(X_x) Some of them are very busy working on rebuilding their squads but it would be great to get them in here. Questions for you guys: 1) How many recruits did your squad pull in this week? 2) If any, where they screened by you? Registered on the forums? 3) Are your officers registered on the forums? Active? 4) Squad tag + G14 reflect the same GT's and #'s of squad members? 5) Have all issues brought up to yourself and officer staff been handled appropriately? Are goal for the next couple of weeks is trying to have a min. Of 5 recruits a week for the whole squad. At last nights meeting I was discussing how forum activity is crucial to making the squad a lot more efficient. Also, the squad tag and G14 are in enlinment. My officers (3 of them) dont have access to internet for another week, oh the irony... Im getting help from a friend, thank goodness, I pulled all my grades up so hopefully I can have time to recruit because this time in my life right now is extremely difficult but who ever has a completely smooth ride in life? No one that I know of. My officers dont have internet but are on the forums, and one officer is just plain inactive so ya know what that means, I have 2 officers. Well im working on reaching out to those who might want to change their gamertag and rank up, I've got a few takers, But yes I would be the only person besides a lazy sergeant I have that actually has the capabilty to recruit. So yes im in a bad position, Alpha Dog and MIX3R yalls squads are doing well. I will get there, but not right now.
