What are your thoughts on security 
Our security is a primary function that is required in order to help protect those that came before us and those that are coming after.the protection of our systems and profiles is very important due to one fact :without our gamertages and system it would be no gamer community.
Is the way we do security checks adequate  
The way we do security checks was acceptable until now ....hackers and trolls has become more advanced with ways of hacking and infiltrating KSI..we as a gamer community need a specific special department that can do advance checks in order to tackle the bigger threats to ksi inorder to make us feel more protected 
If you were in charge of security for the community how would you run it
If I was in charge of security first thing would be to get some of our advance ksi members who is great in technology to sign up for our security. 2nd we would work out what is acceptable in our ksi policy and xbox rules.3rd we would device a strategy in which all high threats would be passed to anyone within the security department and all would be handled within a window of 24hrs.4th all incoming into Ksi will be under a 2 to 3 week watch by the security department

What are your thoughts on security? As an individual it is the knowledge and awareness that you never assume everything is stable. Security is at the individuals disposal if you add randoms all the time never checking anything out and just allow another individual to use your profile to troll everyone of your friends.You are not being self aware of yourself or for the community. It is not hard in a stand point of being aware it is hard to train individuals to a standard they personally do not want to do. 
Is the way we do security checks adequate? In my opinion No not at all you spend a lot of time doing security checks, messaging members, waiting on replies back knowing they don't care its not your following and its not your console it is theirs. If a member is gonna leave they are gonna leave if the member is a back door for other communities to gain access to our members for poaching then it is up to the 7's to remove them from our squad or division which takes time and evidence there are gaps where we can have members poached, accounts spammed, heaven forbid booted offline.
If you were in charge of security for the community how would you do it? Honestly I would incorporate a policy that states if Blacklisted or security risked communities were found on your following you would be suspended from the division until they are removed. In process before any thing was set in motion every squad member would have to attend a workshop on the security and black listed and security risked communities should be in the squad bio and at the top of the forums page. Also all activity feeds would have to be set to friends only so even though we set our following to friends only it is easy to look at the activity feed to acquire information. 
The senior directors should post in the forums the reason any community is blacklisted "not just word of mouth" with evidence and work with those communities to find common ground. We used to have a security team I do not know what happen to them. Training and then enforcement not pan handling to retain numbers. Every KSI member owns there console and does whatever they want to do with it.If a KSI member in my opinion does not respect other members right to feel secure in this community then they need to be removed we are an organized mature gaming community and must respect every member but when it comes to security we must think as a whole.

Some days at a time I spend alone in thought, will it ever present itself?
It seems as though it taunts me day in and out. This light that others speak about.
I live my life in utter darkness for that is all I know. I mill through my day in fear and anguish, that is my eternal judgement.

I find now that I must be true to myself that the light will never come.

Closing out the year, as usual, will be the KSI award show where there will be a 2018 recap, a preview of goals and changes for 2019, and the “Of the Year” winners will be announced.

PERFORMANCE OPS

- Two individuals within Performance Ops put in a huge amount of effort and work during the 2018 year, I would like to officially congratulate KSI December 77 on his appointment to Performance Ops Administrator and KSI Cherry 7 on her appointment to Education Administrator! Both individuals do a fantastic job, and we can’t wait to see what they accomplish this year!
- The discussion of the month for January will be going up by Friday so keep an eye out and spread the word!
 HSI & News have officially split into separate departments. Please wish everyone luck in this endeavor. KSI Greenday 7 is the HSI Co head, KSI December 77 is News Head.

Squad notes added into meeting 
The referral competition is in effect still and ends 2-1-19 so always keep in mind that it takes one question to get a referral "Would you like to join KSI" if you game with the individual on a regular basis then they may be a good fit for the community and bring more activity if they are interested please contact a officer to evaluate and perform a security check. The squad has been improving on activity and are eager to see more improvement KSI is what you make it and the officer staff will accommodate as best as they can to improve your experience we always have an open door policy and don't mind listening.
Noted on Questions, Comments, and Concerns we will try to check into Battlefield 5 activity  along with  Neverwinter activity Explained the requirements to reach SSGT rank and have to potential interested members. Officers will be more observant of responsibilities and requirements of being in their rank and improve recruiting efforts and portrayed to that to attendance we are here to help and look for for more attendance at future squad meetings.
