One of our senior directors, Mr Chaos is getting the messages from the Generals about the squads telling him that they are ready to split but after splitting we see a result and know that the squads were way far from being ready to split. Some squads even split at 70 or 80 sometimes and thats not right, you need to make sure that when you do hit around 95, then you think about the split the name, colors, who is going where and all that other stuff. When you at 80 you should not be even thinking about splitting the squad. You still need to concentrate that everyone is being active and your recruiting is going well. So when you do split, you need to have at least 100 members on the squad tag and on the Access Denieds.

Service tag is not a part of the uniform, let everyone know about that so when they do recruit they wont have to make the recruits to change their service tags as well only motto bio colors and emblem, even thought a lot of members have KSI as their service tag they dont have to have it. But also make sure that they are appropiate to us.

We would like to ask you and all the members to please stop adding the 7s to your friends list from different divisions for couple of reasons. First one is simply because they do not know you and you do not really need to have then on your list. If an emergency happens and you do have to contact a higher up, please go to your Co Founder first and thats Impulse and Sanada. The other reason is because there are poachers out there who make tags with 7s in their name and they siply add you and that way you put everyone in the danger. If you get a friend request from a higher up with a 7 in their name and you do not know that person, please ask us because we wanna make sure that we have no blacklisted members coming and trying to poach.

Im pretty sure and hope everyone knows in here that division transfers should always go through your director and in this case is KSI Jiggy7 and your general but whenever you are applying for the transfer you need to have a good enough reason for you to go. You cannot just say that you need a transfer just because they have a better swat team just like someone said before. Whenever you do get that transfer you will have to be on 2 week hold and your rank will be bumped down in 2 ranks like if you are a 1 LT you will be bumped down to 3 LT.

Blcklisting. remember only senior directors can blacklist a member with getting together for a long time and deciding.Please know that.If you need someone to get blacklisted please bring it up either to Jess or Chaos with having all of your evidence and information on why the person needs to be blacklisted.

Make sure when you do remove a person let the people know, let your Co Founders know why the member was removed and when.

Recruiting tgournament is starting today. The first person who gets 15 and more recruits will get 1600 points and thats very easy way to get free points so let your members know and please encourage your members to do that anyway for you to get your weekly 5 recruits per week. This is what makes your squads grow and what makes you not to fail.

As starting from yesturday we have some changes that we need to make which speaking in The New Rules that are gonna get in effect. This is something that will need to happen and it will stay that way with us.

1. In every squad, each officer is required to get at least 2 members a week and that will give you more than you a required to have. Im gonna be very strict about this because we need to start growing and we need your officers to get on the track and do some work! This is something that has no excuses whatsoever.This is why we have all of these tourneys for you guys so please get your squads together and get on this. If your officers will fail at performing the duty, then they are gonna be replaced with other members who is willing to get the job done and remember that you have your Co Founders to help you out on that.

2. I need to see more costum lobies. Guys, the biggest reason why people joined KSI is because they want to have fun and make friends so please give as much fun to them as you can, make them love this community just because they have someone to play with all day and chat. Make your squads more active on Halo and I will guarantee you, things will change in a better way, you will have absolute no inactive members just because of that so please start making some costum games.

3.For now we wont have another Co Founder in a while but if you are looking on becoming one in the future, first of all you will need to successfully split your squad, meet the time requirement which is 5 weeks and you need to be attending an FTLA class. If anyone who doesnt know what FTLA is, its a leadership class where you take it for 5 weeks and they teach you everything you need to be a great leader in KSI, its very helpful so guys please apply today!

4.Forums. We have a Shadow Rising section on the forums,yay,finally. Please go to the forums and check it out. There are soooo many cool topics where you can post, you can even make topics yourself. but please guys I encourage you to get on there and start posting stuff. We need to grow not only in numbers wise but on the forums as well

Great job on the recruiting. We are almost at 5k but that doesnt mean that we have to get lazy and stop getting new members in.

Remember, we are doing almost all the meetings in KSI on Halo. Halo is the roots of KSI and we will always will be hosting the meetings on Halo.

Great work to EVERYONE from Jess and all the upper leadership! You guys are awesome!!

Make sure your squad gets 5 recruits per week for your squad to be healthy.

Make sure you guys have the leaders access to the forums for all leadership for divisions.

Make sure we are removing fluff as we notice them!

There is a suggestion box in the site command section on the forums. Use it! Put your suggestions on there, what you like, what you don't like, if you are not happy with something, and you do not say anything about it, nothing will get fixed that way. We want to help!! Let us know what you want, or do not want in KSI!

Meeting Notes

1. For the time being until the end of June there will be no more division splits to insure that we focus on activities not this mass recruitment the community has been set on for a while now.

2. On the note of the last message We are pushing to the extreme that members spend the time with their members this is what makes KSI. Recruitment means nothing without going and getting these people involved. We have been stuck in this frame of mind that with recruitment comes leadership and this is not will never be the main outlook for our leadership. The focus should always be on the activity and focus on the members that this person shows.

3. The more you play with your members the less drama/problems the squad will have. If the members are constantly having something to get involved with they wont sit back and dwell on drama. This isn't something to take lightly this is going to be the main change that KSI is going to be taking as a whole we will do anything to keep this as our focus for leadership.

4. We have open door policy but at the same time we have a chain of command so remind you please if the leadership close net to you can deal with the situation please go to them so that we can keep organization with our leadership.

5. We all here know what it means to be an Active member but it seems now of days that Generals have a hard time knowing if this person should be still considered active member or not so we need to specify what it means to be an active member.

6. We now allow for two moderators per division (with this when we look for new Forum Mod we look at these section mods for future mods)

7. We will be having a KSI meet up at Kalahari Resort April 3-6 and the cost is ranging from 180 to 250 to be determined and we need to get a estimate on how many people are thinking of getting involved so send a message to KSI iLLuSii0N 7 if you think you might be going or think that you might.

8. From now on the Division Leaders Meetings will be ran on both Halo and Call of Duty to insure that every member get the same treatment and gets to get involved in these meetings if possible.

9. If you haven't already send KSI QueenJess 7 the times in which you run your Generals meeting so that we can have a weekly sub in on occasion.

10. Battle Rights - Teams of Ten that represent our division that would rep your division for MW3 we will be having leagues and practices in the future.
