4 ): Description: This position is given to those Sergeants who may become eligible for a promotion after 3 weeks of training and experience in KSI. 1. Ensure the weekly recruit quota is met. (5) 2. Daily check of the Recruit Tag and train *any* available recruits on the tag. 3. Handle issues the SGT'S and SSGT'S cannot fix. 4. Helps the CPT'S when and where needed. 5. Must recruit if asked or may continue to do such actions while doing other duties. 6. Know how to run background checks and conduct them on random squad members. Captains (CPT 1-4 ): Description: This position is given to those Lieutenants who may become eligible for a promotion after 5 weeks of training and experience in KSI. 1. Eligible to run a HH team. 2. In charge of any organized squad practices. 3. *Must* be a master in recruiting and training. 4. Suggests which SSGT'S should be LT'S to the General. 5. 1st CPT must know how to run a squad meeting while learning to run the squad effectively if the General is away. General Description: This position is awarded to First Captains who may become eligible for a promotion after 12 weeks of training and experience in KSI. Duties: Generals are to take insight and training from the Co-founders to help supervise their squads. Encourages growth of the squad at all times but careful of not spamming the members too much. Generals are responsible for all training within the squad. Generals assist officers on background checks, uniform checks, and facilitate all aspects of the recruit training program. Generals are to ensure there is a Squad meeting once a week after the Division meeting. Generals are responsible for all promotions and demotions from 1 Captain down with approval from their Co-Founder. (No Public Disciplinary Action is condoned) This is to ensure that there is no quick judgment calls, favoritism, and the best decision will be made for the squad.
